1 INTRODUCTION
Thank you for selecting our thermoflow electric infrared radiant heater.
These instructions contain important information about commissioning, operat-
ing the device and maintenance. To ensure your safety and that of others we sug-
gest that you read these installation and operating instructions before using the
device for the first time. Please keep the instructions and other documentation
close to the device.
This device is suitable for use in household, commercial, and industrial environments. Its
modern design, the use of carefully selected materials, and a sophisticated manufacturing
process ensure high quality.
The device should only be installed by qualified individuals. All repair and maintenance work
on the device, for example the removal of lime and water scale deposits, may only be car-
ried out by a licensed contractor. The applicable regulations and local laws must always be
observed!

2 SAFETY PRECAUTION
Children aged under 8 years old must be kept away from the device, unless con-
tinuously supervised.
This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and per-
sons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities if they are supervised
during use of the appliance and understand the hazards involved.
This is not a toy. Children shall not play with this device.

Environment
Please recycle packaging.
Disposal of the device
Old devices must not be disposed of in your household waste!
Please bring old appliances to the appropriate recycling center nearest to you.
Connect to a properly grounded power supply.
Before the installation of wiring, please check that the proper voltage is available.
Avoid danger from damaged power supply cables. In the event of a damaged power supply
cable, the unit should be unplugged and the cable replaced by a licensed electrician imme-
diately.
Ensure that the addition of this device will not overload the fuse protection in
your electrical panel. Internal modifications to the product may cause problems
if this work is not carried out by authorized and qualified technical persons. The
warranty only applies if the product has not been modified in any way, i.e. sub-
ject to it being in unchanged condition.
The device must be installed at least 83”(210 cm) above floor level. The recom-
mended height is 90”(230 cm).
The rear face of the appliance must be positioned at least 3”(6 cm) from the wall
and /or ceiling. A minimum of 12”(30 cm) of unobstructed space must be present
in front of and at each side of the device.
Do not place any objects under the device within a radius of 40”(100 cm).
Make sure at all times that the surface of the device is not in contact with other
objects.
Do not position the device underneath a power socket.
Make sure that you place the device in a position where there is no risk of easily
touching the heating surface.

Make sure that the heating surface points downward.
If mounted to the wall, make sure that the device is positioned at least 4”(10 cm)
away from the ceiling.
Do not place combustible materials in the vicinity of the device.
Installation
The device should be installed in accordance with the drawings below. Any other installa-
tion position may result in serious damage to the device.

The distance between two brackets and power supply (see Figure 1) are different with dif-
ferent models, please read the following list first before installation.

Attach part (A) of the bracket to a wall or ceiling in such a way that it can support the appli-
ance’s weight.

Attach part (B) of the bracket to the device using the screws and angle brackets supplied in
the parts (C)(D).

Determine the desired angle for the device. Attach the two parts (A)(B) of the bracket to
each other using the screws supplied in the pack (C). Then connect power cord with power
supply.
Never route the power supply cable along the heating surface.
5 USER INSTRUCTIONS
The device’s heating surface gets extremely hot. Never touch the appliance when
it is switched on.
After use, always allow the device to cool down for at least 30 minutes before
touching it.
Do not turn on the device when objects are present underneath it within a dis-
tance of 40”(100 cm).
Remove all the packing materials before turning on the heater.

If the device overheats, the thermostat will be activated automatically, the device
will turn on automatically after cool down for about 30 minutes.
Usage
The electric heater has 3 built-in automatic shutdown timers and 2 heating power transfer
switches which are controlled by an infrared remote control and indicate the corresponding
status by 5 LED indicator lights.
There are 6 LED indicator lights on the panel of the heater as shown in the figure below.

The infrared remote control has two buttons and a light as shown in the figure below.

Each press cycles between, 1 hour, 2 hours, 4 hours, or no timer.
B ON/OFF Power on ON or OFF.
Each press cycles between, 100% rated power heating, 50% rated power
heating, or shutdown.
C Transmit indicator light the infrared remote control.
When connecting the power plug with power supply, the green LED indicator will on. It
shows that the electric heater is connected to the power supply, but does not start heating.
If the device overheats, the thermostat will be activated and shut down the de-
vice automatically, the device will turn on again automatically after cooling down
for about 30 minutes.

Switching ON/OFF
Switch the heater on by using the switch button (B). The “100%” Red LED on the panel of
the heater will light. The heater is now switched on at 100% of the rated power. The appli-
ance needs some time to reach operating temperature. If you want to work at 50% of the
rated power, press the button (B) again, the “50%” LED indicator will light and the heater
will work at 50% of the rated power. If you need to shutdown the heater, press the button (B)
again, all the red LED indicator will not light, the heater will stop heating.
Timer control
In order to switch on the device temporarily, you must first press remote control button (B)
to switch on the heater, the “100%” red LED on the heater’s panel will light. Now, you are
able to select 1 hour, 2 hours, 4 hours or no timing. Make your choice by repeatedly press-
ing remote control button (A). The blue LED on the heater’s panel will indicate which time
period was selected (1, 2 or 4 hours). If you want to switch off the device before the set
time has expired, you must press button (B).
A 250V/16A switch must be installed before the power outlet. When not in use, it
is recommended to switch off the power or pull out the plug.
Always switch off the device after use.
Note! The red LED indicator light turns off when the device is turned off. This
does not mean that the appliance has cooled down!
6 MAINTENANCE
If faulty, never try to repair the device yourself. Please contact the nearest ser-
vice specialist for help.
Never clean the device when it is switched on.
After use, always allow the device to cool down for at least 30 minutes before
touching it.
Regularly clean the device with warm water on a damp cloth. Do not use cleaning agents.
Do not spray water directly onto the appliance using a hose or high-pressure cleaner.
Regular cleaning is required in order to guarantee a long service life.
7 TROUBLE SHOOTING

If any of the remedies above cannot solve the problem, please call local dealer
for maintenance.

9 WARRANTY CONDITIONS
Warranty. The rights under this manufacturer’s warranty shall apply in addition to the
buyer’s statutory rights. This warranty shall in no way restrict the buyer’s statutory rights in
particularly towards the seller.
Entitlement. The claiming of rights under this warranty shall be subject to the submission
of the respective proof of purchase.
Content. Thermoflow shall guarantee as the manufacturer that this product is free of mate-
rial and manufacturing errors. Material and manufacturing errors arising during the warran-
ty period shall justify the rights under the warranty. This warranty shall not cover errors due
to improper installation, usage, or operating conditions, or defective maintenance or repair
work.
Duration. The warranty shall be valid for 24 months. The warranty period shall commence
on the day on which the product is purchased. Warranty services provided shall neither pro-
long the warranty period nor initiate a new warranty period.
Claims. The defective product should be sent together with the proof of purchase to the
place of purchase.
Thermoflow shall not be liable for transport damage. The product shall be repaired or re-
placed at the discretion of thermoflow. The functioning product shall then be sent to the
buyer. Thermoflow shall acquire ownership of replaced parts or products. Thermoflow shall
not be obliged to provide other services such as repair on location, dismantling of defective
products, taking away defective products or installing repaired or new products.
Invalidity of warranty. Attempted repairs carried out by a customer or third party that are
not authorized by thermoflow shall invalidate the warranty. The same shall apply if parts are
installed in the product or connected to the product that are not original parts from thermo-
flow.
Restriction. This warranty shall be restricted to rectification of the defect and subsequent
delivery. This warranty shall not include compensation, withdrawal from the agreement,
reduction in price or any reimbursement for consequential loss due to defects.

1 INTRODUCTION

Ces instructions contiennent des informations importantes sur la mise en ser-
vice, l’utilisation et l’entretien de l’appareil. Pour assurer votre sécurité et celle
des autres, nous vous suggérons de lire ces instructions d’installation et d’uti-
lisation avant d’utiliser l’appareil pour la première fois. Veuillez conserver ces
instructions et autres documents près de l’appareil.
Cet appareil peut être utilisé dans les environnements domestiques, commerciaux et indus-
triels. Sa conception moderne, l’utilisation de matériaux soigneusement sélectionnés et un
processus de fabrication sophistiqué garantissent une haute qualité.
L’appareil ne doit être installé que par des personnes qualifiées. Tous les travaux de répara-
tion et d’entretien sur l’appareil, par exemple l’enlèvement des dépôts de calcaire et d’eau,

2 MESURES DE SÉCURITÉ
Les enfants de moins de 8 ans doivent être tenus à l’écart de l’appareil, sauf s’ils
sont bien surveillés.

Environnement:
Veuillez recycler l’emballage.
Élimination de l’appareil:
Les appareils usagés ne doivent pas être jetés dans les ordures ménagères!
Veuillez apporter vos vieux appareils au centre de recyclage approprié le plus proche de
chez vous.
Branchez-le à une alimentation correctement mise à la terre.
Avant l’installation du câblage, veuillez vérifier que la tension appropriée est disponible.
Évitez tout danger provenant de câbles d’alimentation endommagés. Dans un tel cas, l’unité
doit être débranchée et le câble doit être immédiatement remplacé par un électricien agréé.
Assurez-vous que l’ajout de cet appareil ne surchargera pas le disjoncteur dans
votre panneau électrique. Des modifications internes au produit peuvent cau-
ser des problèmes si ce travail n’est pas effectué par des personnes autorisées
et qualifiées. La garantie ne s’applique que si le produit n’a pas été modifié de
quelque façon que ce soit, à condition qu’il soit dans un état inchangé.
L’appareil doit être installé à au moins 210 cm (83”) au-dessus du niveau du sol.
La hauteur recommandée est de 230 cm (90”).
L’endos de l’appareil doit être placé à au moins 6 cm (3”) du mur ou du plafond.
Un minimum de 30cm (12”) d’espace libre doit être présent devant et de chaque
côté de l’appareil.
Ne placez aucun objet sous l’appareil dans un rayon de 100 cm (40”).
Assurez-vous à tout moment qu’aucune surface de l’appareil ne soit en contact
avec d’autres
Ne placez pas l’appareil sous une prise de courant.
Assurez-vous de placer l’appareil dans un endroit où il n’y a aucun risque de tou-
cher la surface chauffante.

Assurez-vous que la surface chauffante est dirigée vers le bas.
Si vous le montez au mur, assurez-vous que l’appareil est placé à au moins 10
cm (4”) du plafond.
Ne placez pas de matériaux combustibles à proximité de l’appareil.
Installation:

Mise à la terre
La distance entre les deux supports et l’alimentation (voir Figure 1) sont différentes selon

Fixez la pièce (A) du support au mur ou au plafond de manière à supporter le poids de l’ap-
pareil.

Fixez la pièce (B) du support à l’appareil en utilisant les vis (C) et les équerres (D) fournies.

Déterminer l’angle désiré pour l’appareil. Fixez les deux parties du support (A&B) l’une à
l’autre à l’aide des vis (C) fournies dans l’emballage. Ensuite, branchez le cordon d’alimen-
tation.
Ne faites jamais passer le câble d’alimentation le long de la surface chaude.
5 INSTRUCTION SUR SON UTILISATION
La surface chauffante de l’appareil devient extrêmement chaude. Ne touchez ja-
mais l’appareil lorsqu’il est allumé.
Après utilisation, laissez toujours l’appareil refroidir pendant au moins 30 mi-
nutes avant de le toucher.
N’allumez pas l’appareil lorsqu’il y a des objets en dessous à moins de 100 cm
(40’’).
Retirez tous les matériaux d’emballage avant d’allumer l’appareil.

Si l’appareil surchauffe, le thermostat l’éteindra automatiquement. L’appareil
s’allumera automatiquement après un refroidissement d’environ 30 minutes.
Usage:
Le chauffage électrique a 3 minuteries d’arrêt automatique intégrées et 2 interrupteurs de
transfert de puissance de chauffage qui sont contrôlés par une télécommande infrarouge et
indiquent l’état correspondant par 5 voyants DEL.
Il y a 6 voyants DEL sur le panneau de l’appareil, comme le démontre la figure ci-dessous.

La télécommande à infrarouge a deux boutons et une lumière comme indiqué dans la figure
ci-dessous.

CTémoin lumineux indique que la télécommande contrôle l’appareil par
infrarouge.
Branchez l’appareil. L’indicateur DEL vert s’allume. Il montre que le radiateur est branché,
mais ne démarre pas le chauffage.
Si l’appareil surchauffe, le thermostat s’activera et éteindra l’appareil automati-
quement. L’appareil se rallumera automatiquement après environ 30 minutes de
refroidissement.

Allumer / éteindre
Allumez le chauffage en utilisant le bouton d’interrupteur (B). La DEL rouge « 100 % » sur le
panneau s’allume. Le radiateur est maintenant allumé à 100 % de sa puissance. L’appareil
a besoin de temps pour atteindre cette température. Si vous désirez 50 % de la puissance,
appuyez à nouveau sur le bouton (B), le voyant DEL « 50 % » s’allumera et le radiateur
fonctionnera à 50 % de sa puissance. Si vous devez arrêter le radiateur, appuyez à nouveau
sur le bouton (B), tous les voyants rouges ne s’allumeront pas, le radiateur s’arrêtera.
Contrôle de minuterie
Pour allumer l’appareil, vous devez d’abord appuyer sur le bouton (B) de la télécommande.
La DEL rouge « 100% » s’allume sur le panneau de l’appareil. Vous pouvez maintenant
sélectionner 1 heure, 2 heures, 4 heures ou sans minuterie. Faites votre choix en appuyant
plusieurs fois sur le bouton (A) de la télécommande. La DEL bleue sur le panneau de l’appa-
reil indique quelle période a été sélectionnée (1, 2 ou 4 heures). Si vous souhaitez éteindre
l’appareil avant la fin de la durée définie, vous devez appuyer sur le bouton (B).
Un interrupteur 250V / 16A doit être installé à la prise de courant. Lorsque l’ap-
pareil n’est pas utilisé, il est recommandé de couper l’alimentation ou de retirer
la fiche.
Éteignez toujours l’appareil après usage.
Remarque! Le voyant DEL rouge s’éteint lorsque l’appareil est éteint. Cela ne si-
gnifie pas que l’appareil a refroidi!
6 ENTRETIEN
En cas de panne, n’essayez jamais de réparer l’appareil vous-même. Veuillez
contacter le service après-vente le plus proche pour obtenir de l’aide.
Après utilisation, laissez toujours l’appareil refroidir pendant au moins 30 mi-
nutes avant de le toucher.
Ne jamais nettoyer l’appareil lorsqu’il est allumé.
Nettoyez régulièrement l’appareil avec chiffon et eau tiède. N’utilisez pas de produits de
nettoyage. Ne vaporisez pas d’eau directement sur l’appareil avec un boyau ordinaire ou à
haute pression.
Un nettoyage régulier est nécessaire afin de garantir une longue durée de vie.

est inférieure à 4 m (13 pi) et qu’il n’y a pas d’obstacle entre l’ap-
pareil et la télécommande.
2. Assurez-vous que le récepteur (Figure 4) n’est pas couvert.
3. Changez la batterie de la télécommande.
Si l’une des solutions ci-dessus ne résout pas le problème, veuillez contacter le
revendeur le plus prêt.

9 CONDITIONS DE LA GARANTIE
Garantie. Les droits en vertu de cette garantie du fabricant s’appliquent en plus des droits
statutaires de l’acheteur. Cette garantie ne doit en aucun cas restreindre les droits statu-
taires de l’acheteur notamment vis-à-vis du vendeur.
Droit. La réclamation de droit en vertu de cette garantie est sujette à la présentation d’une
preuve d’achat.
Contenu. Thermoflow doit garantir en tant que fabricant que ce produit est exempt d’er-
reurs de matériau et de fabrication. Ces erreurs survenant pendant la période de garantie
justifient les droits sous garantie. Cette garantie ne couvre pas les erreurs dues à une
installation, à une utilisation ou à des conditions d’utilisation incorrectes, ou à des travaux
d’entretien ou de réparation défectueux.
Durée. La garantie est valable pour 24 mois. La période de garantie commence le jour de
l’achat du produit. Les services de garantie fournis ne doivent ni prolonger la période de
garantie ni déclencher une nouvelle période de garantie.

Réclamations. Le produit défectueux doit être envoyé avec la preuve d’achat au lieu
d’achat.
Thermoflow ne sera pas responsable des dommages de transport. Le produit doit être ré-
paré ou remplacé à la discrétion de Thermoflow. Le produit opérationnel doit ensuite être
envoyé à l’acheteur. Thermoflow doit retenir la propriété des pièces ou des produits rem-
placés. Thermoflow ne sera pas obligé de fournir d’autres services tels que la réparation
sur place, le démontage de produits défectueux, l’enlèvement de produits défectueux ou
l’installation de produits réparés ou nouveaux.
Invalidité de la garantie. Toute tentative de réparation effectuée par un client ou une tierce
partie non autorisée par Thermoflow annulera la garantie. Il en sera de même si des pièces
sont installées dans le produit ou connectées au produit qui ne sont pas des pièces d’origine
de Thermoflow.
Restriction. Cette garantie doit être limitée à la rectification du défaut et à la livraison ulté-
rieure. Cette garantie ne comprend pas la compensation, le retrait du contrat, la réduction
de prix ou tout remboursement pour perte indirecte due à ces défauts.
