MK3 MINIGRILL (OZ TO EURO CONVERT)
INSTRUCTIONS
FOR
CONVERTING AUSTRALIAN APPLIANCE
TO EUROPEAN STANDARD
MODEL:- MK3 MINIGRILL DUAL FUEL
IMPORTANT
SPINFLO LTD UNDERTAKE STRINGENT IN-HOUSE TESTS BEFORE ANY
APPLIANCE IS DESPATCHED, ANY SUBSEQUENT CHANGE TO THE
OPERATING SPECIFICATION MUST BE UNDERTAKEN BY A COMPETENT
PERSON, USING GENUINE SPINFLO PARTS, OTHERWISE THE APPLIANCE
WILL NOT MEET THE APPROPRIATE STANDARDS TO WHICH IT IS APPROVED.
FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL VOID ANY WARRANTIES OR GUARANTEES, EITHER
STATED OR IMPLIED, AND SPINFLO LTD WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY
SUBSEQUENT PROBLEMS RELATING TO THE APPLIANCE OR GAS CONTROL
CIRCUIT, FOLLOWING ANY SUCH FAILURE TO COMPLY.
•IT IS LAW THAT ALL GAS APPLIANCES BE INSTALLED/SERVICED BY AN
AUTHORIZED GAS TECHNICIAN WHO WILL WORK TO SAFE AND
SATISFACTORY STANDARDS.
•BEFORE ANY SERVICE WORK IS STARTED THE APPLIANCE SHOULD HAVE
BEEN LEFT TO COOL AND WHERE APPROPRIATE DISCONNECTED AT THE
MAINS SOCKET.
•USE ONLY GENUINE SPINFLO PARTS.
•ON COMPLETION THE APPLIANCE MUST BE CHECKED FOR GAS
SOUNDNESS

Each Kit includes all necessary parts for the conversion of an Australian appliance to the
approved European standard.

Appliance Conversion
Conversion of an Australian standard Mk3 Minigrill Dual Fuel to the approved European
standard requires the burner jets to be replaced as follows:-
- Lift off the pan rest
- Remove the burner cap and spreader from each burner
- Remove (unscrew) the jets from each burner
- Screw in the replacement jets, check the correct size is selected for
each burner
- Replace the spreader and burner cap on each burner.
- Replace the pan rest.
- Test each burner operates correctly on both Full and Low rate.
- Test and confirm each flame failure device (thermocouple) functions
correctly - each flame should burn quietly with a blue/green colour with
no sign of yellow tips.
IMPORTANT
Finally and to ensure compliance to local, national and European standards the
following MUST be completed:-
1. Replace original databadge with databadge supplied in conversion kit
2. Replace user instruction booklet with booklet supplied in conversion kit.
3. Complete the Form on the last page of these instructions and return it along
with the original databadge, AGA approval label, burner jets and instructions
to SPINFLO LTD
