“Many, many times, the Thiel’s caught me off guard
with their lifelike dynamics and the incredible
realism of their images…absolutely glorious.”

The difference is our engineering
THIEL multi-driver models use coaxially mounted
drivers to achieve time coherence. This type of
driver is perfectly time aligned since the sound
sources of both drivers are in the same location and
therefore the outputs from both reach the listener at
the same time.
The CS6’s coaxial driver mounting is unique in that
the midrange or woofer employ diaphragms
specially shaped to act as a “waveguide” for the
tweeter. This waveguide eliminates the response
problems of conventional coaxial designs, which are
created by the horn-like effects of the midrange or
woofer driver’s diaphragm on the tweeter.
