THIEL CS2.4 Packing/Unpacking Instructions
UNPACKING
• Stand the carton upright.
• Cut the tape around the large side of the carton. (Marked “Open This Side”)
• Fold out the carton flaps and slide the speaker out of the carton by its bottom pack.
• Remove the top end pack from speaker
• Remove the two bands, plastic bag, and protective foam top sheet.

REPACKING
WARNING! Be sure the cabinet bottom is located at the bottom of the carton. Improperly packed
speakers may void the warranty.
• Cover the top of the speaker with the protective foam sheet followed by the protective plastic bag. Wrap
with the two bands to keep the grille secure during shipping. (Not shown in illustration below.)
• With the carton upright and flaps open, place the bottom pack approximately 6" inside the carton. The
bottom pack should be oriented so that the larger white foam piece is at the rear of the speaker. Face the
front of the speaker toward the carton and lift to place on the bottom pack.
• Tilt the speaker away from the carton and place the top pack on the speaker at an angle. The inside of
the top pack has the curved shaped piece of white foam that fits across the curved portion of the upper
front part of the speaker.
• Tilt the speaker forward toward the carton with the top pack in place. Slide the remaining portion of the
speaker into the carton.
