9. Description of the RF receiver
Connect Button
Press the Connect button.The RF
receiver blinks to indicate that it is in
connection mode, enabling a device to be
synchronised with the receiver. If you do
not cancel connection mode manually, the receiver reverts to Normal mode after 15
seconds.
Status and Connect Indicator Lights
These indicator lights inform you of the methods of functioning and the connection
between the receiver and the transmitter(s). Here are the various statuses displayed :
Status Connect
Remains off when the receiver is functioning in Normal mode and no
device is transmitting.
Blinks rapidly (one blink per second) when the receiver is in
Connection mode and is awaiting a connection instruction from a
device.
Flickers rapidly when the receiver is functioning in Normal mode and a
synchronised device is transmitting.
Remains on when a device is connected.
10. Problem Situations
Symptom Reason Solution
The mouse indicator light goes on when the
activation button is pressed, but the receiver
does not respond.
Mouse and receiver not synchronised. Carry out synchronisation (§ Installation of the
mouse and the RF receiver).
When you use the mouse in space, the cursor is
visible, but does not move.
The (gyroscope) mouse is not activated. Press or double-click on the activation trigger
located under the mouse.
The cursor moves abnormally. Radio interference. Move the receiver away from other electronic
equipment (e.g. : monitor, speakers, radio, etc.).
The mouse’s indicator light blinks when the
activation trigger is pressed.
The battery is under-charged. Recharge the battery.
The mouse’s indicator light is off when the
activation trigger is pressed.
The battery is run down.
The mouse is switched off.
Recharge the battery.
Switch the mouse on.
The cursor moves too quickly, or too slowly. Speed or acceleration incorrectly set. Change the cursor’s speed of movement in the
mouse’s configuration panel.
The cursor drifts on the screen. Sensor not working. Put the mouse on the desk for 4 seconds or
more to stabilise the cursor.
The mouse’s indicator light does not blink when
on the charging support : the mouse does not
charge.
Dirty contacts.
The battery is run down.
Clean the contacts under the mouse.
Replace the battery.
The battery runs down too quickly. Mouse being used on a dark surface. Use the mouse on a light surface so as to avoid
draining the battery too quickly.
