HARDWARE COMPONENTS (PROVIDED)
H1 H2x 3 pcs. for (48") Bench

TOOLS REQUIRED
1/2" Open-End Wrench or Ratchet Wrench With 1/2" Socket
5/16"- Flat Steel Washer 5/16"-18 x 2" Long
Hex Head Bolt
H3 x 4 pcs.
1/4"-20 x 1"

ASSEMBLY PREPARATION:
1. Remove all packaging materials
2. Refer to Upholstered Components and Hardware Components and ensure parts and hardware are complete before
assembly.
3. Place all parts on a clean, flat, and soft surface (such as a carpet or rug) to prevent parts from getting scratched or
damaged.
SAFETY PRECAUTION:
1. KEEP ALL HARDWARE PARTS OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN.
2. DISPOSE OF ANY PACKAGING MATERIAL IMMEDIATELY TO AVOID ANY RISK OF SUFFOCATION TO CHILDREN
AND ANIMALS.
TIPS FOR ASSEMBLY:
1. Allow ample room for assembly and in close proximity to where product will be placed.
2. Assemble the product on a surface that does not scratch or damage the finish of the furniture.
3. Identify all of the parts, hardware and quantities required for each step.
4. During assembly, do not over-tighten any fasteners as this may cause damage.
5. DO NOT USE POWER TOOLS TO ASSEMBLE THIS PRODUCT.
6. Always place the product on a flat, level surface.
7. Do not sit or stand on the partially assembled bench; only use the product for which it is intended.
CARE AND MAINTENANCE:
1. Check all the fasteners periodically and re-tighten as necessary.
2. Do not drag and/or pull the furniture.

STEP #1
1. Turn ST1 bottom side up and open the velcro strip to gain access to the interior framing.
2. Once you have access into the interior framing align the holes in ST1 with the holes located in SB1.

1. Next slide washer H1 over the end of bolt H2.
2. Take the assembled bolt and washer and slide it through one of the holes in ST1 and into the threaded insert in SB1.
See DIAGRAM 2-A above.
3. Hand tighten the bolt and repeat this step for the remaining bolts. DO NOT securely tighten the bolts in this step.

STEP #3
1. Once all bolts are installed you can adjust the seat to the left or right if necessary to ensure that the seat ends are flush with
the back ends.
2. Once the seat is aligned you may now use your 1/2" wrench or ratchet wrench with 1/2" socket to securely tighten the bolts.
Use caution to NOT overtighten the bolts.
3. After the bolts are securely tightened you may now reattach the velcro strip on the bottom of the seat to close off the bottom of
the seat. Your bench should resemble DIAGRAM 3-A above.

1. Take wooden legs WL1 and screw them into the threaded inserts that is located in each corner of the bench.
2. Once the wooden legs are installed, adjust the H3 leveling mounts until the bench is level.
3. Once the wooden legs WL1 and H3 leveling mounts have been installed and adjusted, your bench should resemble
DIAGRAM 4-A above.
4. This completes the assembly of your new bench and is now ready to be used.
