1 Safety instructions
DANGER!
Danger for children
Ensure that plastic bags, packaging, etc. are properly disposed of and are not in the reach of babies and young children. Choking
hazard!
Ensure that children do not detach any small parts (e.g. knobs or the like) from the product. They could swallow the pieces and
choke!
Never let children play unattended with the product.
CAUTION!
Risk of injury to the hands
When assembling and screwing the individual parts, pay attention to sharp edges on tools, screws and components.

2 Scope of delivery
Before you assemble your rack, make sure the contents of package is complete according to the following list.
n2 × side panel, melamine-coated 19 mm furniture board
n1 × oor panel, melamine-coated 19 mm furniture board
n1 × cover panel, melamine-coated 19 mm furniture board
n1 × front panel, melamine-coated 19 mm furniture board
n2 × rack rails, 3 U, stepless, equipped with nuts and rubber piping
n2 × rack rails, 10 U, stepless, equipped with nuts and rubber piping
n2 × rack rails, 13 U, stepless, equipped with nuts and rubber piping
n32 × woodscrew for rack rail
n16 × connector housing
n16 × connector bolts
n8 × wooden dowel
n4 × braking furniture caster
n16 × raised countersunk screw 4,8×16
n1 × assembly instruction
n1 × installation template for rack rail

3 Installation
Place all components on a suitable mounting surface for mounting. Use a soft padding to prevent damages to the surfaces.

Preparing the components
Insert the connector housings, the connecting bolts and the wooden pegs into the holes provided in the components, as shown in
the gure below.
Position all connector housings so that the respective connecting bolts can be completely sunk into the holes and the arrow posi‐
tion of the connector housings points towards the hole.
After insertion, the connecting bolts sit loosely in the drill holes and only spread apart when the connector housings on the associated
component are tightened.

Assembling the components
Place the base panel, the cover plate and the front panel onto the connecting bolts of the left side panel. Tighten the connector
housings clockwise to lock the connection with the inserted connecting bolts.
Place the right side panel onto the pre-assembled unit consisting of the base panel, cover panel and front panel. Tighten the con‐
nector housings clockwise to lock the connection with the inserted connecting bolts. Check all connections for tight t.

Set the fully assembled unit onto the rack rail front. Screw the four casters into the holes provided in the base panel , each with four
raised countersunk screw.

Set up the rack. Use the wood screws provided to screw the rack rails to the inside of the rack parallel to the front and rear edges. We
recommend a distance of approx. 1.5 cm from the front edge. A mounting template is included for easy installation.

5 Protecting the environment
Disposal of the packaging material
For the transport and protective packaging, environmentally friendly materials have been chosen that can be supplied to normal
recycling.
Ensure that plastic bags, packaging, etc. are properly disposed of.
Do not just dispose of these materials with your normal household waste, but make sure that they are collected for recycling. Please
follow the notes and markings on the packaging.
