8 FAQ

16
Why can the memory become smaller over time?
Mainly because of the longtime use and deleting which produces
fragments in the memory. Just connect to PC, backup the data, then
format. Thus all space can be released.
Why is the display of the total memory in the player inconsistent with the
real marked value?
We need part of the space to store the programs and word library for
word display, so it’s just normal the displayed total memory is smaller
than the real nominal value.
Abnormity at PC terminal may occur when sometimes plugging in/out
player.
Problem reason & solution: Mainly because the plug in/out of USB
during the le transfer process. It’s strongly recommended not to
disconnect during the le transfer or formatting, so as to avoid any
problems at the PC terminal.
Some MP3 songs can’t be played in the player normally or the device
can’t be turned on.

I Layer 1, MPEG I Layer 2, MPEG I Layer 3. Our player can support
les in various formats, while it is not compatible with MP3 songs
in MPEG I Layer 1, MPEG I Layer 2 or mixed standard compression
formats currently.
When you meet the MP3 song(s) with incompatible format(s),you can
solve it by choosing one of the below solutions:
a) Delete the incompatible song(s) from the player to guarantee the
normal functions of the player.
b) Compress the le yourself using the MPEG I Layer 3 compression
format.
Press on REC while no recording or interruption during recording with
display “Memory Full”.
