LIMITED PRODUCT WARRANTY
Timbre Dynamics warrants its products to be free of manufacturing defects in material and
workmanship for the Warranty Period. The default Warranty Period is a period of 90 days from the
date of delivery to the original purchaser. If the purchaser completes the online product
registration or emails us with the appropriate product information within 30 days after product
delivery, the warranty period will be extended for three (3) years from the date of delivery by the
original purchaser. Warranties are not transferable to any other party under any circumstances.

FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THE POLICY WILL RESULT IN THE WARRANTY PERIOD BEING LIMITED TO A
PERIOD OF 90 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE.

PRODUCT RERSTRICTIONS & WARNINGS
Your product may require assembly. Please be sure and read all instructions in full before starting
the process. Heavy objects may require more than one adult to assemble. If you think an item is
too heavy for you to handle alone, be sure and acquire the proper help before you begin.
Many of our products are heavy and may contain dangerous materials and/or parts that could
cause harm if improperly handled or used in way in which it was not originally intended. Ensure
that you keep these products away and out of reach from young infants, children, and pets.
Some products may come with aluminum spiked stability feet. These can be extremely
dangerous and can cause severe trauma to living beings or surrounding objects if not properly
placed when in use. Be cautious when placing and moving these items.

PRODUCT REGISTRATION
There are two ways to register your product, online product registration and email product
registration. We encourage you to register your products so we can reach out to you with any
important product information that may arise in the future. If you have any questions, just email
our sales or support team.
ONLINE PRODUCT REGISTRATION
Open a web browser and navigate to https://www.timbredynamics.com.
You must first register and login as a site user in order to perform this action. The login and
registration process can be found in the main menu located in the top right portion of our web
site. Just click on the “Log In” option as shown here:
Then click the “Sign Up” option and follow the directions.
Once you have registered with us, you should now see the My Registered Products option under
the member menu.
Selecting this option will take you to the My Registered Products page as shown below.

Click the Register New Product button and enter your product information. Once submitted, you
can go back to the My Registered Products page and see your entry. Your registration will be
reviewed and approved in a few days.

PRODUCT FEATURES
The Helios Headphone Master Station is our top-level headphone station with cable
management. A unique design made from 1.5'' (38mm) high-quality butcher block hardwood
protected with a high-grade urethane oil finish.

PRODUCT ASSEMBLY
No assembly required. This product comes fully assembled. You may have to unpack the spike
feet pads (included and packaged separately) before placing on a scratchable surface.
CARE & MAINTENANCE
We have made caring for your headphone station easy. The wood of your product already
comes sealed with a high-grade urethane oil finish that should last for years to come. Try and
keep your station in a cool dry area and away from direct sunlight (if possible). To clean, simply
wipe the surface with a soft damp cloth or towel and dry it immediately after. You can use warm
water. Do not use any chemicals or abrasives. Do not let any liquid sit on the wood surface for
any extended period of time.
