Starting up ConnectedReady to connect

Step 1
Select Register, carefully read the
Privacy Policy and select Agree
if you would like to progress

Enter your email address

Click Me in the bottom right
hand corner

Select Home Management

Select Complete and your home
will be created

Select My Home. Enter a name
for your home and a location
Click Save

In My Home, click the (+) icon in
the top right-hand corner of the
screen

Select Security and Sensors
down the left hand side and
click Smart Camera

Make sure the LED indicator
is flashing red, then select the
tick box and press Next

Enter your WiFi router password
Then press Next

Remove the plastic film from the
camera lens
Hold your phone up to Sophia
If you heard Sophia chime, press “I
heard the beep”
If you dont hear the chime,
reposition Sophia in front of
the phone

Sophia will then establish a
connection to Clan

Once connected you can change
Sophia’sname and select the room
she’s in
Press Done

Micro SD
Card Slot
Add SD Card
If you would like Sophia to record, you will be required to insert a mirco
SD card. Sophia will support any sized micro SD card up to 128GB
Step 1
Turn o power to Sophia
Step 2
Find the mirco SD card slot on the
side of Sophia and insert the card
into the slot far enough for it to click into place
Step 3
Turn the power to Sophia back on

Format SD Card
Before Sophia can start recording, you will have to format the Micro SD Card.
Step 2
Click Format SD Card and press
confirm. Sophia will begin to format
the Micro SD Card

the pencil icon in the top right

Cloud Storage (Single Camera)
If you would like Sophia to record, you will be required to inset a Micro SD card
Alternatively, you can sign up to the optional cloud storage.
The camera can be set to record continuously or once it detects movement.
You can also choose to store the recorded footage for 7,14 or 30 days.
Step 1

Cloud Storage (Multiple)
Instead of paying per camera why not bundle your Cloud Storage.
Please note selecting this option will only set the camera to
record when it detects movement.
