·Check the hose and interface frequently and turn off the gas source immediately
if there be any leakage. Change the hose if any crack appear.
·For LPG user, if you find the water heater’s flames not stable, possibly which is
caused by failure of the gas regulator, please stop the pressure washer right
now and change a new gas regulator or ask for technician help; for pipeline
gas or NG user, if you find the water heater’s flames not stable, possibly
which is caused by unsteady pipeline pressure, please stop the pressure
washer right now, otherwise it maybe damaged and even accident happen.

Installation
High pressure hose & nozzles
1、Connect spray lance with the trigger gun.
2、Pull quick tie-in backwards on spray lance and install the spray nozzle.
3、Loosen the quick tie-in and push it forwards until hearing the sound of click.
4、Connect hose with the trigger gun.
Please find attached 5 spray nozzles in different colors, spray angles and used for
different occasions. Different spray angles have different sectorial areas and
pressure of spray water.
Red spray nozzle (0º ) the highest pressure and the smallest cleaning area,
only used for surface that can undertake the high pressure, such as metal or
cement, but not for wood.
Yellow spray nozzle (15º ) With a 15 º cleaning angle to strengthen the cleaning
effort in smaller area, only for surface that can undertake the pressure
Warning
!
·High pressure at the hose and improper installation
might cause hurt.
·Cut the water source when installing or uninstalling
hose, spray lance or spray nozzles.

11
Installation
High pressure hose & nozzles
Green spray nozzle (25º ). With a 25 º cleaning angle to strengthen the cleaning effort
in large area, only for surface that can undertake the pressure.
White spray nozzle (40º ). With a 40 º cleaning angle for general purpose, low pressure
and larger area.
Black nozzle. For detergent only, the lowest pressure and the largest area.

12
Pre-operation
Forbidden to turn the pressure washer gun towards unprotected skin, eyes, pets or
animals, otherwise it might cause serious damage. High pressure water is possible to
penetrate flesh of person or animal and even more severe hurt than that. Loose
connection or crack might cause injection hurt. Please see your doctor if it happens.
Warning
!
Oil check
1. Check engine oil and assure it is proper.
2. Check pump oil and assure it is proper.
Gas source check
1. Please check gas source is properly connected with engine and water heater.
2. Open the main gas valve.
Water source check
Please check water source is properly connected and opened.
Warning
!
Do not shut off the water source when in operation , otherwise
might cause damage to pump.

13
Pre-operation
water heater check
Check fuel type is same or not as on nameplate appointed. Install two 1# dry cells for the
water heater.
Notice
!
Water pressure is the switch to turn on the water heater, so when it is lower than
0.02Mpa, water heater can not be started.
If relief valve drops water, it is normal, it is for protecting the water heater from too high
water pressure.
When the outlet water temperature exceeds heat protector appointed temperature value,
the water heater will be shut down automatically, it is normal, please re-adjust the
outlet water temperature and restart.
Please check the flame from Flame Observation Window, if no flame please trigger back
the gun, and trigger again till water heater works normally

How to operate
Start up the engine
Before startup first please trigger the gun to release the pressure in pump, then start the
engine.
Notice
!
Cleaning
1. Trigger the gun and hot water will come out.
2. Trigger back and hot water will stop.
3. Get different water flow rate and pressure by changing different spray nozzles.
Warning
!
·Under by-pass mode, if the gun stay in no triggered state for more than 2 minutes,
hot water will go into the pump and this will damage the pump.
·There is a safety protector in the trigger gun.

How to operate
Detergent
Detergent works under low pressure and can not be injected under high pressure.
Notice
!
Adjust the pressure
1. Install the black spray nozzle.
2. Install the injector to the pump.
3. Put injector strainer into the detergent container.
Detergent: water 1:10
4. After use, put the injector into clean water to clean off the detergent because any
remained detergent possibly damages the pump.
1. Far away the gun to the surface you want to clean, longer distance and less water
pressure you will get.
2.Reduce the engine rotating speed, lower engine rotating speed means lower water
pressure.
3. Use the white spray nozzle, larger spray area, and lower spray pressure you will get.
4. Adjust the pressure switch on the pump, turning switch anti-clockwise will reduce the
pressure. Place the switch back after use.
Warning
!
Pressure washer has already been adjusted to the most suitable pressure in factory and
lower pressure can be achieved through following ways:
Do not attempt to increase the pump pressure, otherwise it might damage the machine
and hurt the person.

16
How to operate
Shut down the pressure washer
1. Shut off the main gas valve and engine will stop.
2. Shut off the water source.
3. Trigger the gun back and release the water pressure.
Notice
!
Please assure the main gas valve is off after the engine stopped.

17
1. Correct and regular maintenance can extend the service life of the machine.
2. Any unauthorized adjustment to the machine or unauthorized accessories might
cause damage or injury, and it will void your warranty.
