PreparingtheMachine
1.Shutofftheengine,waitforallmovingpartstostop,andallowthemachinetocoolbeforeservicingit.
2.Removethe3nutsholdingtheengine-shroudassemblyontotheengineandthenremovetheold
engine-shroudassembly.
Note:RetainthenutsforuseinStep1ofInstallingtheShroudAssemblyandRopeStop(page1).
InstallingtheShroudAssemblyandRopeStop
1.Securethenewengine-shroudassemblyontotheenginewiththepreviouslyremovednuts.
2.Installtherecoil-starterropeintheropeguideasshowninFigure1.
