DVD Recorder/VCR Combo with 1080i** Upconversion

Built in ATSC/NTSC/QAM digital/analog tuner allows for tuning of analog or
digital channels from over the air, or cable, including “cable-in-the-clear” digital channels.
Combines the convenient recording* and playback options of a DVD recorder AND a
video cassette recorder, all in one slim chassis.
Super multiformat recording and playback*** provides the utmost in recording media
convenience with compatibility with the most popular formats (DVD-RAM, DVD-R, DVD-RW,
DVD+R, DVD+RW).
With video upconversion** up to 1080i via HDMITM, the D-VR600 takes your existing
DVDs to a higher level, complementing today’s high definition TVs.
One Touch Recording* provides a simple and convenient way to make a recording.
Simply connect your DVD recorder/VCR to your cable or satellite box and then to your
monitor/TV and you are set to record with the push of one button!
Camcorder controls (with front DV input) means simple copying of memories from tape
to DVD.
SD Bridge Recording* lets you easily record programming received from the built-in tuner
onto VHS tape in standard resolution.

**A HDTV or HD Monitor with an HDCP capable HDMI or DVI input is required for video
upconversion. To upconvert to 720p or 1080i resolution, a 720p or 1080i capable HDTV or HD
Monitor (as applicable) is required.
***Some DVD-R/DVD-RW and CD-R/CD-RW discs may be incompatible due to laser pick up
and disc design. CD-R/CD-RW discs must be recorded using CD-DA method for CD audio play-
back. The DVD Recorder may not support some MP3/WMA/JPEG/ recordings due to differ-
ences in recording formats, disc structure, or condition of the disc (use of CD-RW for MP3 files is
not recommended). See owner’s manual for more information.
