Indicator Check
Theindicatorlabeled

IN"lightsred
if
poweris suppliedfrom the AC adapterwhenyou
connectthe AC adaptertothe Tl000LEanda walloutlet.
If
the AC adapter'soutputvoltage
is abnonnal, this indicator blinks red
or
does not glow.

the DC IN indicator blinks red
or
does not glow before the power is turned on to
the system, see Check
1.

If
the DC IN indicator blinks red
or
does not glow after the poweris turned on to the
system, see Check 2. Also, check the power output circuits to the system.

Unplug the AC adapter from the wall outlet and system. Reconnect the AC
adapter to the system and wall outlet, then restart the system.
If
the problem
still exists, perfonn Check
2.
Checkthe AC adaptervoltage suppliedto the systemusing the multimeter.
If
itis notnonnal (DC +12V), the ACadaptermay bedamaged. Replaceit with
anewACadapter.

theproblemstillexists, perfonnPROCEDURE

Also,
check the battery charge circuits.
Theindicator labeled"Battery" lights orange (while the AC adapteris charging the battery)
or
lights green (when the battery pack is fully charged)
if
power is supplied from the AC
adapterwhenyouconnectthe batterypackto the system.
If
onlythebatterypackisconnected
to the system, this indicatorlights green (the battery pack is in use)
or
lights red (the battery
is low), and
if
this indicator blinks red, the battery pack is completely discharged.

Check that the battery pack is correctly connected to the system.

Connect the AC adapter to the system and wait 30 minutes or
so.

Replacethe batterypack with aknown good battery pack.
