manual de instrucciones y utilización. En

El presente manual de instrucciones forma
parte integrante de la máquina y por ello
debe seguir el ciclo de vida de la máquina
durante 10 años a partir de la puesta en
servicio, incluso en caso de
desplazamiento de la misma a otro
usuario.

2. DESCRIPCIÓN GENERAL DE LA MÁQUINA - GENERAL
DESCRIPTION OF THE MACHINE
La torre faro modelo TF 5.5mt es una torre
de iluminación diseñada teniendo en
cuenta tres características fundamentales:

Los materiales de construcción no sólo
permiten que la torre sea muy robusta,
sino que constituyen por ellos mismos una
garantía de longevidad, puesto que dichos
materiales no sufren daño alguno de los
fenómenos de deterioro como la oxidación.
La posibilidad de bajar la torre es un factor
fundamental por lo que se refiere al
desplazamiento y al transporte. La torre
faro puede ser usada por un solo operador
con máxima seguridad. Los focos, que
incluyen la lámpara, utilizados en las torres
faro además de ser suministrados por los
mejores fabricantes tienen el cableado a
regla de arte y son controlados con gran
precisión.
The constructive materials in uses
guarantee not only an extreme strength of
the tower, but they are also synonymous
of longevity, in fact these materials are
untouchable from the deterioration
phenomena like the rust. The possibility
to lowering the tower is the fundamental
factors in the field of the movement and
the transports. The tower can be used

5. ISTRUCCIONES PARA EL USO - OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
5.1 COMPROBACIONES PREVIAS - CONTROL BEFORE TO USE
Una vez efectuada la instalación, es
obligatorio que todas las piezas de la
máquina

•Estén perfectamente íntegras (sin
grietas ni defecto alguno,
especialmente el cabrestante de
elevación, el cable de elevación y
descenso, las secciones de tubos y
los faros).

•Sean conformes en todo lo
especificado en el manual en todos

5.2 PREPARACIÓN PARA EL USO DE LA TORRE FARO - INSTRUCTION FOR THE
USE OF THE LIGHTING TOWER

1. Extraer los estabilizadores y los
tirantes.
1. Extract the stabilizer and tie-rod
from our seats.
2. Fijar la anilla de los tirantes en las
chavetas correspondientes.
2. Fix the tie-rod’s ring in the
opportune plugs.
3. Hacer girar los tirantes hasta
conseguir el equilibrio y la
estabilidad de la torre.
3. Rotate the screw without end to
obtain the correct equilibrium and
stability of the towe.
4. Izar la unidad de los focos en el
extremo de la torre.
4. Insert the lighting group at the
extreme of the towe.
5. Introducir el cable del alargo en los
aros correspondientes para evitar
estorbos.
5. Insert the wire of the extends in the
suitable rings to avoid every type
of encumbrance.
6. Elevar la torre a la altura deseada
utilizando el cabrestante manual
con freno automático girando la
manivela en el sentido de las agujas
del reloj. Una vez alcanzada la
altura máxima indicada por el
constructor, las secciones se
pararán y será imposible seguir
accionando el cabrestante. Para
cerrar la torre girar la manivela del
cabrestante en el sentido contrario a
las agujas del reloj hasta que las
secciones telescópicas n°2-3-4
queden dentro de la primera
sección.

Los dos tornillos de cabeza hexagonal
colocados en la primera sección tubular de
acero inoxidable a unos 12 cm del
cabrestante, sirven de freno de seguridad.
Por ello será necesario comprobar la
sujeción perfecta de los mismos antes de
cada uso de la torre.

5.3 CONEXIÓN ELÉCTRICA - ELECTRICAL CONNECTION
•Comprobar el buen estado del cable
en dotación en todas sus partes y a
continuación conectarlo a un
enchufe de tipo normalizado (o de
todos modos que cumpla la
normativa vigente en el estado
donde se halle).

conexión se debe escoger en
función de la tensión, la potencia

•Comprobar que la tensión y la
frecuencia de funcionamiento de las
lámparas correspondan a la tensión
y la frecuencia de la instalación
utilizada.

frequency of the system in use.
•Conectar la máquina a una
instalación según normativa y con
un interruptor diferencial
automático.
•Connect the machine to a norms
system with ELCB protection.
•Todas las piezas que tengan
tensión deberán tener una toma de
tierra.
•All pieces that carry current must
have the ground.
•Todos los cables de conexión (fases
+ toma de tierra) tienen que estar
conectados de modo que no se
puedan arrancar ni dañar en modo
alguno.
•All the connection cables (phases
+ ground) must be connected in

tear or damage it in some way.
•Una vez en marcha, colocar el
interruptor general en la posición I.

8. GARANTÍA - GUARANTEE
TOWER LIGHT S.r.l. garantiza sus productos,
siempre que no sean modificados, por un
período de 12 (doce) meses a partir de la
fecha de entrega al cliente usuario.
TOWER LIGHT S.r.l. guarantees its products,

(twelve) months from the delivery date to the
customer.
Durante este tiempo, en los países donde
exista una organización de asistencia, TOWER
LIGHT S.r.l. se compromete a substituir o
reparar las piezas dañadas por defecto de
origen de material, elaboración y/o montaje a
través de sus propios talleres autorizados.

where it exists an assistance organization,
TOWER LIGHT S.r.l. is engaged to replace or
to repair damaged pieces cause origin defect,
working and/or assembly for means of the
own authorized workshops.
La decisión sobre la reparación o la sustitución
de las piezas defectuosas será a la entera
discreción de TOWER LIGHT S.r.l. o de los
talleres autorizados.
The choice if to execute a repair or to replace
a damages pieces it‘s to judgment of the
TOWER LIGHT S.r.l. or the authorized
workshops.
La garantía en el resto del mundo consiste
exclusivamente en el suministro gratuito de las
piezas que se consideren no utilizables por
defecto comprobado de origen. La garantía se
aplicará previo examen de los materiales
defectuosos por parte de TOWER LIGHT S.r.l.
Los gastos de viaje y dietas del personal que
efectúe la reparación en garantía correrán a
cargo del usuario, así como los gastos de
embalaje y transporte tanto de las piezas
defectuosas como de las sustituidas. En
ninguno de los casos previstos el comprador
podrá exigir la disolución del contrato o un
resarcimiento por daños por la imposibilidad
de utilizar la máquina.

LIGHT S.r.l, para los cuales intervendrá
directamente el fabricante:

mounted on equipment TOWER LIGHT S.r.l.,
for which the manufacturer takes part directly.
La garantía será invalidada cuando:
-el cliente no cumple con sus

fábrica.
-se realicen desmontajes, reparaciones
o modificaciones por personal que no
pertenezca a la red de asistencia de
