2. Hardware Installation and Configuration
1. Do not install or mount the IP camera until
after you complete the installation steps
below. Temporarily place the IP camera next
to your computer.
2. Insert the Utility CD-ROM into your CD-ROM
drive.
5. Click Install Camera and follow the
instructions.
6. Initial Setup is complete! Your camera is now
connected to your network. Click the
hyperlink to confirm access to the
management interface. Click the icon to
create a desktop shortcut for ease of access.
Then click Next.
4. Select language from the drop down menu.
7. Congratulations! Your camera is now ready to
be installed in its final location. Click Finish.
Scan the QR code if you would like to install
free Mobile App for your camera.
8. See User's Guide for information concerning
advanced management functions.
9. Install the camera in your desired location. To
connect the IP camera to your network using
the PoE functionality, please use either of the
following methods:

network port on the IP Camera.

ŸConnect the power adapter to the TPE-113GI and then to a power outlet.
ŸConnect a network cable from the TV-IP662PI to the TPE-113GI's PWR+DATA OUT port.
ŸConnect a network cable from a switch or router (e.g. TEW-731BR) to the TPE-113GI's DATA IN
port.

Note:
ŸTo manage m ultiple cameras and for more advanced features, please install the T RENDnetVIEW
Pro software. Install the software by clicking Install TRENDnetVIEW Pro in the Autorun window
and refer to the TRENDnetVIEW Pro User's Guide on the CD for more information.
ŸTwo User's Guides are included – one for the camera and one for the complementary management
software.
ŸWhen viewing live video, you may be required to install ActiveX or plug-ins.
ŸIt is recommended that you setup a dynamic DNS service in order to view your cameras remotely.

If damage occurs, disconnect the TRENDnet device from the power outlet and contact a qualified technician ONLY.
