Note:
In order to save electricity, turn off the battery switcher after use, turn on the battery switch before use.
Tighten in a slow. Tightening too quickly will result in an inaccurate final torque figure.
2 Instructions:
2.1 How to select the unit measurement scale
1. Press „M“ and P/T buttons together please
2. Release the select different torque measurement scales
½“ 3/8“ (Nm/ft-lb/in-lb/kg-m)
1/4“ ( Nm/ft-lb/in-lb kg-cm )
3. The unit value will automatically change when the measurement scale is selected
2.2 How to select torque settings and use the torque wrench?
-Press and hold the (+) button until the required torque reading is reached
-The target will show for 10 seconds then revert to 0,0
-Steadily apply torque fastener
-The LED will flash and an intemittent warning buzzer will soud when you are 20% away from the target torque
reading.
-When full torque is reached the LED will stop flashing and constant tone will be heard stop pulling
-Tighten in a slow and controlled manner and stop applying pressure immediatelly the torque wrench indicates the
required setting has been reached. Tightening too quickly will result in an inaccurate final torque reading.
3. How to set „peak“ and „Trace“ modes
-Press and release „P/T“ button when the digital ratchet power on
-The LCD panel show the Ptop (peak ) or trACE ( trace )
-The LCD panel will revert to 0,0after 2seconds
-Peak: display stays at highest torque setting reached
-Trace: display follows torque setting beying applied, then turn to 0.0.
4. Memory
-Store reading must be under „Ptop“ mode
-Press “M“ button at least 1 second then release
-The display show the memory is „P01“ then torque reading
-P01 is the latest reading, „P50“ would be oldest.
5. Turning off
- If you dont use the wrench for 70 seconds the tool will turn off automatically
- To manually turn off the tool press the power button and hold for 3 seconds
6. Batteries install and replacement
1. The tool is powered by 2pcs cell batteries (CR2032)
2. Keep the end thread clean and dry for a good contact.
3. Open the battery cap. Remove the old battery
4. Install 2 pcs cell batteries (CR2032)
5 Close the battery cap
6. Always remove batteries if the tools os stored and not in constant use.
