Do not climb on racking, shelves, or equipment.
This shelf is not a toy and should not be used by children. Close supervision is necessary when used near
children, or individuals with certain disabilities. Unsupervised use could result in personal injury. Keep children
away from the shelf to prevent accidents caused by climbing, pulling, or playing near it.
Periodically check for signs of wear, loose connections, or damage. Replace or repair any compromised
components promptly.
Maintain clear pathways around the shelf to prevent tripping hazards or obstruction of emergency exits.
Use appropriate straps, bungee cords, or anchors to prevent heavy objects from shifting or falling off the shelf.

special or consequential damages, including, without limitation, loss of profits, revenue, resulting from any
breach of express or implied warranty or condition or under any other legal theory, even if True & Tidy has been
advised of the possibility of such damages. True & Tidy liability is only limited to the replacement of the
defective item.
