Attach tires to the base unit, with the
5/8” bolt and lock nut. (The nut goes on
the inside side of the tire.)
Insert a 44.5” tapered pipe in each cor-
ner fitting of the base unit. (The tapered
end goes up.)

Put the target arm cross brace onto two
of the tapered pipes.
IMPORTANT NOTE: The arm pivot
goes on the inside and is on the
opposite side from the wheels.
Insert a 41.5” pipe onto each tapered
pipe .

Slide the bucket assembly onto the
trigger unit. Make sure that it is posi-
tioned so that the roller engages with
the trigger hook.
Slide on a corner fitting and
tighten.
Insert the remaining 41.5” pipes in-
to the corner fitting and tighten.
Place the remaining two corner fit-
tings onto either end of the 24”
pipe. Be sure to slide them com-
pletely on, but do not tighten. At-
tached these corner fittings to the
opposite ends of the 41.5” pipes.
(Leaving the corner fittings loose
will help to guide them onto the
pipes.) Tighten all fittings.
Slide on the collar and tighten.
Tip the unit onto its side. Block
the tires and find items to elevate
the unit about a foot or so. Place
the top on the unit, and tighten.

Insert filler tube hook and tighten.
Attach filler tube.
Use the clips to route the filler
tube along the frame to where ev-
er you are going to place the
drum.
Attach the canvas to
the frame with the
Velcro straps.
Attach the garden hose
to the connector/valve.

♦ Never use baseballs or hard balls. (Use only
the balls provided.)
♦ Set up on level round.
♦ Keep Bi Splash staked and/or sandba ed for
stability.
♦ Keep Bi Splash away from electricity.
♦ Never stand under the bucket when in use.
♦ Do not allow anyone to climb on or lean
a ainst the Bi Splash.
♦ Do not allow anyone to hit the tar et with
their hand.
♦ Take down the Bi Splash if there is hi h wind
or chance of li htenin .
