entire manual to become familiar with this product before you begin using it.
This lightbar is designed for certain applications only. The distributor cannot be
responsible for issues arising from modification. We strongly recommend this lightbar
not be modified and/or used for any application other than that for which it was
designed. If you have any questions relative to a particular application, DO NOT use
the lightbar until you have first contacted the distributor to determine if it can or should
be performed on the product.

INTENDED USE
The 36Watt LED lightbar is designed for trucks, SUVs, ATVs, farm equipment and heavy
machinery, with very low amp draw. Aluminum die-cast housing features a weatherproof
design. Magnetic base provides easy mounting.

built into this product, but must be supplied by the operator.
SAVE THESE INSTRUCTIONS
IMPORTANT SAFETY CONSIDERATIONS
•If mounting this product requires drilling holes, the installer MUST be sure that no
vehicle components or other vital parts could be damaged by the drilling process.
Check both sides of the mounting surface before drilling begins. Also de-burr any
holes and remove any metal shards or remnants. Install grommets into all wire
passage holes.
•Do not use a pressure washer to clean this product.
LIGHTBAR USE AND CARE
•Do not modify the lightbar in any way. Unauthorized modification may impair
the function and/or safety and could affect the life of the product.
•Always check damaged or worn out parts before using the lightabr. Broken
parts will affect the lightbar operation. Replace or repair damaged or worn parts
immediately.
•Store idle lightbar. If the lightbar is not permanently installed, when the lightbar is
not in use, store it in a secure place out of the reach of children. Inspect it for good
working condition prior to storage and before reuse.
INSTALL THE LIGHTBAR
•Attach the magnetic base (4) on bottom of the bracket（2）by M8 x 10 Hex socket
cap screw（8). 2 magnetic bases per bracket.
•Insert M6x15 Hex socket cap screw (7) to spring washer (6), flat washer（5),
bracket（2）and the side of light (1). Do not over tighten the screws.
•Insert M6x15 Hex socket cap screw (7) to spring washer (6), flat washer (5),
cambered hole on bracket and the side of light (1). Do not over tighten the screws.
•Adjust the angle of the light body that will give you a maximum beam, and then
tighten M6x15 Hex socket cap screws.
•Select a mounting location on your vehicle, and then put the lightbar on the
mounting location.

You can also choose permanent mount, refer to the following description:
•Insert M6x15 Hex socket cap screw (7) to spring washer (6), flat washer (5),
bracket (2) and the side of light (1). Do not over tighten the screws.
•Insert M6x15 Hex socket cap screw (7) to spring washer (6), flat washer (5),
cambered hole on bracket and the side of light (1). Do not over tighten the screws.
•Adjust the angle of the light body that will give you a maximum beam, and then
tighten M6x15 Hex socket cap screws.
•Select a mounting location that will not cause any obstruction for your vehicle’s
normal functions.
•Drill a mounting hole for M8x30 Hexagon Bolt (9) on the mounting surface. Insert
M8x30 hexagon bolt (9) to the hole of bracket (2) and mounting hole on your
vehicle. Then attach the M8 spring washer (10), M8 flat washer (11) and M8
hexagon nut (12). Do not overtighten the screws.
OPERATION
1. Plug the 12V DC power port plug into the 12V power port of vehicle, making sure you
have a good connection.
2. Pressing the button on the power port plug, the lightbar will be lighted.
3. To turn off the lamp, just press again.
MAINTENANCE
•It is recommended that the general condition of the lightbar be examined before it
is used. Keep your lightbar in good repair by adopting a program of conscientious
repair and maintenance. Have necessary repairs made by qualified service
personnel.
•Clean the surface of lightbar lens frequently to keep its brightness.
•When any malfunction occurs, stop using and repair it immediately as soon as
possible. Please operate your lightbar according to the proper operation
procedures.
