SAFETY MEASURES
Before using the appliance these safety measures should be held carefully:
1. Read the instructions carefully before operating the magic baker. Incorrect
operation can cause malfunction of the device, as well as injury to the user.
2. Before operating put the device on a flat and stable surface.
3. This electrical appliance is a multifunctional device for cooking food in
domestic conditions and can be used in apartments, country houses, hotel
rooms, household stores, offices or other similar conditions of non-industri-
al operation. Industrial or any other misuse of the device will be considered
as a violation of the conditions for the proper use of the product. Do not use
the appliance outdoors.
4. Before connecting the appliance to the mains, make sure the rated voltage
of the magic baker correspond to parameters of the power supply in your
house.
5. Always unplug the device from the power outlet after use and before clean-
ing. When disconnecting the appliance from the mains, hold the plug, not
the power cord.
6. During operation, the metal parts of the appliance become hot. Do not
touch them with your hands when the device is connected to an electrical
outlet.
7. Do not immerse the appliance or power cord in water or other liquids. This
may cause an electric shock.
8. Never leave the appliance unattended near children during the operation.
Keep the appliance and its cord out of the reach of children.
9. Do not operate the appliance with a damaged power cord or plug, or after
the appliance malfunctions, or if it has been damaged in any manner. Re-
turn the complete appliance immediately to a UNIT service center or author-
ized service agent for inspection, and if necessary, adjustment or repair.
10. Do not stretch the power cord in the doorways, and make sure that it does
not twist, bend or touch the sharp objects, corners and edges of the furni-
ture. Keep the power supply cord away from hot parts. Make sure that the
power cord is not caught between panels.

11. Bread can burn. Do not use the magic baker near or under flammable mate-
rials, such as curtains.
12. The appliance can not be used by persons (including children) with limited
physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience/knowledge,
provided that are supervised or have been provided with instruction in the
safe use of the appliance and have understood the resulting dangers. Chil-
dren are not allowed to play with the appliance.
13. The appliance must not be operated using a timer or a separate remote
system.
BEFORE FIRST USE
• Remove the device and its accessories carefully and remove all packing mate-
rials.
• Unwind the mains cable completely.
• Wipe the device body with a damp cloth. Remove the detachable parts with
soapy water, dry all elements of the device carefully before switching on in
the mains power supply.
OPERATION OF THE APPLIANCE
Pay attention that during the first use there can be a short-term output of a small amount of smoke.
It is possible and not a malfunction.
Replacement of removable panels
The magic baker is equipped with 3 sets of removable panels: 2 panels for sandwiches, 2 panels for
grill and 2 panels for Belgium waffles.
1. Open the cover
2. Press the removable panels fixing button on the housing and remove the
metal panel. Install in its place another so that the protrusions on its coin-
cide with the grooves on the body.
3. Repeat the same procedure with the other panel.

Using the device
During operation the device should always be horizontally.
1. Install the necessary panels into magic baker.
2. Connect the appliance to the mains. Both indicators light up and the appli-
ance starts to heat up. When the appliance reaches the right temperature,
ready lamp (green) blinks off. After that you can cook.
3. Open the cover and depending on the type of panels installed place the
ingredients for sandwiches, dough for waffles or products for grilling on the
underside of the heating surface. Press the food with the top panel until the
cover locking mechanism snaps into place.
Make sure that the capacity of the panels is not overfilled, otherwise you will not be able to close the
device.
4. During operation, the device maintains the temperature, including turning
off the heat.
5. After cooking, open the cover and take the finished products with wooden or
silicone kitchen paddles.
Do not use plastic objects which are not resistant to high temperatures to remove the
finished products, as well as metal and sharp objects which can damage the non-stick coating.
6. If you want to prepare more food, close the cover again and wait for the
ready lamp (green) to blink off. Then repeat the instructions written above.
7. Disconnect the device from the electrical outlet after use.
CARE AND CLEANING
1. Disconnect the appliance from the mains. Do not clean the appliance until it
has cooled completely.
2. Clean the housing with a damp soft cloth. Take care that the water did not
get inside.
3. Do not immerse the appliance and power cord in water. For cleaning, use
only soft sponges and brushes.
4. Do not use abrasive detergents or other substances not recommended for
use with food contact objects.
5. Dry all parts before use or storage.
