Il codice dell’apparecchiatura riporta il suffisso “X” al termine del
corrispondente codice standard.
Trasporto e stoccaggio
Stoccare il prodotto per tempi brevi in locali asciutti ombreggiati
areati e non esposti ad agenti corrosivi.
Montaggio e smontaggio
Montaggio
Il prodotto deve essere integro. Non apportare modifiche se non
espressamente autorizzate.
Durante le operazioni di montaggio e smontaggio le bobine
devono essere disalimentate e a temperatura ambiente.
Il montaggio e la messa in funzione devono essere fatte da
personale qualificato ed autorizzato, in conformità con le
istruzioni d’uso.
Utilizzare esclusivamente i connettori elettrici previsti a catalogo.
Non utilizzare strumenti di montaggio corrosi o danneggiati.
Lasciare facilmente accessibili le superfici da pulire.
Proteggere l’apparecchio da oggetti in caduta.
Smontaggio
Attendere il tempo necessario affinchè la bobina si raffreddi a
temperatura ambiente.
Prima di togliere la tensione di alimentazione, accertarsi che
ogni attuatore a valle sia in posizione stabile.
Messa in servizio
Applicare o togliere tensione alla bobina.
L’inserzione o lo scollegamento di un connettore sotto tensione
può provocare scintille.
Nelle normali condizioni d’uso previste, le bobine sono destinate
a scaldarsi nei limiti indicati.
Utilizzo/Regolazione
Scopo della bobina è comandare l’elettrovalvola a cui è connessa.
L’apparecchio può essere utilizzato in atmosfera potenzialmente
esplosiva in zona 2 e 22, gas e polveri.
È necessario rispettare le avvertenze seguenti:
- Rispettare il valore di tensione e di frequenza nominale indicato
sia sulla bobina che sul catalogo.
- Rispettare il valore di temperatura ambiente minimo e
massimo, indicato nella tabella sotto riportata.
- Garantire alla bobina una sufficiente aerazione.
- Non alimentare la bobina separata dal suo pilota: la temperatura
crescerebbe in modo eccessivo rispetto al previsto.
Manutenzione e cura
Durante le operazioni di manutenzione, attenersi alle istruzioni
elencate al punto 3. e al punto 4.
In presenza di impurità sulla superficie, pulire il componente con
un panno morbido antistatico.
La bobina è progettata in modo da non richiedere interventi di
manutenzione.
Revisionare l’apparecchio quando:
Anomalia/Situazione Intervento
Visivo danno della parte esterna, o
del connettore Sostituire il componente.
Commutazione irregolare della
valvola
Controllare che la tensione
applicata giunga correttamente
e che l’alimentazione abbia una
potenza sufficiente.

The suffix“X” is added at the end of the standard part number of
the equipment.
Transport and Storage
Store the product for short periods in cold, dry, shaded and
ventilated premises which are not exposed to corrosive agents.
Assembly and Disassembly
Assembly
The product must be complete without any modification
unless expressly authorized.
During assembly and disassembly shut off coil voltage and keep
ambient temperature.
The assembly and the starting have to be done by specialized
and authorized staff in according to the directions for use.
Only the accessories indicated in the additional safety instructions
have to be used.
Don’t use fixing accessories or assembly equipment corroded
with rust or damaged.
The surfaces to be cleaned have to be easily accessible.
Protect the equipment against objects likely to fall down.
Disassembly
Wait for the coil to cool till reaching ambient temperature.
Before shutting off the supply upstream, make sure that each
actuator downstream is stable position
Starting
Apply or shut off the coil voltage
Connecting and disconnecting the connectors with applied
voltage can cause sparks.
Under normal conditions of use, the coils warms up within
indicated bounds.
Use/Adjustment
The aim of the coil is to actuate the solenoide valve that is
connected to.
The unit may be used in potentially explosive atmosphere in
areas 2 and 22, gas and dust.
The following requisites must be observed:
- Rated voltage and frequency shown on the coil and in the
catalogue.
- The minimum and maximum ambient temperature shown in
the table below.
- Make sure that the coil is ventilated enough.
- Do not supply the coil separated from the pilot: the temperature
would increase too much.
Maintenance and Care
During maintenance please observe instructions listed under
items 3 and 4
To remove foreign matter, clean the component with a soft
antistatic cloth
The coil has been designed to avoid any kind of maintenance

Salute e sicurezza
Effettuare una valutazione dei rischi ed eliminare, o ridurre, le
potenziali fonti di innesco in conformità ai requisiti della zona
classificata d’installazione.
Osservare tutte le norme di salute e sicurezza previste per il sito
(area classificata) ove vengono installate le apparecchiature, nel
pieno rispetto dell’analisi del rischio del Datore di lavoro
D.Lgs. 81/08 titolo XI in attuazione della Direttiva 1999/92/CE.
Indossare i dispositivi di protezione individuale previsti.
Eventuali applicazioni di componenti elettrici e/o elettronici
dovranno avvenire in conformità ai requisiti di protezione
prescritti dalla Direttiva ATEX 2014/34UE.
Gli utenti finali hanno la responsabilità di garantire la compatibilità
del prodotto con l’applicazione specifica (ovvero pressione e
natura del fluido di potenza che possano influenzarne l’idoneità
e l’affidabilità).
Non maneggiare apparecchi che siano stati usati in presenza
di sostanze nocive, a meno che non siano stati completamente
decontaminati e certificati come sicuri per la manipolazione.

Health and Security
Carry out an evaluation of risks and eliminate or reduce the
potential primer sources in accordance with the requisites of
the classified installation area.
Observe all health and security specifications foreseen for the
site (classified area), in which the products are installed, fully
respecting the risk analysis of the employer D.Lgs. 81/08 titolo XI
in accomplishment of the Directive 1999/92/CE.
Wear the foreseen individual protection devices.
If electric or electronic components are added, this must be
done in accordance with the protection requisites prescribed by
the Directive ATEX 2014/34UE.
The final users are responsible for guaranteeing the compatibility
of the product with the specific application (or pressure and
type of the power fluid which might affect the suitability and
reliability).
Don’t handle products which have been used in the presence of
harmful materials, unless they have been decontaminated and
certified as being secure for handling.
