Step 1 - Attach Frame Brackets
When attaching the Surge Protector to the frame
mounting points, consider the location of other UPLIFT
Desk accessories you plan to attach. The Surge Protector
can be mounted to either side of the frame, in front or
back. Refer to the images shown to determine where you
would like to mount your Surge Protector.
A. Position the Frame Brackets in the orientation shown.
B. Align the appropriate oval holes in the Frame Brackets
with the frame mounting points indicated by the
dotted lines shown in Location 1 or 2.
C. Use a Phillips Head Screwdriver to attach the Frame
Brackets to the frame mounting points using the
M8 x 8 Machine Screws and M8 Washers.
Location 1: Choose this location if you would like the
Surge Protector located closest to the end of the desk.
Location 2: Choose this location if you plan to install a
Desk Extension or Sidecar Shelf to your desk. The dotted
circles indicate the mounting holes that will be used by
those accessories.
Assembly Instructions
There are three ways to mount the 4-Outlet Mountable Surge Protector:
Option 1:
Mounted to the patented mounting points
on UPLIFT Desk Frames.
Option 2:
Mounted directly to the bottom of the
desktop with the outlets facing down.
Option 3:
Mounted via Desktop Brackets to the bottom
of the desktop with the outlets facing
forward, backward, or to the side.

Step 2 - Attach the Surge Protector
A. Position the Surge Protector in the orientation shown.
B. Align the oval mounting slots in the ends of the Surge
Protector with the mounting holes in the ends of the
Frame Brackets as shown.
C. Use a Phillips Head Screwdriver to attach the
Surge Protector to the Frame Brackets with the
M5 x 6 Machine Screws and M5 Washers.
