Assemblyinstructions
1. Unpack the lamp&assemblelowerpole
Carefullyorganize andplaceallparts ona
smooth,flatsurface.lineupalloftheparts
accordingto theassemblydiagram.
Screwthelowerpole(H)totopofthebase(I).
2. Assemble the upperpoles
Screwthemiddlepole(G)to topof thelower
pole(H).
Screwtheupperpole(F)totop of themiddle
pole(G).

3. Assemble the arm assemblyand
handle
Pull theexcess power cord through
thebase(I).
Screwthearmassembly(D)to top
oftheupperpole(F).
Screwthehandle(E) toarmassembly(D).
IMPORTANT NOTE:Pleasemakesure the
arm and socketface frontasshown, ifthe
arm and socketarenotface front, adjustthe
arm and socketface frontasshown, and then
usethewrench(J)(included)totightenthe
nutfrom bottomof the base (I).
4. Assemble the metalshade
Removethesocketring (B)fromsockets by
unscrewingthesocketring(B).
Place onemetalshade(D) over socket,then
securewiththesocketring (B).

5.Install the bulb
Priorto installingthebulb,inspectsocketforsilicapacket.Ifpacketis present,
thenremoveand throw away.Do not exposeit tochildrenorpets.
Install one120V, 60Hz,6-Watt Edison LEDbulb(A) (included) or one 120V,
60Hz, 100-Wattmax, medium-basetype Abulb(notincluded) intothesocketof
thelightlamp.
You canadjusttheposition ofmetalshadeby looseningthewingnutand
swivel.
Plugcordinto anoutletandturnonattheswitch.

Cleanthelampwithasoft,drycloth.Donotuseanycleanerswithchemicals,solvents,orharshabrasives.
Troubleshooting

thelightis turnedon.
Problem
Didnotinsert plug intopower
outlet.
Ensurethattheplug is fullyand
properlyinsertedintothe power
outlet.
Importantsafetyinstructions
Thisportablelamphasapolarizedplug(onebladeiswiderthantheother)asafeaturetoreducetherisk
ofelectric shock. This plug will fit ina polarizedoutletonlyone way. If the plug does notfit fullyinthe
outlet,reversetheplug.Ifitstilldoesnotfit,contactaqualifiedelectrician.neverusewithanextensioncord
unlessplugcanbefullyinserted.Donotaltertheplug.
