WARNING: Before installing or maintaining the luminary, make sure all powers are
TURNED OFF.
Verify that supply voltage is correct by comparing it with the label information on all
fixtures.
Make all connections in accordance with the NEC requirements, and make sure all
luminaries are properly secured to prevent any wire complications. This luminary is
to always be installed with the lens facing down and its not to exceed the maximum
ambient temperature rating noted on the specification sheet.

7. Adjust the Tilt Angle on the luminaire,
once the Tilt Angle is as desired, finish
tightening the Socket Head bolt to firmly
tighten the fixture with the Arm Mount.

1. Use provided Hole Pattern for drilling. Make sure to make
an extra notch for the power cables to run through the Square
Tube.
2. Place mount against square tube.
3. Install the provided [2] Socket head
M8-1.25 x 40 mm bolts with lock washer
and washer to secure the arm mount
firmly in place, insert the flat-bar
with threaded holes inside the
round tube and use the
threaded holes to secure
the mount. Make sure all
bolts are tightened and
holes are properly sealed.
4. Once the Arm Mount is properly
fastened to the mounting round pole, run
the power cord cable from the inside of
the pole and out the notch from the
Arm Mount. This cable
will then be inserted into
the fixture.
5. Run the power cord from the arm
mount to the luminaire, Once the
cable has been inserted inside the
fixture, connect the power cable to
the LED Driver inside the fixture. In
order to access the LED Driver
cables, the electrician must first
remove the [6] screws from the
service door using a #2 Phillips
screw driver and make all
connections inside the luminaire.
6. Once all wiring is complete,
Close the service door and use the
M12 bolt to fasten the
Arm Mount to the fixture.
Do not fasten completely.

2. Place mount against round tube.
3. Install the provided [2] Socket head
M8-1.25 x 40 mm bolts with lock washer and
washer to secure the Mount firmly
in place, insert the flatbar with threaded holes
inside the round tube and use the threaded
holes to secure the mount. Make sure all
bolts are tightened and holes are
properly sealed.

TROUBLESHOOTING
1) Make sure the Power Outlet matches the Voltage on the driver. It is very
important for the Power Outlet and the driver to match. If these values do not match,
this can cause the LED fixture to not turn on or damage the driver.
2) Check the LED Driver Input Connections. Make sure the ACL on the driver is
connected to the hot power outlet cable and the ACN on the driver is connected to the
Neutral wire on the power outlet.
3) Check the LED Driver Output Connections. These connections will already come
installed when the fixture is purchased. However, if the Input Connections are double-
checked and the lumen is not turning on. It might be a good idea to make sure there are
no cuts in the wires and everything is properly connected.

5. Run the power cord from the arm mount to the luminaire, Once the cable has
been inserted inside the fixture, connect the power cable to the LED Driver inside the
fixture. In order to access the LED Driver cables, the electrician must first remove the
[6] screws from the service door using a #2 Phillips screw driver and make all
connections inside the luminaire.
6. Once all wiring is complete,
Close the service door and use
the M12 bolt to fasten the
Arm Mount to the fixture.
Do not fasten completely.
4. Once the Arm Mount is properly
fastened to the mounting round pole, run
the power cord cable from the inside of
the pole and out the notch from the
Arm Mount. This cable
will then be inserted into
the fixture.

1. Use provided dimensins for determining if the Slipfitter
Mount can be used. (In this installation example, the
round pole is smaller than 2.5” diameter).
2. Place mount over the round pole.
3. Install the provided [6] Socket head M8-1.25 x 20 mm
bolts to secure the Slipfitter Mount firmly in place. Make
sure all bolts are tightened
and holes are
properly sealed.
SLIPFITTER MOUNT
7. Adjust the Tilt Angle on the luminaire,
once the Tilt Angle is as desired, finish
tightening the Socket Head bolt to firmly
tighten the fixture with the Arm Mount.

4. Once the Slip fitter is properly
fastened to the mounting round pole, run
the power cord cable from the inside of
the pole and out the notch from the
Slip fitter. This cable
will then be inserted into
the fixture.
5. Run the power cord from the slip
fitter to the luminaire, Once the
cable has been inserted inside the
fixture, connect the power cable to
the LED Driver inside the fixture. In
order to access the LED Driver
cables, the electrician must first
remove the [6] screws from the
service door using a #2 Phillips
screw driver and make all
connections inside the luminaire.
6. Once all wiring is complete,
Close the service door and use the
M12 bolt to fasten the
Slip fitter to the fixture.
Do not fasten completely.

TROUBLESHOOTING

5. Run the power cord from the trunnion
mount to the luminaire, Once the cable
has been inserted inside the luminaire,
connect the power cable to the LED
Driver inside the fixture. In order to
access the LED Driver cables, the

Trunnion Mount to the luminaire.

4. Once the Trunnion Mount is properly
fastened to the mounting surface, run the
power cord cable from the inside of the
mounting surface and out notch from the
Trunnion Mount.

2. Remove the [4] screws that hold the LED driver in place in order to
be able to move the driver a little off to the side to make room for the
surge protector.
3. Follow the Wiring Diagram provided to install the Surge Protector.
This must be performed by a qualified electrician.
4. Once the Surge Protector has been properly wired as indicated,
fasten the [4] machine screws back into place to hold the LED
driver in place, leave the Surge protector inside the back housing
of the luminaire and fasten the Service Door back to secure
everything into place.

the fixture using the wiring diagram.

Once the base is wired and fastened onto
the luminaire, this part is inserted and twist-
locked into place.
(This installation is for one of the two photocells noted)

Flathead Machine Screw are used to fasten
the AC2SBPS-BASE on top of the
luminaire.

1. Using a Phillips Screw Driver, remove the 4 Flathead machine screws that hold
the cap in place and remove the cap and the gasket.
2. A qualified electrician is required to perform the
electrical wiring in compliance with the National
Electrical Code (NEC) and other local codes which
may be required. Use the Wiring Diagram on the
right-hand side in order to see how the cables must
be connected. This will require the electrician to
remove the screws holding the service door to
reach in and get all the cables from the LED Driver.
3. Once all the wiring is complete, fasten the
AC2SBPS base onto the service door using the [2]
Flathead machine screws provided. Make sure
to orient the marked arrow on the base to make it
face NORTH. This is critical in order for the
photocell to work properly.

4. Once the AC2SBPS base is installed, insert the AC2SBPS Photocell and twist-lock
it into place. Once again, it is critical to make sure the opening of the cap is facing
NORTH.
