Note: There is a tight double seal created by the squonk bottle and the
510 connector that may require slight force to remove the bottle. At
no time is excessive force or any tools are necessary to remove the
squonk bottle.
1. Remove the magnetic back plate to expose the squonk bottle.
2. Open the battery cover and remove both batteries before removing
the squonk bottle.
3. Use the indicated notch ①with finger and slide downwards to
release the bottle through the battery cover completely.
4. When the bottle is fully extracted, hold onto the indicated area ②
and gently pull the bottle out completely (a vacuum seal is formed so
slight force maybe needed).

NOTE: Do not fill past the clear window line to avoid spillage. The hybrid
squonk bottle holds 8ml of liquid.
1. Keep the hybrid squonk bottle vertical and fill to the top part of the
clear window through the fill port indicated by ③.
2. Clean and wipe off any excess e-liquid that may have resulted from
filling with a lint-free cloth.
3. Keep the hybrid bottle vertical when re-inserting to the device or
spillage will occur.

1. Ensure the filled bottle is kept upright at all times to avoid spillage.
2. Keep the battery cover open and make sure it does not obstruct
the bottle when re-inserting.
3. Align the fill port and metal stem and gently push indicated area ④
until the bottle is fully inserted, creating a vacuum.
4. Re-insert both batteries and close the battery cover to complete
the process.

Tools Needed: lint-free cloth, cotton q-tip
Do not use excessive force to prevent damage to metal squonk stem.
Avoid using harsh chemicals to avoid damage to the silicone seal.
1. Remove the battery and hybrid squonk bottle and place aside.
2. Gently use the q-tip and swab away excess liquid or dirt/lint.
3. Wipe the rest of the internals with a lint-free cloth.
4. Let the device complete air-dry before re-installing squonk bottle
and batteries.

POWER ON: Press the power button 5 times in quick succession.
LOCK DEVICE: Press the power button 5 times in quick succession.
POWER OFF: Select SYS OFF from within the MACH ON3 menu.
MACH ON3 MENU: Press the power button 3 times in quick succession
while device is on.

Menu Navigation: use adjustment buttons to
scroll through available options. Pressing the
power button confirms current selection.
USV MACH ON3 MENU
1. POWER: Wattage Mode with three on-the-fly performance modes to
choose from.
Press both adjustment buttons simultaneously and
release to switch between the three modes.
2. TEMP: Temp Control Suite that supports Nickel, Titanium, Stainless
Steel type coils. To change between Fahrenheit and Celsius, press the
power button 2 times in quick succession while in TEMP mode.
3. BYPASS: capable of pushing both batteries in a series using true
battery voltage. (high quality batteries only)
4. SETTINGS:
a. PUFF: resets the current puff counter.
b. WALLPAPER: select from an assortment of background
images to customize the interface.
5. SYS OFF: Powers down the device.

VO CHIPSET SMART FIRMWARE UPDATE
Requirements:
Instructions:
PC Windows or Mac with latest USB drivers installed
Official firmware files downloaded from the www.usvofficial.com
website
Not all USB ports are capable of communicating with the MACH
ON3, such as: PC case front USB ports, USB ports connected to
keyboard/monitors, or USB hubs.
1.Download and unzip the signed official firmware files obtained from
www.usvofficial.com website. Installing third party firmware is not
supported and will void all warranties.
2.Ensure batteries are fully charged and inserted into the MACH ON3.
3.Power up the device and connect the MACH ON3 directly to your
mainboard USB port.
4.In file explorer (Windows) or finder (Mac), the MACH ON3 will be
detected as a system drive. (usually D:\ but can depend on your
configuration)
5.Remove old firmware: select all three folders and delete the
selection from the MACH ON3 drive, or use the format disk function.
6.Install new firmware: Drag and drop unzipped official firmware files
directly into the MACH ON3 drive. Ensure the file structure is intact:
there should be three folders in the root of the MACH ON3 drive.
7.Once the new firmware files are copied over, choose the UPGRADE
function within the settings menu to initiate the update.

Use high quality USB cables, connect directly to mainboard USB
ports only, and/or change language pack to English or Simplified
Chinese. Or try another PC/Mac that can detect the MACH ON3 drive.
Ensure file structure of system files and firmware is correct. Only
use official firmware downloaded from www.usvofficial.com

Common Issues and Solutions
SYSTEM RESTORE: Disconnect and reconnect the MACH ON3 to
your PC or Mac, and simultaneously press the + and – buttons to
restore factory settings.
8.While device is updating: Do not disconnect the USB cable, or press
any buttons on the device during the update process. A progress meter
will indicate the upgrade process is complete. The device will reboot and
return to the main menu after a successful update.

Instructions:
1.Connect the MACH ON3 directly to the mainboard USB port on your
PC or Mac. The device may briefly become unresponsive while being
detected.
2.Using file explorer (PC), or finder (Mac), locate the folder X:\media
within the MACH ON3 drive, to manipulate stored wallpapers.
3.The pre-loaded wallpapers have a filename starting from A0
(default wallpaper), B0-B7 C0-C8 for a total of 17 wallpaper
slots.
4.Loading custom wallpaper:
i.Rename your custom wallpaper to either B0.bmp through B7.bmp.
ii.Drag and drop the file into the \media folder and overwrite existing
wallpaper.
iii.After copy is complete, choose UPGRADE within the MACH ON3
settings menu.
iv.The device will reboot to the main menu, indicating a successful
upgrade.
5.Previewing Wallpaper: After updating, the custom wallpapers will
appear in the wallpaper menu. (SETTINGS > WALLPAPER)
CUSTOMIZE YOUR OWN WALLPAPER
The MACH ON3 has 17 pre-loaded wallpapers that can be accessed by
pressing SETTINGS > WALLPAPER on the device.
Custom wallpaper must follow these specifications:
240 x 240 pixels
BMP file extension
16-bit RGB565 Color Palette
Max file size: XXKB
The positioning of the photos in the wallpaper menu is determined by
the filename of the stored wallpaper:
Additional slots C0-C8 are available for additional wallpapers, and follow
the same preview structure.

A NOTE ON BATTERIES:
The MACH ON3 is an advanced device capable of delivering incredible
amounts of power with an ultra quick response time. Only the highest
quality batteries should be used with this device. We recommend
Sony, LG or Samsung cells for an optimal experience. Low quality
rewraps, or off-brand Chinese cells are not supported.

CHIPSET SAFETY FEATURES:
Limited Warranty: This product is covered by a 90-day limited warranty
starting from the date of purchase, that covers workmanship of the
device including the chipset. The warranty does not cover normal wear
and tear, or malfunction caused by physical damage to the device. Do
not disassemble the device to attempt repairs or the warranty will be
void.
Within USA: All exchanges/repairs/replacements are subject to a $10.00
handling fee that covers return shipping to you. We are not responsible for
return shipping to our facility.
Outside of USA: Warranty is only valid for devices sold through authorized
sales channels. Devices purchased from unauthorized sellers are not
covered. We are not responsible for any shipping costs both to and from
us. All shipping costs for replacements will
be collected prior to us sending out replacements back to you.
