Hello,
Thank you for buying an Uuni 2S.
I think you’re really going to love it.
I’ve been working on Uuni since 2011 when I wasn’t able to find a suitable wood-
fired oven for my garden. I needed it to be small and affordable, but most of all I
wanted to create something that could cook authentic wood-fired pizzas and other
food. It wasn’t easy creating something completely new but I think we’ve succeeded.
Uuni is an efficient way of cooking almost anything you can fit inside it. As you’ll
soon learn, it heats up in 10 minutes and cooks a pizza in just 2 minutes. It’s also a
great way to entertain friends and family; nothing brings people together like great
home cooked food.
