the best. The warranty is valid for 2 years from the date of purchase. The warranty does not
apply to damagecaused by incorrect installation or abnormal wear and tear. The company gives
no warranty against damage to any surface due to incorrect removal and installation of the
product. The products are suitable for 10-12 Hours Daily operation. Usage of product for 24
Hours aday would void the warranty. This product is warranted for manufacturing defects only.

1. Please cut the LED Smart Striplight according to the cutting as shown in the instructions.
Cutting outside the marking will damage the product. Please cut only on the dotted/scissor
marking on the LED Smart Strip light
2. LED SmartStripLight cannotbe folded,bentor twisted during the installation. Please install
in astraight direction.DO NOT turn on power until LED light is connected properly and
well-installed.
3. DO NOT touch/cut the LED Smart Striplight when power is on.
4. DO NOT power the LED Smart Striplightin roll/package.
5. DO NOT install in aflammable environment,and make sure the light is well ventilated.
6. DO NOT wrapor cover LED Smart Striplight with any objects. NOT suitable for outdoor use
7. DO NOT directly connect LED Smart Lightto AC power. Special power plug is needed(*pow-
er plug included)
8. LED Smart Strip Light are limited to indoor use and are not advisable for use in humid
environment
9. LED Smart Strip Light cannot be installed on the surfaceof ordinarycombustible materials.
Increase in temperatureis normal for LEDSmart Strip Lights.
10. Do not exert external force or throw on the LED Smart Strip Light.
11. LED Smart Strip Light should be stored in cool/dryplace. Always makesure the environ-
mentis clean beforeinstallingthe LEDSmartStripLight.
12. Do not discard the light with regular trash. LED Smart Strip Light are made with electronic
components and should be properly disposed at designated locations with unified treatment
like traditional electronic equipment.
13. Please makesure to turn off the power before startingthe installation.
14. The light source of this luminaire is not replaceable, when the light source reaches its end
of life the whole luminaire should be replaced.
15. Installation must be performed by a qualified electrician.

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS & FUNCTIONS
HOW TO CONNECT CONTROLLER WITH STRIPLIGHT
1. Remote controland Wifi controller function only can be used after setting withtheapplication
is complete
2. Pleaseturn off the power before starting the installation.
3. When connecting the Wifi Controller to the striplight please ensure to connect the arrow
markingsideof the controller to thestriplight displaying 12V. Please refer to theimagebelow.
For further installation steps please refer to the instruction manual section“INSTALLATION ”.
WIFI CONTROLLER FUNCTIONS
1. IMPORTANTNOTE: Wificontroller functions canonly be usedafter successfully pairing the
striplight with V-TAC Smart Light APP.
2. The Wifi controller allows alternative method of enabling the controller into pairing mode for
connecting with the APP. Press and hold the ON/OFF button for 7 seconds and wait for 3-5 seconds
till you observe the light flashing. If the light flashes rapidly the controller is in Smart pairing mode
OR if the light flashes slowly the contoller is in AP pairing mode. To switch the pairing mode from
the Smart mode to AP mode or vice versa please press and hold the ON/OFF button on the
controller for 7 seconds.
Please refer to “APP INSTALLATION” instructions
from the manual for further pairng process.

REMOTE CONTROL FUNCTIONS
IMPORTANTNOTE:
1. Remote controlfunctions can only be used after successfully pairingthe striplight with V-TAC
Smart Light APP.
2. Once the pairing hasbeen successfull you can use the remote control even whenyour phone
is powered off OR if the app has been deleted by mistake OR if the wifi has been disabled /
switched off / restarting.
3. “CT+ “ and “CT-” : These buttons allow you to step by step switch from 3000K to 6400K.
Tap on CT+ until you reach 6400K output and tap on CT- until you reach 3000K. This features
allows you to set desired color temperature ranging from 3000K to 6400K. Thus allowing you
to set 4000K temperature as well.
4. Memory function: It ensures the last used color/brightness/mode is used after you
switch OFF and ON the light.

Step 3: Open the V-TAC Smart Light app and
tap on register for creating a new account.
Step 5: Enter the verification code which
willbe sent to your mobile number/emai
id, then assign a new password to your
account and tapon “Confirm”.
Step 4:
A) Mobile Number: Select the country, then enter
your mobile number. Oncedone, tap ‘Next’.
B) E-Mail: Enter your email id andtap on ‘Next’.
Step 6: Tap on ‘AddDevice’or the + sign.

Step 7: Choose ‘Lighting’ to start pairing
the light to the app.
Step 8: To pair the device with LED Smart Strip Light make sure the light is blinks rapidly.
Oncethelight blinks rapidly,thelightis in pairing mode. If thelightis not blinking rapidly, you
can do one of the following steps:
A. Switch the light on & off repeatedly for 3 times, with short intervalsof less than 2seconds.
B. Tap the ‘Howto makelightblinkrapidly’link (as shown on the imageto the right)
C. You can also enable pairing mode from the Wi-Fi controller. Press and hold the ON/OFF
button for 5-7 seconds and wait till you observe thelight flashing. Please refer to the instruc-
tion section "WI-FI CONTROLLER FUNCTIONS"
NetworkModes:
1) SmartMode:Lightflashes rapidly.
2) AP mode: Slow flash, once every 2 seconds.
Confirm if the light blinks rapidly, selectthe Wi-Fi network, and enter the password.

Step 9 Once you have successfully completed
step 8, you will be redirected to below page,
where the App searches, registers and initializes
the device(lamp)(ref image below)
Step 10: Once your device is successfully
added, rename the device to your
preference.
Step 11: After successfully pairing the Wi-Fi receiver with the app, you can start controlling
multiple features of the lamp through your mobile–on/off switch, timing & schedules, and
more.

account with Amazon Alexa, please proceed
to logging in.

Step8: Discover your smart device on Alexa. Once you have enabled theskill
A) You can usevoice command ”Alexadiscover devices” to the Alexa device which you have.
B) To add device manually on home pagetapon
and tap on Add device , select the device
which you are adding and tap on discover device.
Note: Discovering the device must be done every time the device’s name is changed on the app.
ALEXA Commands
Now, you can control your smart device using voice commands on Alexa.Below are a
few commands you can use:
! Alexa, turn on/off bedroom light.
! Alexa, set bedroom light to 50 percent.
