D. Mobile phone requirements for using third-party software such as USB camera apps:
1. Android 9 and above (e.g., Huawei Mate 20/Honor 30 Lite).
2. Only USB 2.0 is supported; USB 3.0 is not supported due to the lack of Android UVC
Driver support.
3. For USB Android phones, a USB 2.0 extension cable must be connected to use USB 2.0
mode.

Open OBS and select the second "source" box located in the lower left corner. Then,
click the "+" button to choose "Video capture device" and click "OK".
Double-click on "Video Capture Device" or right-click and select "Properties" for the
Video Capture Device. Make sure to adjust the settings as displayed in the figure,
and then click "OK".
Important: Please use the original cable to connect to the USB 3.0 interface of the computer.
If the preview resolution only displays 1280x720, it indicates that the capture device is not
correctly connected to the computer's USB 3.0 interface. Please check the following:
1. The type of USB interface on the computer.
2. Whether the USB cable being used is the original one.

Right-click on the "Speaker" icon located in the
lower right corner of the computer. Then, select
"Open Sound Settings" and choose "Sound Control
Panel". Next, click on the "Record" tab and select
"HDMI Properties". Check the option "Listen to this
device" and click "OK". (Applicable for Windows 7
system)

4.3 Recording Settings
Right click the "Speaker" icon in the lower right corner of the computer, and
"Open Sound Settings" to open "Microphone Privacy Settings" to allow desktop
applications to access your microphone. (win10 interface)
Click on "Settings" located in the lower right corner of OBS. Then, select "Output"
from the menu. Choose the desired video saving path, format, quality, and other
settings. Finally, click "OK" to save the changes.
Click on "Audio" and select the "Microphone auxiliary audio device" option. Choose
"-" (hyphen) to disable it. Additionally, for recording streaming video in OBS, it is
recommended to utilize the "hardware (NVENC)" or "hardware (AMD)" encoding
method to optimize the usage of computer resources. Please refer to the provided
figure for visual guidance.

1. Check whether HDMN input is normal
2. Reseat HDMI interface
Cause: HDMI input signal supports HDCP
Solution:
Turn off HDCP of signal source, such as PS4
Go to "Settings" -> "System" -> uncheck HDCP
Reason: The acquisition resolution is not supported
(e.g. input 1080P signal,Selection of acquisition
resolution 3840 x 2160)

Adjust the input resolution of the signal source or the
acquisition resolution (acquisition resolution shall not be
higher than input resolution)

Solution:
1. Check the USB interface of the computer and
replace with USB 3.0 interface
2. Check whether the USB cable used is the original cable

hardware code preset is not used, so the acquisition
requirements cannot be met
Solution:
1.When recording or streaming, use hardware (NVENC or
hardwareAMD) and other encoding methods
2. Reduce the resolution and rate of recording or streaming
