●Use the power cable to connect to the 12v power. Pass the cable through hole in the base of
the unit (the cable can easily be stretched out).
●Always empty the waste bottle at the same time as filling the water bottle to avoid overfilling
the waste bottle.
●When using the tap for the first time, turn the tap on/off a few times to clear any air.
●Water supply hoses should be regularly cleaned (pop into boiled water)
●We have supplied a Campingaz regulator (not Nano) for Campingaz bottles
R907/R904/R901.
●Instructions for the gas hob are included (Dometic or CAN). The guarantee for the hob is

Front pod Fitting Instructions:
●Take care when drilling through the van floor.
●There are mounting slots in the base of the units and the units can be fixed to the floor using
the supplied bolts or one of our anchor cleats.
1. Position and dry fit the unit in place to check the positions of all units relative to van
2. Hint - it’s a good idea to mark the positions with masking tape
3. Mark the fixing holes through the slots in the base of the unit
4. Drill holes or fix cleats
5. Pass power cable through mounting slots
6. Re position unit and fix with hex bolts
7. Or use the anchor cleat option to fit to rail system i.e. VW Caravelle, California Beach etc
8. Anchor cleats for the VW rail system slide into the rail through plastic caps at the end of the
rails.
9. Note extra feet or supports may be needed to level the units so that the bolts/cleats pull down
the pod firmly. Make sure all bolts/cleats are very tight.
Fridge Pod
- This unit uses the Campingaz R904 or R907. The gas regulator and jubilee clip have been included.
- The 12v lead and optional external waste can be fed through the rear of the pod
- If you are installing the pod onto a rail system/seat brackets then a shorter bolt and smaller nut has
been included to fit under the fridge.
- For instructions on the hobs please refer to the included instruction manuals.
- Due to the numerous positionings of the units there may be the need for drilling an additional in

Fitting your system
Always dry fit the units and work out their positions relative to the van/seats/bed etc and
see if any modifications are needed.
Establish the height of the rear pod - with the help of another pair of hands / clamps offer up
the rear pod and establish which height you want the legs set at. Mark or measure the legs
Place the rear pod on its side on a workbench and fix the legs (with your marks /
measurements) using 8 x 1” x 10 s/s screws NOTE you may need to cut down the legs (angle
covers supplied) and redrill the holes as the legs should sit below the aluminum trim and
flush to the front of the pod

●Reposition the rear pod into the van with the rear section fitted loose, mark the mounting
slots and adjust the rear section and fix with 1” x 10 s/s screws

●Fix the pod back to the wall of the van (we have supplied brackets but there are many
different ways in which this could be done i.e. if you have trim panels there may be
something behind the panel that can be utilised to secure the unit)
●Fit the cross-bar, fit the t- trim on to the legs and fit the rear bottom inset panel (may need to
be cut)
●Note extra feet or supports may be needed to level the units so that the bolts/cleats pull
down the pod firmly. Make sure all bolts/cleats are very tight.
●We have included additional raised feet with the optional Unwin rail for if you want to mount
the rail on the surface of the van floor.
