OUR STORY
The Vdab200 story starts with an engineer who knew there must be a
better way to vape without the constant hassle and mess of reloading
after only a few draws. Lucky for us, perseverance paid off and the first
Vdabs are here! The Vdab200 elegantly delivers a discreet, hassle free,
EverSmooth™ experience. Just push the button and go! We hope you
love it as much as we do.
Part Numbers 1-4 and 9 (listed on page 1) comprise the patent pending,
Vdab200 atomizer and tamper. These devices are made of surgical
grade stainless steel, with great care in the USA.
Warranty: Parts 1-4 and 9 come with a lifetime warranty from material
defects, not including o-rings and plunger tip. Consumer scratches, loss
and misuse are excluded from warranty.

LOADING YOUR Vdab200
1. Disassemble Vdab: Pull SLEEVE 4off BASE 6(leave COIL 5attached
to base). Pull MOUTH TIP 1off PLUNGER 2. Fully untwist plunger handle.
Unscrew sleeve from plunger. Pull LOAD CHAMBER 3from sleeve.
2. Prepare and Load Material: A. Roll 3/8” square of
cold material into a firm ‘cylinder’ and load into LOAD
CHAMBER 3. Tip: A few minutes in the freezer will
harden material to optimum consistency. B. Use SCOOP 10
to load ewax or essentials that will not roll. The Vdab200 is
not for use with oils.

3. Use flat end of TAMPER 9to
push material down into the load
chamber. Chamber holds 1 gram.
Tip: Rub a touch of food-grade oil on tamper
to prevent sticking. Continue adding material
up to 1
/4” from top. Do not fill above tamper
groove. Compress until you see material at the
end of load chamber tip. (Avoid air bubbles.)

4. Place load chamber into sleeve.
5. Thread sleeve onto plunger and observe open end of sleeve.

9. For a new coil, twist tip 1
/2turn to fully saturate wick. Otherwise, each

/4turn of mouth tip excretes a sufficient dab of material for 4-8 draws.
10. Thread base onto BATTERY 7. Press power button five times to turn
on/off. Verify coil function. (See page 9 for more on BATTERY)
11. Press sleeve firmly onto base.
6. Twist plunger handle slowly until a small dab protrudes from chamber.
7. Rub a touch of food-grade oil onto PLUNGER 2and BASE 5o-rings.
8. Align mouth tip onto plunger handle and push down until it fits tight.

USE
1. Hold the power button several seconds to melt material onto wick.
2. Your Vdab is now ready for 4-8 draws. To reload, twist tip clockwise

/4 - 1
/2turn. Do not overload coil.
3. The load chamber is empty when tip no longer turns. (See CARE to refill.)
4. It is best to leave load chamber closed until empty. To extract material
for other uses, heat Vdab for a few seconds, then carefully remove sleeve
from base (see TIP 2). Twist mouth tip to excrete material. Use scoop to
scrape material off load chamber tip.

TIPS
1. Over-loading the coil causes clog and waste.
2. Before sliding sleeve off to view coil or chamber tip, heat Vdab a few
seconds, or damage to wick is possible. Hold upright, remove slowly. Note:
This action breaks the thread of material that can form between the coil
and chamber tip. We suggest an “only when needed” approach.
3. The Vdab works better in a more vertical position. This allows material
to melt down onto the coil and for vapor to draw.
4. It won’t work if you tip the battery end up. The material flows
backward and can even seep between the load chamber and the sleeve.
We call this ‘melt-back’.
5. To avoid melt-back, let wax cool a few seconds before laying Vdab flat.
Or use STAND 11 to keep Vdab upright.

CARE
1. CRITICAL: Warm Vdab200 before removing plunger from chamber.
2. Pull Vdab atomizer off from base and pull off mouth tip.
3. Unscrew sleeve from plunger.
4. Grasp chamber and pull plunger out. Reheat if it does not extract easily.
5. Use nipple end of tamper to push remaining material out. Tip: Rub a
touch of oil on tamper to prevent sticking.
6. Clean your Vdab with alcohol and allow to dry completely before
reuse. Tip: Wipe outside, or soak for thorough clean. 90% or greater
isopropyl alcohol is best.
7. For longer wear, reapply a touch
of oil to o-rings on plunger and base
after each cleaning.

BATTERY
1. The 510 thread, 900mAh, vv battery comes pre-charged. To fully
charge, remove cover ring from head and attach charger to head.
2. Rapidly press power button five times to power on/off.
3. Adjust voltage from 3.2v to 4.8v, to your preference, using the bottom
Click™ mechanism that prevents surprise setting changes.
4. The power level indicator on the power button is a great feature to
avoid overloading the coil and for maintaining performance:
A. 100%-50% power: light is white
B. 50% -10% power: light is blue
C. 10% -0% power: light is red
5. Remove battery from base to recharge.
