INTRODUCTIE
De Mini ECO Comfort is een decentrale mechanische ventilatieunit, met afwisselende luchtstromen (elke 70 sec.) met warmteterugwinning voor installatie in
individuele ruimtes. Deze unit is ontworpen om voldoende ventilatie in gesloten individuele ruimtes te waarborgen zonder energieverlies.
Het wordt aanbevolen om twee units in paralelle werking te installeren: wanneer een eenheid lucht toevoert, zal de andere de lucht afvoeren. De verschillende
units kunnen in dezelfde ruimte of in verschillende ruimtes (dwz woonkamer en slaapkamer) worden geïnstalleerd. De unit wordt geïnstalleerd op een buitenmuur.
Lees deze handleiding zorgvuldig vooraleer het toestel in gebruik te nemen en bewaar deze op een veilige plaats als naslagwerk.
Dit product werd ontworpen volgens de geldende normen en in overeenstemming met de voorschriften inzake elektrisch apparatuur en moet worden
geïnstalleerd door technisch gekwalificeerd personeel.
De fabrikant is niet aansprakelijk voor schade aan personen of eigendommen die ontstaan door het niet opvolgen van de instructies in deze handleiding.

• De unit mag niet gebruikt worden voor andere toepassingen dan deze gespeciceerd in deze handleiding.
• Controleer de unit na het uitpakken. Bij twijfel contacteer een gekwaliceerd technieker. Laat het verpakkingsmateriaal nooit binnen het bereik van kinderen of
mensen met een beperking.
• Raak de unit nooit aan met natte of vochtige handen/voeten.
• De unit is niet bedoeld voor gebruik door personen (inclusief kinderen) met verminderde lichamelijke, zintuiglijke of geestelijke vermogens of personen met een
gebrek aan ervaring en kennis, tenzij ze onder toezicht staan of instructie krijgen over het gebruik van de unit door een persoon die verantwoordelijk is voor hun
veiligheid. Kinderen moeten onder toezicht staan om te vermijden dat ze met de unit spelen.
• Gebruik de unit niet in aanwezigheid van brandbare gasssen, zoals alcohol, insecticiden, benzine, enz.
• Van zodra er zich een probleem voordoet bij het gebruik van de unit, ontkoppelt u de unit en neemt onmiddellijk contact op met een gekwaliceerd technicus.
Gebruik enkel originele onderdelen voor herstelling.
• Het elektrisch net waarop de unit is aangesloten moet voldoen aan de geldende regelwetgeving.
• Vooraleer de unit op het elektriciteitsnet aan te sluiten controleer:
- of de gegevens op het identicatieplaatje (spanning en frequentie) overeenkomen met deze van het net.
- of de elektrische voeding/stopcontact voldoende is voor het max. vermogen van het toestel.
• Het toestel mag niet worden gebruikt in combinatie met boilers, fornuizen, enz.... De unit mag geen hete lucht/rook afvoeren van een ander toestel zoals
droogkast, verwarmingstoestellen, Deze lucht dient afgevoerd te worden door het voorziene kanaal.
• Werkingstemperatuur: -20°C tot +50 °C.
• De unit is enkel ontworpen om zuivere lucht te onttrekken d.w.z zonder vet, roet, chemische of bijtende stoffen, of ontvlambare of explosieve mengsels.
• Stel de unit niet bloot aan atmosferische invloeden (regen, zon, sneeuw, enz.).
• Dompel de unit of onderdelen niet onder in water of andere vloeistoffen.
• Schakel de hoofdschakelaar uit van zodra er zich een probleem voordoet of bij onderhoud van de unit.
• Voorzie voor de installatie reeds een meerpolige schakelaar in de elektrische bedrading volgens de geldende richtlijnen zodat bij overspanning de installatie
gegarandeerd spanningsvrij kan gemaakt worden (contactopening >of = 3mm).
• Als het netsnoer beschadigd is, moet het worden vervangen door de fabrikant, zijn installateur of personen met vergelijkbare kwalicaties om gevaar te
voorkomen.
• Blokkeer het uitlaatrooster of de ventilator niet om een optimale luchtdoorgang te garanderen.

De groep moet continue in werking zijn, en mag enkel uitgeschakeld worden voor onderhoud of herstelling.
Indien warmterecuperatie niet nodig is (bv in midden-seizoen wanneer buiten-en binnentemperatuur praktisch gelijk zijn aan
elkaar), of wanneer warmterecuperatie niet aanbevolen is (bijvoorbeeld bij optie “vrije koeling”), dan is het aangeraden om het
toestel op “enkel extractie of “enkel toevoer” in te stellen en niet uit te schakelen.

• Zorg voor voldoende ventilatie toevoer/afvoer in/uit de kamer in overeenstemming met de bestaande regelgeving om te zorgen voor een goede werking van de
unit.
• Indien de unit geïnstalleerd is in een ruimte waar ook een toestel op brandstof aanwezig is, dient er voldoende verluchting te worden voorzien om de goede
werking van de unit te kunnen garanderen.
In beide uitvoeringen, warmterecuperatie: alternerende luchtstroom (toevoer-extractie) elke 70 sec.
Indien verwarmde lucht uit de kamer onttrokken wordt (extractie), warmt het de warmtewisselaar op; indien de koude lucht in de kamer wordt uitgestoten
(toegevoerd), wordt deze opgewarmd, met recuperatie van de thermische energie terwijl deze anders verloren zou gaan in het ventilatieproces. De unit zal op
de snelheid draaien gekozen door de tweepolige schakelaars “S1”, “S2” en“S3” van het bedieningspaneel CTRL-S in te drukken (onderdeel Fig. 64). Dezelfde
functionaliteit kan worden bereikt met CTRL-S of met 3 twee standenschakelaars.
De S3-knop activeert de modus “vrije koeling” (bypass), deze stopt de alternerende luchtstroom en gaat over op de extractiemodus, of toevoermodus dit om
warmteterugwinning te vermijden indien niet gewenst. Om de “extractiemodus” of de “toevoermodus” in te stellen, dient met de jumpers volgens g.21A of G.
21B te plaatsen.
De led op het voorpaneel geeft aan of de modus “vrije koeling” ingesteld is. De automatische “Boost” kan geactiveerd worden via een aparte schakelaar of
ruimtesensoren zoals, vochtigheidssensor, CO2 sensor, deze worden in parallel op de S2 knop aangesloten.

Indien de units per twee in parallel geïnstalleerd worden, dienen ze gesynchroniseerd te worden zodat indien de ene unit in extractie modus werkt de andere in
toevoer modus werkt en omgekeerd. Dit wordt bereikt door de specieke jumper in te stellen. (Fig. 21A-21B).
RESET VAN DE SYNCHRONISATIE
OPTIE 1
Indien 1 of meer groepen met elkaar geconnecteerd zijn op dezelfde hoofdschakelaar, dient men eerst de hoofdschakelaar uit te schakelen en dan terug in te
schakelen om de synchronisatie te resetten.
OPTIE 2
Indien 1 of meerdere groepen niet via dezelfde hoofdschakelaar met elkaar geconnecteerd zijn, dient men ophetzelfde moment gedurende min. 3 seconden op de
zwarte pin op elk toestel drukken om de synchronisatie te resetten. (g.40)
SYNCHRONISATIE
WAARSCHUWING!
Verzeker u ervan dat de aansluiting L en N correct gebeurt; een foutieve aansluiting kan leiden tot een slechte werking of
blijvende schade aan het toestel.

Het onderhoud kan uitgevoerd worden door de gebruiker zoals aangeduid op pagina 15.
Service mag alleen worden uitgevoerd door technisch gekwaliceerd personeel in overeenstemming met de lokale regels en voorschriften. Zorg ervoor dat de
stroomtoevoer naar de unit wordt losgekoppeld (pagina 16). Het reinigen van de warmtewisselaar kan ook van buitenaf.
ONDERHOUD EN SERVICE
POSITIE JUMPER
Indien jumper in positie A (Fig. 21A) staat zal de unit enkel in “extractiemodus” werken.
Indien de jumper in positie B (Fig.21B) staat zal de unit enkel in de “toevoermodus” werken.
De jumper positie denieert zowel de luchtstroom richting wanneer de groep voor de eerste maal geactiveerd wordt (bij sysnchronisatie) als de luchtstroom
richting van de vrije koeling-modus.

Le Mini ECO Confort est une unité de ventilation décentralisée avec une alternance de flux d’air, également appelé “Push & Pull”, et la récupération de chaleur.
Conçue pour assurer une ventilation adéquate dans des pièces individuelles et fermées sans perte d’énergie. Il est recommandé d’installer 2 unités en parallèle;
quand une unité insuffle, l’autre extrait. Les 2 unités peuvent être installées dans la même pièce ou dans des pièces séparées (par exemple salon et chambre à
coucher). L’unité est adaptée pour une installation sur un mur extérieur.
Lisez attentivement ce manuel avant d’utiliser le produit et garder le dans un endroit sûr pour référénce.
Ce produit a été fabriqué selon les normes et en conformité avec les réglementations relatives ou matériel électrique et doit être installé par une personne
technique qualifiée. Le fabricant décline toute responsabilité pour les dommages physiques ou matériels résultant de non-respect des règles
contenues dans cette brochure.

• Après avoir retiré le produit de son emballage, vérier son état. En cas de doute, contactez un technicien qualié. Ne laissez pas le groupe à la portée des petits
enfants ou des personnes handicapées.
• Ne touchez pas l’appareil avec les mains/pieds mouillés ou humides.
• L’unité n’est pas destiné à être utilisé par des personnes (y compris les enfants) dont les capacités physiques, sensorielles ou mentales sont réduites ou ayant un
manque d’éxpérience et de connaissance, sauf si elles ont été encadrées pour ‘utilisation de l’appareil à partir d’une personne responsable de leur sécurité. Les
enfants doivent être surveillés pour s’assurer qu’ils ne jouent pas avec l’appareil.
• N’utilisez pas le produit en présence de vapeurs inammables, tels que l’alcool, les insecticides, l’essence, etc.
• En cas d’une anomalie de fonctionnement détectée, débranchez l’appareil du secteur d’alimentation et contactez immédiatement un techncien qualié. Utilisez
des pièces de rechange d’origine pour les réparations.
• Le système électrique auquel l’appareil est connecté doit être conforme à la réglementation.
• Avant de brancher le produit à l’alimentation ou la prise d’alimentation, veillez à ce que :
- la plaque signalétique (tension et fréquence) correspondent à celle du réseau électrique
- L’alimentation électrique / prise est adéquate pour la puissance maximale de l’appareil. Si pas, contactez un techncien qualié.
• L’unité ne peut pas être utilisé comme un activateur pour les chauffe-eau, poêles, etc.., il ne peut pas être connecté à un conduit air chaud/fumée provenant de
tout type d’unité de combustion. Il doit expulser l’air vicié vers l’extérieur par l’intermédiaire de son propre conduit.
• Température de fonctionnement: -20°C à +50 °C.
• Le dispositif est conçu pour extraire l’air pur seulement, donc sans graisse, produits chimiques, agents corrosifs ou mélanges inammables ou explosives.
• Ne laissez pas l’appareil exposé aux agents atmosphériques (pluie, soleil, neige, etc.).
• N’immergez pas l’appareil ou ses pièces dans l’eau ou autres liquides.
• Coupez l’interrupteur principal chaque fois qu’une anomalie est détectée ou lors du nettoyage.
• Il faut prévoir dans l’installation électrique déjà un interrupteur bipolaire selon les normes valables de sorte que dans un état de court-circuit tout le réseau sera
interrompu. (Contact ouverture doit être supérieure ou égale à 3mm).
• Si le cordon d’alimentation est endommagé, il doit être remplacé par le fabricant, sont agent de service ou un technicien qualié an d’éviter tout danger.
• N’obstruez pas le ventilateur ou la grille an d’assurer le meilleur passage d’air.

L’unité doit fonctionné de manière continue et peut seulement être arrêté pour maintenance ou entretien.
Lorsque l’échange de chaleur n’est pas utile (p.e dans le mi-saison, lorsque la température intérieure et la température extérieur
sont pratiquement similaires), ou lorsque l’échange de chaleur n’est pas recommandée (p.ex. avec l’option “free cooling”), il est
recommandé de régler l’appareil uniquement en “mode extraction” ou “mode insufflation” et de ne pas éteindre l’unité.

• Assurez une insufation et extraction d’air adéquate de la pièce en conformité avec la réglementation en viqueur an d’assurer le fonctionnement du dispositif
approprié.
• Si l’environnement dans lequel le produit est installé abrite aussi un dispositif de carburant d’exploitation (chauffe-eau, cuisinière, etc. méthane, qui est pas un type
“chambre étanche”), il est essentiel d’assurer un apport d’air sufsant pour assurer une bonne combustion et opération de l’équipement.
Dans les deux versions, l’appareil extrait l’air pendant 70 secondes, puis il insufe l’air avec le même temps.
Lorsque l’air chauffé est extrait de l’intérieur de la pièce, il réchauffe l’échangeur de chaleur, lorsque l’air froid est insufé dans la pièce, il est préchauffé, récupérant
l’énergie thermique qui serait autrement perdue dans le processus de ventilation.
L’appareil fonctionne à la vitesse sélectionnée en activant les deux interrupteurs de position”S1”, “S2” et “S3” sur la commande CTRL-S (accessoire g.64). La même
fonction peut être réalisée avec la commande CTRL-S ou avec tout autre set d’interrupteurs à 2 positions.
Interrupteur S3 active le mode “free cooling” (manuel), qui arrête les ux en alternance et maintient le ventilateur en mode extraction ou en mode insufation,
pour éviter l’échange de chaleur si nécessaire. Pour régler le “mode extraction” ou le “mode insufation”, postionnez les cavaliers intégrales selon gure. 21A ou g.
21B. Le LED sur l’appareil indique quand le “free cooling” est activé.
Le mode automatique “Boost” peut être atteint grâce à un interrupteur (ou aux capteurs dédiés comme capteur d’humidité, capteur CO2), reliant l’interrupteur en
parallèle à l’interrupteur S2.

Lorsque les unités sont installés par paire en parallel, elles doivent être synchronisées de sorte que quand une unité est en extraction, l’autre est en insufation, et
vice-versa. Ceci est obtenu en réglant le cavalier dédié (Fig. 21A-21B).
RÉINITIALISATION DE LA SYNCHRONISATION

électrique de l’unité est déconnectée (page 16). Le nettoyage de l’échangeur de chaleur peut être effectué également depuis l’éxtérieur.
ENTRETIEN ET SERVICE
POSITION CAVALIER
Si le cavalier est mis en position A (Fig. 21A) l’unité marchera uniquement en mode extraction.
Sil le cavalier est mis en position B (Fig.21B) l’unité marchera uniquement en mode insufation.
La position du cavalier dénit à la fois la direction d’air lorsque l’appareil est activé pour la première fois (pour la synchronisation) et la direction d’’air du mode
free-cooling.

The Mini ECO Comfort is a single alternate flow decentralized (single point) residential heat recovery unit, also called «push&pull» unit, designed to ensure
adequate ventilation in enclosed environments without energy losses.
It is recommended that two units are installed in pair: when one unit is pulling, the other is pushing.
Pair of units can be installed in the same room or in different rooms (i.e. livingroom and bedroom). The unit is suitable for installation on an outside wall.
Read this manual carefully before using the product and keep it in a safe place for reference.
This product was constructed up to standard and in compliance with regulations relating to electrical equipment and must be installed by technically qualified
personnel. The manufacturer assumes no responsibility for damage to persons or property resulting from failure to observe the regulations contained in this
booklet.

• After removing the product from its packaging, verify its condition. In case of doubt, contact a qualied technician. Do not leave packaging within the reach of
small children or people with disabilities.
• Do not touch the appliance with wet or damp hands/feet.
• The device is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capacities or those with a lack of experience and
knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the device from a person responsible for their safety.
Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the device.
• Do not use the product in the presence of inammable vapours, such as alcohol, insecticides, gasoline, etc.
• If any abnormalities in operation are detected, disconnect the device from the mains supply and contact a qualied technician immediately. Use original spare
parts only for repairs.
• The electrical system to which the device is connected must comply with regulations.
• Before connecting the product to the power supply or the power outlet, ensure that:
- the data plate (voltage and frequency) correspond to those of the electrical mains
- the electrical power supply/socket is adequate for maximum device power. If not, contact a qualied technician.
• The device should not be used as an activator for water heaters, stoves, etc., nor should it discharge into hot air/fume vent ducts
deriving from any type of combustion unit. It must expel air outside via its own special duct.
• Operating temperature: -20°C up to +50 °C.
• The device is designed to extract clean air only, i.e. without grease, soot, chemical or corrosive agents, or ammable or explosive mixtures.
• Do not leave the device exposed to atmospheric agents (rain, sun, snow, etc.).
• Do not immerse the device or its parts in water or other liquids.
• Turn off the main switch whenever a malfunction is detected or when cleaning.
• For installation an omnipolar switch should be incorporated in the xed wiring, in accordance with the wiring regulations, to
provide a full disconnection under overvoltage category III conditions (contact opening distance equal to or greater than 3mm).
• If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualied persons in order to
avoid a hazard.

The unit should operate continuously, and only stopped for maintenance or service.
When heat exchange is not useful (for example in mid-seasons when indoor and outdoor temperatures are similar), or when
heat exchange is not recommended (for example with the option “summer free cooling”), it is recommended to set the unit in
“extract-only” or “intake-only” mode and NOT to switch it off.

• Do not obstruct the fan or exhaust grille to ensure optimum air passage.
• Ensure adequate air return/discharge into/from the room in compliance with existing regulations in order to ensure proper device operation.
• If the environment in which the product is installed also houses a fuel-operating device (water heater, methane stove etc., that is not a “sealed chamber” type), it
is essential to ensure adequate air intake, to ensure good combustion and proper equipment operation.
In both versions, the unit pulls air out for 70 seconds, then it pushes air in for the same time.
When heated air is pulled (extracted) from inside the room, it warms up the heat exchanger; when the cold air is pushed (supplied) in the room, it gets preheated,
recovering most of thermal energy which would be otherwise lost in the ventilation process.
The unit runs at the speed selected by activating the two-position switches “S1”, “S2” and “S3” of the CTRL-S (accessory Fig. 64). The same functionality can be
achieved with CTRL-S or with 3 two-position switches.
S3 switch activates the “Free cooling “ (Bypass) mode , which stops alternate ow and keeps the fan in”extract-only” or “intake-only”mode, to avoid the heat
exchange when necessary. To set the “extract-only” mode or “intake-only”, place the integral jumpers as per g. 21A or Fig. 21B. The front cover LED indicates
when the Free cooling mode is on.
An automatic “Boost”mode can be achieved through a dedicated switch or room sensors like SEN-HY, SEN-PIR or SEN-CO2, connecting such switch in parallel to
the S2 switch.

When the units are installed in pair, they must be synchronised so that when one unit is extracting, the other is supplying, and viceversa. This is achieved by setting
the dedicated jumper. (Fig. 21A-21B).
RESET OF THE SYNCHRONISATION
OPTION 1
If two or more units are connected under the same main switch, to reset the synchronisation, the main switch must be switched rst OFF and the ON to
reactivate (g.38)
OPTION 2
If two or more units are not connected under the same main switch, to reset the synchronisation, press at the same time the black pin of each unit (Fig.40)
for at least 3 seconds.

Service must be performed only by technically qualied personnel in accordance with local rules and regulations. Make sure that the mains supply to the unit is
disconnected (page 16). Cleaning of the heat exchanger can be performed from outside as well.

POSITION JUMPER
Integral jumper set in position A (Fig.21A) means “extract-only” mode.
Integral jumper set in position B (Fig.21B) means “intake-only” mode.
The jumper position denes both the air-ow direction when the unit is activated for the rst time (for the synchronisation) and the air-ow direction of the
free-cooling mode.

other waste at the end of its life. The user must, therefore, dispose of the product in question at suitable

the retailer when purchasing a new, equivalent type device.

compatible disposal helps to prevent negative effects on the environment and on health and promotes
