1. Micro USB Port (Power):
Connect the Micro-USB cable from the TV's USB port or
the included power adapter.
2. HDMI OUT:
Connect the included HDMI cable from the HDMI male on
the device to the television's HDMI input.
3. USB 2.0 Interface:
Connect the H-Series Smart remote dongle directly or
through a USB hub.
4. Micro SD Card Slot:
Support Micro SD Cards up to 32GB.
5. Power LED:
Red light indicates the device is powered on.

Wi-Fi Settings
1. In the "Wi-Fi" setting page, slide the“Wi-Fi" ON/OFF button
to turn on the Wi-Fi.
2. Once the Wi-Fi is on, the Via-TV will scan for Wi-Fi
networks in range.
3. Select the name of network you want to connect to.
4. Enter the password for private networks shown with a
lock icon.
Getting Start with Android

1. Go to "Settings" > "Accounts" > "Add account".
2. Select the account type "Google" to add.
3. Follow the onscreen steps to enter information about the
account.
Navigate between different home screen panels by moving
the pointer left and right while holding the“mouse left key”
button.

1. In the "Wi-Fi" setting page, slide the“Wi-Fi" ON/OFF button
to turn on the Wi-Fi.
2. Once the Wi-Fi is on, the Via-TV will scan for Wi-Fi
networks in range.

4. Enter the password for private networks shown with a
lock icon.
Selecting language
1. Settings > Language & input > Language.
2. Select and tap a language that you want to use.
Note: It is recommended to set the language option first
before using other functions.

A Google account lets you take full advantage of any Google
apps and services that you may want to use.

From the "apps" screens, select the“trash bin”on the top
right corner of the screen. Then click the“x”mark on the
top right of the item you want to delete.
Uninstalling an item:
Select the item until the positioning gridlines appear, then
slide it to the desired location, and release.
Moving a home screen item:
Press and hold a widget and release it to the screen where
you want to place it.
Adding a widget:
Select the item until the positioning gridlines appear, slide
it and drop it over the "Recycle" icon.
Removing a home screen item:

Hold the“Mouse Left”on the home screen and select
the“Folders”item.
Select an app icon until the positioning gridlines appear,
slide it to the home screen and drop it into the folder
you want it to be.
Hold the“Mouse Left”on the home screen and select
the“wallpapers”item.

With this application you can access the files stored in the
device’s built-in memory or external memory (USB storage
or memory card.)

With this application you can manage, install or delete apps
on the Via-TV.

eHomeMediaCenter
For sharing files in operating system Windows 7
Home -> Setting -> Control panel - > Network and Internet ->
Network and Sharing Center -> start the “Advanced
sharing settings” option -> turn on Public folder sharing.
Choose the option of “Share” with the folder you want to
share with your Via-TV.
eHomeMediaCenter enables the Via-TV to access and play
media content shared on your PC via media streaming. The
remote PC must be on the same local network as the Via-TV.
Home -> Setting -> Control panel - > Network and Internet ->
Network and Sharing Center -> Advanced sharing settings ->
turn on“Media Streaming”. Choose the option of“allowed”
for the“eHomeMediaCenter”.
For sharing files in operating system Windows XP
Home -> Setting -> Control panel - > Administrative Tools ->
Service -> SSDP Discovery service. Verify that the service is
initiated. Choose the option of “Share” with the folder you
want to share with your Via-TV.

Via-TV runs on the Android™ operating system. It is
possible to reinstall or upgrade the OS if necessary. The
process is simple, but it has to be done with care, and only
when necessary. If the device exhibits unstable behavior such
as freezes, restarts, or problems accessing stored files, check
if there is a firmware update and follow the upgrade
instructions below.
Upgrading
1. Plug your Via-TV to external power using the power
adapter AC / DC provided.
2. Access Technical Support at www.via-play.com
3. Select Via-TV and then download the latest Android™
firmware available. Rename the firmware to update.img
and copy it to the root folder of your TF card.
4. Plug the TF card into the Via-TV, a“Firmware Updating”
message will pop up .
5. Please click “Install” and make sure not to disconnect
the power cable during the installation. The Via-TV will
upgrade automatically.

enclosed accessories will be free from defects in material and workmanship,

1.The limited warranty for the product extends for ONE (1) year beginning

2.Upon request from Viaplay, the consumer must provide information to
reasonable prove the date of purchase.
3.During the applicable warranty period, Viaplay will repair or replace at
Viaplay’s sole option, without charge to the original end user, any defective
component part of the product or accessory.
WHAT THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:
1.Defects or damages resulting from use of the product in other than its
normal and customary manner.
2.Defects or damages from abnormal use, abnormal conditions, improper
storage, exposure to moisture or dampness, unauthorized modifications,
unauthorized connections, unauthorized repair, misuse, neglect, abuse,
accident, alteration, improper installation or other acts which are not the
fault of Viaplay, including damage caused by spills of food or liquids.
3.Products which have had their serial numbers removed or made illegible.
4.Damage resulting from use of non-Viaplay approved accessories.
5.All plastic surfaces and all other externally exposed parts that are scratched
or damaged due to normal customer use.
6.Products serviced by non-authorized persons or companies.
