Operating your SkyVue Alarm
The SkyVue alarm is designed to help protect your personal
property and yourself using different “snap-in” adapters.
Adapters: The adapters snap into the SkyVue alarm as
Illustrated in Fig. 3.
NOTE: You cannot insert or remove the adapters with the
cover shut and locked.
Alarm Test: You can test the alarm by inserting one pin of the
adapter into the left side pin hole. The alarm will sound and
the ultra bright lights will flash.
Lights: Your SkyVue alarm has three light settings.
The “OFF” setting is for no lights.
The “WARNING” setting will turn on the slow blinking light
(to show alarm is armed)
The “FLASHER” setting will activate the pulsating safety
flashers.

*IMPORTANT NOTE: ENSURE CABLE IS WOUND THROUGH THE PLATE AND BRACKETS. WALL
MOUNT USES HOLES UNDERNEATH PLATE AND POST APPLICATIONS USE THE EXISITING HOLES. 4

Batteries installation
a). Unscrew the battery cover to install three alkaline batteries,make sure
installed correctly (Fig1), screw the battery cover back on.
b). After the battery installation, the unit will sound ‘Beep Beep’, and the LED will
flash 1 to 2 sec.
c). Make sure the screws are tightened securely prior to using.

LOCK And UNLOCK LOCK:
a). LOCK:Press [lock/unlock] button once and do not push the lock bar. The unit will sound
three beeps, LED will flash every 3 seconds, then the unit is in the LOCK mode.
b). UNLOCK: In the lock mode, enter your 4 digits password then press [lock/unlock]
button. The unit will sound one beep, this sound will confirm lock mode is deactivated. LED
will be off ,then you can press lock bar and pull out cable. Hold down the button first then
pull cable out.
Alarm mode
a). In the locked mode , when anybody cuts the cable ,the unit will trigger the alarm.
Enter your password then press the [lock/unlock] button, the alarm will stop.
b). In the locked mode, when anybody removes the battery cover, the unit will trigger
the alarm instantly. Enter your password then press lock/unlock button, the alarm will stop.
c). In the locked mode, when the wrong password is entered, the unit will send one long beep
instantly. When you hear the long beep, you must key in right password. If you key in
the wrong password three times within 10 seconds, the alarm will activate for 30 seconds.
d). In the locked and vibration mode, when the unit detects a trigger for vibration or moving
the alarm cord or lock, the unit will first turn on alarm 1 second for a warning. If the unit detects
a trigger again after the next three to twelve seconds, the unit will turn on alarm for 30 seconds;
If no vibration or movement is detected for three to twelve seconds, the lock will return to
standby mode.
[LOW BATTERY DETECTION]
When battery goes low, the LED will flash once per-second,please change to new alkaline
batteries immediately, otherwise the unit can't lock and unlock operation.

Alarm Installation
2. Wrap the security wire between arms and the back of the television.
3. After wrapping the security wire between the arms, cross the wire
through the Anti-Theft Anchor Point located in the back lower corner
of your television as shown below.
1. Wrap the security wire through the mounting plate and post.
NOTE: This is shown with a post mount however we use the same tilt
bracket for multiple installations including the ceiling mount.

The alarm is very loud, never put it close to your ear.
The security alarm can provide valuable protection for your TV,
however it does not guarantee complete protection from any losses.
Please take care of all of your property.
To assure safety please change your password when you replace the
battery each time. The factory setting password ‘1234’).
a). Make sure the unit is not in the LOCK mode.
b). Press and hold the [1] button for 2 seconds, unit will sound a ‘Beep’ tone and the LED will
flash
c). Key in the original password (default password ‘1234’) ,the unit will beep once.
Please key in 4 digits new password (the password must be 4 digits), after the passwords input
completed, the unit will beep 3 times to confirm the password change is successful.
Note: Removal of the battery,the password and setup will reset to initial factory setting ‘1234’.
If forget your password, please take the batteries out and press the button for more than
5 seconds, the password and setup will reset to initial factory setting ‘1234’.
2. Programmable Vibration Detect Function ON or OFF(The unit initially factory set vibration
detect function ON.)
a). Make sure the unit not in the LOCK mode.
b). Press and hold [2] button 2 seconds will hear a‘Beep’, the vibration detect function set
to Off
c). When you press and hold the number [2] button for 2 seconds again, will hear short ‘Beep
Beep’, vibration detect function set at ON.

1. In order to reduce risks and losses, change new batteries immediately, when battery voltage is low. If you do not use the unit for a long
time, please remove the battery to avoid battery leakage.
2. If ice or sleet is accumulated on the lock remove ice near the lock bar, this may cause the lock bar get stuck.
3. The lock does not have a memory. If the battery is changed or is discharged ,the password and setup will reset to initial factory setting(factory
setting password ‘1234’,vibration detect function is on) Please reset the password as soon as possible.
