memories:

journey
memory

collects
thefollowingdatafromthetimetheignition

switched
onto
when
itis
switched
off:

fuel
used.
From
thisdata
the
averagedrivingspeed
and
the
averagefuelconsumption
are
workedout.
If
thejourney
is
resumed
within
twohours
ofswitchingofftheignition,thenewfigures
areautomaticallyincluded
inthe
calcula-
tion.
Ifthe
journey
is
interrupted
for
more
than
two
hours,
the
storedinformation
is
automatically
erased.
A
total
journey
memory

storesthe
data
fromanynumberofindividualjourneys
up
toa
total
of99
hoursand
59
minutes
hoursdrivingtime,
a
distance
of

The
mobiletelephoneis
fitted
toanadapter
foruseinthevehiclewhilststationary.In
thisway,alltheadvantagesofa regularcar
telephone(hands-offequipment,optimum
transmission
throughexterioraerialetc.)
can
beemployedtothefull.Therecharge-
able
batteryofthetelephoneisalso
con-
stantlyrecharged.
To
telephone
without
the
hands-free
systemyoumust
lift
the
mobile
tele-
phone
including
telephone
adapter
outoftheretainer:
To
takeout.thetelephone,holdit
tightly
and
press
thebutton1 atthesametime.
Onceyou
have
taken
outthe
mobile
telephone
with
the
telephone
adapter,
donotspeakas
normal
into
the
mobile
telephone,
but
rather
into
the
rear
sideofthe
telephone
adapter!

Withthehands-freesystem,itispossibleto
telephonewithouthavingtotakethemobile
telephoneinyourhand.
Ifyoureceivea telephone
call,
thevoiceof
yourconversationpartnerwillberelayed
over
thespeakersoftheradiosystem.You
have
nothingfurthertodowhenrespond-
ing;
yousimplyreactasifyouweretalking
toa passengerinthevehicle.
The
desiredconversation
volume
can
be
setviatheradio.Furthermore,itis
necessary
tosetthelisteningvolumeofthe
mobiletelephoneonce.
The
operationoftheunitsisdescribedina
separate
manual.
Take
the
mobile
telephone
with
you
when
leaving
the
vehicle
or
switch
offthe
automatic
callacceptance
function
ascallscould
otherwise
be
put
through
even
when
the
radio
is
switched
off.

only

replaced

Whenunlocking,thelockingknobsmove
up.

down.
Thefrontpassengerdoorcanbelocked
fromoutsidewithoutusingthekey:Just
presslockingknobdownandclosedoor.
Thedriver'sdoorcannotbelockedwhen
openbypressingthelockingknobdown
andclosingdoor.Thispreventsyoufrom
leavingthekeyinthecarandforgettingit.
Frominsideallthedoorscanbelockedby
pressingdownthelockingknobs.
Aslongastheknobsarepresseddownthe
doorscannotbeopenedfrominsideorout-
