Connections
When these two ter inals are shorted together, the
usic output of the a plifier will be uted to allow a
telephone page to be heard.
Terminals 1&2 – MUSIC MUTE
Connect to the telephone syste page port.
This voice input can only be activated by the
telephone syste page port dry contact or the
VOX circuit.
Terminals 3&4 – TEL INPUT (Balanced)
Terminals 5&6 or RCA Jacks – MUSIC IN
Connect a usic source to these ter inals noting
that pin 6 is a signal ground pin. It is i portant that
shielded cable be used to avoid any induced hu .
Use so e RCA cables to connect the usic source
using the RCA jacks.

ON position Changes the output voltage fro 70V to 25V.
1: TEL Off-Hook
2: Ring Cadence
3: 70V – 25V
ON position applies a telephone off-hook condition on the TEL INPUT. So e PBX page ports (e.g., Avaya) requires this condition.
ON position provides the night ringer audio ring cadence of 2 sec. ON / 4 sec. OFF, when a dry contact is applied to Contact Ring.
The Power LED is ON when the equip ent is connected to the AC electric outlet and is operational.
The Peak Level LED is ON when the output volu e level has reached 70V.
Fault LED is ON when the a plifier is protecting itself fro a faulty condition like a short circuit on the 70V output, overheat or an
overload.

Terminals 7&8 – CONTACT RING
Terminals 9&10 – TELEPHONE RING
Connect the night ringer relay of the PBX to these
ter inals (dry contact activation).
Connect to a C.O. Port, analog telephone extension or to an ATA Module to activate the night ringer with a 90 Volts ringing signal.
Terminals 11&12 – 70V OUTPUT
Connect the speaker wiring to these ter inals. Follow the guidelines for Class 3 Wiring.
Adminstration WEB Interface
Connect the a plifier to the network using an Ethernet cable. Wait for about 1 inute and press the ‘’Play IP’’ button to
optain the IP address provided by the network DHCP server. Pressing this button will play the device’s IP address through
the a plifier Output ( ake sure that at least a speaker is connected in order to hear the IP address).
Pressing this button for ore than 5 seconds will auto atically restore the factory default settings.
Warning: All configurations will be lost.
Knowing the device’s IP address is required to access the ad inistration WEB interface by typing the IP address in a web
browser fro a co puter connected to the sa e local area network (LAN).
To register a SIP extention for paging:
1- Go to ‘’Device’’ -> ‘’SIP Server’’ Menu
2- Enter your SIP Server Do ain na e or IP address in the ‘’SIP Do ain’’ Field
3- Click Save
4- Go to ‘’Paging’’ -> ‘’SIP Paging’’ Menu
5- In the ‘’SIP Extension’’ Section, enter the SIP Extension, Authentification and password and click Save.
6- Go to the ‘’Status’’ Menu to verify if the SIP registration has been sucessful.
The Night Ringer has its own dedicated SIP extention and can be configured in the ‘’Night Ringer’’ -> ‘’Settings’’ Menu.
