kCheck the inside of the larger pieces in your box for other
materials packed inside.
kWhen assembling components, place on a non-abrasive
surface (i.e. shipping box) to avoid scratching.
kWe recommend an area approximately 5’x 8’ for
unobstructed assembling.
kYou should not need to use excessive force when assembling
components.

Note: If you are mounng to a concrete surface in a coastal saltwater area you will want
to use galvanized washers as spacers between the boom of the ange plate and the
concrete. This will create airow and keep the boom plate from rusng even though it is
galvanized.

STEP 2: INSTALL SURFACE MOUNT
Note: If you are installing over a wood
deck, it is best to secure a 2x6 piece
of wood between the joists where the
mount will be installed.

Concrete: Use a hammer drill to drill holes through the
pre-drilled holes in the Surface Mount (A)
