NORME GENERALI

- E’ vietata l' installazione e l'

uso, anche parziale dell'attrez-

zatura da parte del personale

non espressamente autorizza-

to.

- E' obbligatorio il collegamento

a terra della carcassa metalli-

ca dell' attrezzatura.

- E' vietata la messa in servizio

del mixer se scollegato dal silo/

contenitore di alimentazione

del prodotto premiscelato.

- Leggere con attenzione le tar-

ghe di avvertenza e pericolo po-

ste sulla macchina.

- E' vietato rimuovere le targhe di

avvertenza e pericolo dalla

macchina.

- E' vietato manutenzionare, ese-

guire riparazioni, modifiche e

quanto non strettamente neces-

sario al ciclo di lavoro con l'at-

trezzatura in funzione.

Prima di tutto è obbligatorio di-

sinnestare tutte le alimentazio-

ni elettriche della macchina.

- E' vietato rimuovere le prote-

zioni e le sicurezze presenti sul-

la macchina.

La garanzia non è applicabile a

seguito di rotture e/o difetti cau-

sati da errata installazione o uti-

lizzo, oppure da manutenzioni

non corrette o modifiche appor-

tate senza autorizzazione del

costruttore.

La garanzia non si estende alle

parti che si logorano in seguito

al normale uso e alle parti elettri-

che.

A miglior precisazione la garan-

zia decade nei casi in cui il DU-

STFIX®:

- sia stato manomesso o modifi-

cato,

- sia stato utilizzato non corret-

tamente,

- sia stato utilizzato non rispet-

tando i limiti indicati nel presen-

te manuale e/o sia stato sotto-

posto ad eccessive sollecita-

zioni meccaniche,

- non sia stato sottoposto alle

necessarie manutenzioni o

queste siano state eseguite

solo in parte e/o non corretta-

mente,

- abbia subito danni per incuria

durante il trasporto, l’installa-

zione e l’utilizzo,

- siano state inserite parti di ri-

cambio non originali.

Al ricevimento del prodotto, il

destinatario deve verificare che

lo stesso non presenti difetti o

danni derivanti dal trasporto e/o

incompletezza della fornitura.

Eventuali difetti, danni o in-

completezza vanno imme-

diatamente segnalati al co-

struttore mediante comuni-

cazione scritta e controfir-

mata dal vettore.

WARRANTY CONDITIONS

The warranty is not applicable

for breakage and/or defects

caused by incorrect installation

or use, or incorrect maintenan-

ce, or modifications not authori-

zed by the Manufacturer.

The warranty does not extend

to parts that wear out following

normal use and electrical com-

ponents.

The warranty elapses if the

DUSTFIX®:

- has been tampered with or mo-

dified,

- has not been used correctly,

- has been used without res-

pecting the limits indicated in

this manual and/or has been

subjected to excessive mecha

nical stress,

- has not been subjected to the

necessary maintenance or the-

se operations have been car-

ried out partly and/or incorrect-

ly,

- has been damaged due to ca-

relessness during transport,

installation and use,

- has been fitted with spare

parts that are not original.

On receiving the product, the

user must check these for de-

fects deriving from transport

and/or incomplete supply.

Defects, damage or incom

pleteness of the supply

must be immediately com-

municated to the Manufactu-

rer in writing and countersi-

gned by the haulage trans-

porter.

GARANTIEBEDINGUNGEN

Die Garantie ist nicht anwend-

bar, wenn es sich um Schäden

und/oder Defekte handelt, die

auf falschem Einbau oder Ge-

brauch, nicht korrekter Wartung

oder Änderungen beruhen, die

ohne die Genehmigung des Her-

stellers ausgeführt wurden.

Die Garantie deckt keine Teile ab,

die infolge des normalen Ge-

brauchs verschleißen, und auch

keine elektrischen Teile.

Genauer geagt verfällt die Ga-

rantie in folgenden Fällen:

- Das DUSTFIX®wurde manipu-

liert oder abgeändert;

- wurde nicht angewandt;

- bei seinem Gebrauch wurden

die in diesem Handbuch ge-

nannten Einsatzbeschränkun-

gen nicht beachtet und/oder es

wurde zu starken mechani-

schen Belastun gen ausge-

setzt;

- er wurde nicht der erforder-

lichen Wartung unterzogen

oder diese wurde nur teilweise

und/oder nicht korrekt ausge-

führt;

- es wurde beschädigt, weil

Transport, Einbau oder Ge-

brauch ohne die erforderliche

Sorgfalt vorgenommen wur-

den;

- es wurden keine Original-Er-

satzteile verwendet.

Beim Empfang der Ware hat der

Empfänger sicherzustellen,

dass die Ware keine durch den

Transport verursachten Schä-

den oder Defekte aufweist, und/

oder dass der Lieferumfang voll-

ständig ist.

Etwaige Defekte, Schäden

oder Fehlmengen sind mit-

tels schriftlicher und vom

Frachtführer gegengezeich-

neter Mitteilung sofort dem

Hersteller zu melden.

- a été manipulé ou modifié,

- a été utilisé de manière incor

recte,

- a été utilisé sans respecter les

limites indiquées dans la pré-

sen te notice et/ou qu’il a été

soumis à des contraintes mé-

caniques excessives

- il n’a pas été soumis aux en-

tretiens nécessaires ou que

ces opérations ont été effec-

tuées partiellement, de maniè-

re incom plète ou incorrecte

- a subit des dommages par né-

gligence pendant le transport,

la mise en place et l’utilisation,

- a été réparé avec des pièces

qui ne sont pas d’origine.

Dès réception de la marchan

dise, le destinataire doit vérifier

que celle-ci n’a pas de défauts

ou subit de dégâts dus au tran

sport et que la fourniture n’est

pas incomplète.

Tout défaut, dommage ou

Il costruttore si riterrà sollevato

da qualsiasi responsabilità ine-

rente la sicurezza delle perso-

ne, delle cose e di funzionamen-

to qualora le operazioni di carico

e scarico da autocarro, traspor-

to, posizionamento in cantiere,

utilizzo, riparazioni, manutenzio-

ni, ecc. non siano eseguite con-

formemente alle avvertenze de-

scritte nel presente manuale.

Analogamente il costruttore non

si riterrà in alcun modo respon-

sabile qualora il mixer venga uti-

lizzato:

- impropriamente;

- da personale non autorizzato

e/o non sufficientemente adde-

strato;

- con modifiche rispetto alla con-

figurazione originale;

- con inserimento di parti di ri-

cambio non originali;

- non conformemente alla nor-

mativa e legislazione attual-

mente vigente;

- non conformemente a quanto

raccomandato nel presente

manuale o sulle targhette di av-

vertenza e pericolo applicata

sulla macchina.

Per l’utente è fatto obbligo di ve-

rificare con la massima attenzio-

ne, prima di eseguire qualsiasi

operazione, che la zona di lavo-

ro sia libera da ostacoli, perso-

ne, macchine potenziali fonti di

pericolo.

Le operazioni di sollevamento,

trasporto, installazione in cantie-

re, la messa in funzione, le veri-

fiche di stabilità e funzionamen-

to, le manutenzioni ordinarie e

the worksite, the filter must be

earthed.

- For every operation, it is com-

pulsory to disconnect all the

electric power supplies to the

machine.

der in diesem Handbuch be-

- bestimmungswidrig;

- durch Personal, das nicht be-

fugt und/oder ausreichend an-

- mit Änderungen im Bezug zur

ursprünglichen Konfiguration;

- mit Einbau von Ersatzteilen, die

keine Originale sind;

- nicht entsprechend der augen-

blicklich geltenden Normen und

Gesetze;

- nicht entsprechend der Emp-

fehlungen dieses Hand buchs

oder der Hinweis- und Warn-

schilder, die auf der Ma schine

angebracht sind.

Der Anwender ist dazu ver-

pflichtet, vor der Ausführung ir-

gendeines Vorgangs sehr auf-

merksam zu prüfen, dass der

Arbeitsbereich frei von Hinder-

nissen, Personen und Maschi-

nen ist, die eine mögliche Ge-

fahrenquelle darstellen.

Heben, Transport, Installation auf

der Baustelle, Inbetriebnahme,

Standsicherheits- und Funktion

stests, regelmäßige und außer-

or dentliche Wartung etc. müs-

sen durch qualifiziertes und be-

fugtes Personal vorgenommen

werden, das gemäß der Anwei-

sungen, die in diesem Handbuch

stehen, und unter Beachtung der

Bei der Positionierung der Ma-

schine auf der Baustelle muss

er geerdet werden.

- Es ist verboten, die laufende

Maschine zu warten, zu repa-

rieren oder zu ändern.

- Vor jedem Eingriff ist es unbe-

dingt erforderlich, alle elektri-

schen Verbindungen der Ma-

schine abzuklemmen.

- Es ist verboten, die Schutz-

und Sicherheitseinrichtungen,

die auf der Maschine vorhan-

den sind, zu entfernen.

- Vor der Inbetriebnahme si-

cherstellen, dass alle Schutz-

vorrichtungen korrekt installiert

sind.

L’utilisateur a l’obligation de véri-

fier avec la plus grande atten-

tion, avant d’effectuer une quel-

conque opération, que la zone de

Les opérations de soulèvement,

le transport, le montage sur chan-

tier, la mise en service, les vérifi-

cations de stabilité et de fonc-

Grazie alla sua modularità risul-

ta particolarmente adatto ad es-

sere trasportato da una sola per-

sona o ad essere caricato an-

che su autovetture.

DUSTFIX®è stato progettato per

umidificare le polveri industriali di

scarto destinate allo smaltimen-

to. L’abbattimento della loro pol-

verosità consente di facilitare ed

economizzare le operazioni di

movimentazione e trasporto.

La granulometria max consenti-

ta del prodotto è di 4 mm.

DUSTFIX®è realizzato con ma-

teriali NON idonei al trasporto di

prodotti alimentari.

ATTENZIONE

E’vietato mettere in funzio-

ne il mescolatore prima che

l’impianto del quale fa parte

sia dichiarato conforme alle

ber and shaft entirely lined with

wear-proof synthetic material.

Thanks to its modularity, it is par-

ticularly suitable for being car-

ried by a single person, or can

even be loaded on cars.

DUSTFIX® is designed for wet-

ting waste industrial dusts meant

for disposal.

Scrubbing the dusts facilitates

and economizes the handling

and transport operations.

The maximum permitted product

grain size is 4 mm.

DUSTFIX®is made of materials

NOT suitable for transporting

foodstuffs.

Staubverhaltens gestattet es,

- il nylon, se bruciato, produce

- il pianale, come ogni altro imbal-

lo in legno, può essere riutiliz-

zato ma non può essere reso.

Also bear in mind that:

wooden packing material, can

be reused.

On delivery, prior to unloading

check that nature and quantity

of the goods comply with the

acknowledgement of order.

Damage, if any, must be immedi-

ately communicated in writing in

the space provided for the pur-

pose in the waybill. The driver is

obliged to accept the complaint

and leave a copy with the cus-

tomer. If the supply is delivered

free to destination, send the com-

plaint to WAM, or directly to the

haulage contractors. Damages

will be paid only if the report is

made on receipt of the goods.

As long as the machine is com-

plete with packing, handle it us-

ing a forklift truck having suita-

ble capacity.

Widen the forks in order to en-

sure maximum stability of the

load.

During the handling operations,

keep the load as close to the

ground as possible to ensure

maximum stability and visibility.

If the machine is devoid of pack-

ing, lift it using the eyebolts pro-

vided for the purpose fixed to

the mixer.

ner Tragkraft befördert werden.

Die Gabeln verbreitern, um die

maximale Stabilität der Last zu

gewährleisten. Während des

Transports sollte die Last so tief

wie möglich angeordnet wer-

den, um Stabilität und Sichtver-

hältnisse zu verbessern.

Wenn die Maschine ausgepackt

ist, sollte sie nur mit den Kran-

ösen bewegt werden, die am

Mischer befestigt sind.

Unpack the mixer.

During each phase of the in-

stallation always handle the

mixer using appropriate

hoisting equipment fixed on

the welded lifting eyes on

the pipe.

In each phase of installation

the machine must be se-

cured by means of lifting

equipment affixed to the ap-

propriate lifting eyes.

GENERAL PRECAUTIONS:

DO NOT CARRY OUT ANY KIND

OF OPERATION ON THE MA-

CHINE WHEN IT IS RUNNING. BE-

FORE WORKING ON THE MA-

CHINE MAKE SURE IT IS IN

SAFETY CONDITION.

FIXING TO THE SILO

- Carefully remove the packing

from the mixer.

- One can fix the mixer com-

pletely assembled if suitable lift-

ing equipment is available

(such as a crane, lift truck,

etc.).

- Use certified lifting equipment

only.

- Lift the machine until its inlet

spout matches with the lower

flange of the butterfly valve fit-

ted on the silo.

- Lock the connecting bolts.

You are advised to use M10x40

bolts with self-locking nuts.

NOTE: The inlet spout can be

fixed to the silo valve in dif-

ferent ways. In any case, the

plant engineer or installer

must use all the necessary

measures (suitable hopper,

safety grille...) to avoid acci-

dent to persons and/or dam-

age to objects.

- The connections with the mains

must be carried out by an elec-

trician.

- Before connection, ensure that

plate and voltage supply match.

- Operate in compliance with the

standards in force.

Empfiehlt sich die Verwendung

von Schrauben M 10x40 mit

selbstsperrender Mutter).

Anm.: Die Befestigung des

Einlaufs am Siloventil kann

auf unterschiedliche Art und

Weise erfolgen. Auf jeden

Fall muss der Anlagenbauer

bzw. Installateur alle Maß-

nahmen ergreifen, die Sach-

und Personenschäden ver-

meiden (geeignete Trichter,

Schutzgitter...).

ELEKTRISCHE

- Der elektrische Anschluß des

Elektromotors ans Netz sowie

alle Arbeiten am Klemmenka-

con la flangia del silo o con la

flangia inferiore della valvola a

farfalla (se prevista).

- Serrare i bulloni di collegamen-

to.

Si consiglia l’utilizzo di bulloni

M10x40 con dado autobloccan-

te).

N.B.:Il fissaggio della bocca di

carico alla valvola del silo può

essere effettuato in diversi

modi. In ogni caso l’impianti-

sta o l’installatore deve usa-

re ogni accorgimento onde

evitare danni accidentali a

COLLEGAMENTI

ELETTRICI

- Il collegamento tra motore mac-

china e rete elettrica e in ogni

caso qualsiasi lavoro sulla sca-

tola morsettiera del motore de-

vono essere eseguiti da perso-

nale specializzato.

- Prima del collegamento as-

sicurarsi che il voltaggio di rete

coincida con quello indicato

sulla targhetta del motore.

- Lavorare in osservanza delle

MISE ENSÉCURITÉ.

FIXATION AU SILO

- Enlever l’emballage du mélan-

geur avec soin.

- Si l'on dispose d'un moyen de

levage approprié (grue, cha-

riot ou autre) il est possible de

fixer le mélangeur entièrement

monté.

- Utiliser des moyens de levage

homologués.

- Soulever la machine jusqu'à

faire coïncider sa bouche de

remplissage avec la bride in-

férieure de la vanne papillon

dont est doté le silo.

- Serrer les boulons de liaison.

Il est conseillé d’utiliser des bou-

lons M10x40 avec écrou de sû-

reté).

N.B. : La fixation de la bou-

che d’entrée à la vanne du

silo peut être effectuée de

différentes manières. Dans

tous les cas le monteur ou

l’installateur doit prendre

toutes les précautions pour

éviter les dommages aux

personnes et aux biens (tré-

mie adaptée, barrières de

sécurité,..).

BRANCHEMENTS

ELECTRIQUES

- La connexion entre le moteur

de la machine et le réseau ain-

si que quelconque autre tra-

vail sur la boîte du moteur doi-

vent être effectués par du per-

sonnel spécialisé.

-Avant de faire la connexion

s’assurer que le voltage du

réseau coïncide avec celui in-

diqué sur la plaquette du mo-

teur.

- Travailler dans le respect des

normes en vigueur.

FUNZIONAMENTO

Il funzionamento della macchina

è di norma controllato da un qua-

dro idroelettrico in loco che ge-

stisce i tempi di pausa e di lavo-

ro della macchina stessa, il do-

saggio dell’acqua ed altre fun-

zioni.

PAUSA DI LAVORO

La pausa di lavoro tra una me-

scolazione e l’altra non deve su-

perare il tempo di indurimento del

prodotto.

Si aumenta notevolmente la du-

rata della macchina chiudendo il

carico e svuotando al termine di

ogni giorno lavorativo.

Questo è particolarmente impor-

tante quando il materiale traspor-

tato tende a indurirsi o a com-

pattarsi se rimane fermo per un

certo periodo di tempo.

FONCTIONNEMENT

Le fonctionnement de la machi-

ne est habituellement contrôlé

par un panneau hydroélectrique

sur place qui gère les temps de

pause et de travail de la machi-

ne ainsi que le dosage de l'eau

et d'autres fonctions.

PAUSE DE TRAVAIL

La pause de travail entre un mé-

lange et l'autre ne doit pas dé-

passer le temps de durcissement

du produit.

La durée de la machine est con-

sidérablement augmentée en

fermant le déchargement et en

la vidant à la fin de chaque jour-

née de travail.

Ceci est particulièrement impor-

tant quand la matière transpor-

tée tend à durcir ou à se com-

pacter si la machine reste arrê-

tée pendant une certaine pério-

de de temps.

tezeit des Produkts sein.

Die Haltbarkeit der Maschine

kann erheblich verlängert wer-

den, wenn man die Einfüllöffnung

verschließt und die Maschine am

Ende jedes Arbeitstages entleert.

Dies ist besonders wichtig, wenn

das behandelte Material bei län-

geren Ruhephasen aushärtet

oder sich verdichtet.

OPERATION

Machine operation is usually con-

trolled from a hydroelectric pan-

el on site, which controls the ma-

chine's pauses, working, water

metering and other functions.

PAUSE INWORK CYCLE

The pause between one mixing

cycle and the next must not ex-

ceed the product hardening time.

Covering the inlet and emptying

the machine at the end of each

working day will ensure longer

machine life.

This is particularly important

when the material mixed tends

to harden or become compact if

the machine remains still for a

certain period.

GENERAL PRECAUTIONS

Never put your hands into a ma-

chine when it is running!

Never open an inspection hatch

before having disconnected the

machine from the mains supply.

START-UP

Check the machine to see if for-

eign substances or water have

entered inside.

If this is the case remove the

outlet, then extract the shaft and

clean the equipment.

Refit the equipment.

Check the direction of rotation

of the machine (see arrow on

the identification plate fitted on

the tube).

If the direction of rotation is in-

correct, invert the electric wire

connections inside the terminal

box, or use the inverter switch

on your control panel if it is pro-

vided.

Adjust the automatic grease nip-

ple positioned on the unload side

every three months of opera-

tion.

The first operating test must be

carried out without load in the

machine; if functioning is found

to be perfect, connect the wa-

ter supply to the inlet.

Open the silo valve and start up

the machine.

ALLGEMEINE VORSICHTS -

MASSNAHMEN

Niemals in das laufende Gerät

greifen! Niemals die Inspektions-

klappen (sofern vorhanden)

öffnen, bevor die Stromzufuhr

unterbrochen wurde!

INBETRIEBNAHME

Prüfen, ob Fremdkörper oder

Wasser in das Innere der Ma-

schine eingedrungen sind.

Wenn dies der Fall ist, den Aus-

lauf abnehmen, den Rotor her-

ausziehen und die Maschine

reinigen.

Alles wieder einbauen.

Die Drehrichtung des Rotors

prüfen (siehe Drehrichtungs-

pfeil auf dem Schild auf dem Au-

ßenrohr).

Wenn die Drehrichtung falsch

ist, zwei Phasenleiter an der

Klemmenleiste umklemmen, oder

den Phasenumschalter auf dem

Schaltkasten betätigen, falls ein

solcher vorhanden ist.

Die automatische Schmierein-

richtung auf der Auslaufseite au

drei Monate Betrieb einstellen.

Den ersten Betriebstest bei lee-

rer Maschine vornehmen.

Wenn alles korrekt funktioniert,

den Wasseranschluß am Was-

sereinlaufstutzen vornehmen.

Die Siloklappe öffnen und die

Maschine in Betrieb nehmen.

AVVIAMENTO

Verificare se sostanze esterne

o acqua siano entrate all’inter-

no della macchina.

Se così fosse, togliere il muset-

to di scarico, rimuovere la spira

e procedere con le operazioni

di pulizia.

Rimontare il tutto.

Controllare il senso di rotazione

della macchina (vedi freccia sul-

le targhette montate sul tubo).

Se errato, invertire i fili di colle-

gamento elettrico all’ interno della

scatola morsettiera.

Oppure agire sul commutatore

invertitore del Vs. quadro co-

mandi se questo ne è provvisto.

Regolare l’ingrassatore automa-

tico posizionato sul lato scarico

su tre mesi di funzionamento.

La prima prova di funzionamen-

to deve essere fatta a macchi-

na vuota; se tutto funziona bene

fare l’allacciamento dell’acqua

nell’apposito raccordo di entra-

ta.

Aprire la serranda del silo ed av-

viare la macchina.

PRECAUTIONS GENERALES

Jamais mettre les mains à l’inté-

rieur de la machine pendant le

fonctionnement. Jamais ouvrir

les éventuelles trappes de visi-

te avant d’avoir détaché le cou-

rant.

MISE EN SERVICE

Vérifier si des substances ex-

térieures ou de l'eau sont en-

trées à l'intérieur de la machine.

Dans ce cas il faut enlever la

tête de déchargement, déposer

la spire et effectuer les opéra-

tions de nettoyage.

Remonter le tout.

Contrôler le sens de rotation de

la machine (Cf. la flèche sur les

plaques d'identification de

l'auge).

S'il est erroné, inverser les fils

de raccordement électrique à

l'intérieur du boîtier du bornier.

Ou bien intervenir sur le com-

mutateur inverseur de votre ar-

moire de commande s'il en est

équipé.

Régler le graisseur automatique

placé côté du déchargement sur

trois mois de fonctionnement.

Le premier essai de fonction-

nement doit être fait avec la ma-

chine vide. Si tout fonctionne

parfaitement effectuer le rac-

cordement de l'eau à travers le

raccord prévu à cet effet.

Ouvrir la vanne du silo et mettre

la machine en marche.

PULIZIA MACCHINA

ATTENZIONE!

Prima di aprire il coperchio

e/o gli eventuali boccaporti,

assicurarsi che l'alimenta-

zione di corrente al motore

elettrico sia staccata.

Il non attenersi strettamen-

te alle seguenti istruzioni

può causare problemi ed in-

Da effettuare a fine giornata e/o

ad ogni interruzione prolungata

di lavoro.

- Chiudere la serranda del silo

- Far inserire il restante prodot-

- Aumentare la portata di acqua

e far ruotare il mescolatore fino

a che non esce acqua pulita

(1-2 min.).

Settimanalmente oltre alla pulizia

giornaliera si deve:

- Togliere corrente.

- Togliere il musetto di scarico.

- Sfilare l’elica mescolatrice e

pulirla se neccessario.

- Controllare ed eventualmente

pulire la camera di mescolazio-

ne.

NETTOYAGE DE LA MACHINE

ATTENTION!

Avant d’ouvrir le couvercle

ou les trappes de visite s’as-

A réaliser en fin de journée et/ou

- Fermer la vanne du silo

- Faire entrer le produit restant

- Augmenter le débit d'eau et fai-

re tourner le mélangeur tant que

de l'eau propre ne sort pas de

la machine (1 à 2 minutes).

Chaque semaine en plus du net-

toyage journalier il faut:

- Couper le courant

- Démonter la tête de décharge-

ment.

- Retirer l'hélice de mélange et la

nettoyer si nécessaire.

- Contrôler et éventuellement

nettoyer la chambre de mélan-

ge.

CLEANING THE MACHINE

IMPORTANT!

Before opening the outlet

and/or inspection hatch,

make sure that the power

supply has been disconnect-

Failure to follow the mainte-

nance instructions may

cause problems and could

invalidate the warranty.

Clean the machine at the end of

the day's work and/or after eve-

ry prolonged shutdown.

- Lock the silo.

- Allow the remaining product to

flow in.

- Increase the water flow and

run the mixer until clean water

flows out (1 to 2 minutes).

Apart from cleaning the mixer

every day, carry out the follow-

ing operations once every week:

- Disconnect the power supply.

- Remove the outlet spout.

- Remove the mixer shaft and

clean, if necessary.

- Check and clean the mixer

chamber, if necessary.

Ogni intervento di manuten-

zione di lubrificazione e di

pulizia deve essere esegui-

to a macchina ferma e scol-

legata dell’alimentazione

elettrica.

Le operazioni di manutenzio-

ne devono essere effettua-

te da tecnici specializzati e

autorizzati.

Sollevare e maneggiare tutti

i particolari pesanti con un

mezzo di sollevamento di ca-

pacità adatta.

Assicurarsi che i gruppi od i

particolari siano sostenuti da

imbracature e ganci appro-

priati.

Accertarsi che non ci siano

persone in prossimità del

carico da sollevare.

Si ricorda che una precisa e pe-

riodica manutenzione ed un uso

corretto sono la premessa indi-

spensabile per garantire un ele-

vato rendimento della macchina.

Per assicurare un suo costante

e regolare funzionamento ed evi-

tare il decadimento della garan-

zia, ogni eventuale sostituzione

di componenti deve essere ef-

fettuata esclusivamente con ri-

cambi originali.

MAINTENANCE

All heavy parts must be

hoisted and handled using

approved lifting equipment

with adequate carrying ca-

pacity.

Ensure that sections or parts

of the machine are held by

appropriate slings and

hooks.

Check to ensure there are

no bystanders in the range

of the load to be lifted.

Remember that careful mainte-

nance in compliance with the rec-

ommended schedule and correct

use of the machine are essential

conditions to guarantee high ma-

chine performance.

In order to ensure constant and

regular operation of the machine

and to avoid cancellation of the

warranty, any part replacement

must be made exclusively with

original spares.

ENTRETIEN

- Sballare la macchina

- Se si dispone di un opportuno

mezzo di sollevamento (gru,

muletto e altro) è possibile fis-

sare il mescolatore completa-

mente montato.

- Usare mezzi di sollevamento

omologati.

- Sollevare la macchina fino a

congiungere la sua bocca di

carico con la flangia inferiore

della valvola di cui è dotato il

silo.

- Serrare i bulloni di collegamen-

to.

- La macchina può essere smon-

tata nei suoi singoli componen-

ti per poi essere fissata e mon-

tata al silo da due soli uomini.

A questo scopo procedere come

segue:

- Togliere i dadi e smontare il mu-

setto di scarico.

ments pour être ensuite fixée

et montés sur le silo par deux

hommes seulement.

Pour cela il faut procéder de la

manière suivante:

- Enlever les écrous et démonter

la tête de déchargement.

werden, um dann von nur zwei

Personen am Silo befestigt und

montiert zu werden.

Dabei wie oben beschrieben

vorgehen.

- Die Muttern entfernen und den

Auslauf demontieren.

- Remove the machine packing.

- One can fix the conditioner

completely assembled if suita-

ble lifting equipment is availa-

ble (such as a crane, lift truck,

etc.).

- Use certified lifting equipment

only.

- Lift the machine until its inlet

spout matches with the lower

flange of the butterfly valve fit-

ted on the silo.

- Lock the connecting bolts.

- The machine can be disassem-

bled into its components which

can then be fixed and assem-

bled on the silo by two men.

Proceed as follows:

- Remove the nuts and disas-

semble the outlet spout.

- Smontare il gruppo motoridut-

tore rimuovendo le viti di fis-

saggio alla testata camera

estrazione.

A questo punto fissare il corpo

della macchina alla valvola della

tramoggia per mezzo di bulloni.

Rimontare la macchina eseguen-

do le operazioni di smontaggio in

senso inverso.

- Rimontare il gruppo motoridut-

tore.

- Inserire l’elica nella sua came-

ra facendo attenzione al suo

accoppiamento con l’albero del

motore, (aiutarsi ruotando leg-

germente l’elica fino al suo

completo inserimento).

- Démonter le groupe motoré-

ducteur en enlevant les bou-

lons de fixation à la flasque de

la chambre d’extraction.

Il faut alors fixer le corps de la

machine à la vanne du sili/trémie

à l'aide des boulons et écrous.

Remonter la machine en effec-

tuant les opérations de démon-

tage dans l'ordre inverse.

- Remonter le groupe motoré-

ducteur.

- Introduire le rotor dans sa cham-

bre en faisant attention à son

accouplement avec l'arbre du

moteur, (s'aider en tournant lé-

gèrement le rotor jusqu'à son

introduction complète).

und Muttern befestigen.

Die Maschine wieder zusam-

menbauen, wozu man in umge-

kehrter Reihenfolge wie bei der

Demontage vorgeht.

- Antriebseinheit montieren.

- Den Rotor in die Rohrkammer

schieben. Dabei auf die Flucht

mit der Antriebswelle achten

(dazu den Rotor leicht drehen,

bis er auf der Antriebswelle

einrastet).

- Remove drive unit by removing

the bolts from the feed cham-

ber.

Now fix the unit to the silo/hop-

per valve by means of bolts.

Re-assemble the machine by fol-

lowing the disassembly proce-

dure in reverse.

- Re-assemble the drive unit.

- Fit the conditioner rotor shaft

inside its chamber ensuring

perfect coupling with the mo-

tor shaft (turn the shaft slight-

ly until it fits in perfectly).

Il non attenersi strettamente alle

seguenti istruzioni può causare

dei problemi ed invalidare la ga-

ranzia sulle macchine fornite.

Effettuare le pulizie periodiche

giornaliere e settimanali come in-

dicatoin“ FUNZIONAMENTO.”

Controllare periodicamente lo

stato dei componenti di usura e

se necessario sostituirli.

Le non-respect des consignes

ci-dessous peut provoquer des

dysfonctionnements ainsi que

l'expiration de la garantie sur les

machines fournies.

Effectuer les nettoyages régu-

lièrement, chaque jour ou cha-

que semaine, comme indiqué

dans le chapitre "FONCTIONNE-

MENT".

Contrôler périodiquement l'état

des pièces d'usure et si néces-

saire les remplacer.

The gear reducer is supplied

with long life oil.

It is equipped with a filling plug

only and does not require any

refill or replacement.

Come per le operazioni di

installazione anche le opera-

zioni di smontaggio dovuti a

spostamenti dell’impianto o

alla rottamazione della mac-

china richiedono l’interven-

to di personale specializzato

ed espressamente autoriz-

zato

- Interrompere a monte l’alimen-

tazione elettrica, quindi scolle-

gare il cavo di alimentazione del

motore elettrico.

- E’ ora possibile procedere allo

smontaggio del mescolatore.

- Se si deve procedere alla rotta-

mazione si ricorda che il me-

scolatore è realizzato princi-

palmente in componenti in fer-

ro, in gomma e da motore elet-

trico con i relativi avvolgimenti

in rame e dalla componentistica

elettrica.

- Togliere e raccogliere il lubrifi-

cante contenuto all’interno del

riduttore.

- Procedere al completo smon-

taggio della macchina differen-

ziando i componenti secondo il

materiale di cui sono costituiti.

- Inviare il materiale ai centri di

raccolta differenziata per la se-

parazione e il trattamento delle

parti inquinanti secondo le nor-

mative del paese di installazio-

ne della macchina.

DISMANTLING AND TAKING

OUT OFSERVICE

As for installation, disman-

tling operations required to

move the machine or to scrap

it must be done by special-

ized and expressly author-

ized personnel.

- Disconnect the electric supply

upstream and then disconnect

the electric motor power ca-

bles.

- The mixer can now be disman-

tled.

- If themachine is tobescrapped,

bear in mind that the mixer is

made largely from steel, an elec-

tric motor with its copper wind-

ings and various electric parts.

- Remove and collect the lubri-

cant contained inside the re-

duction gear unit.

- Proceed in completely disman-

tling the machine, separating

the component parts according

to the materials they are made

of.

- Send the materials to the near-

est differentiated waste col-

lection centres where they will

be properly separated, and any

pollutant parts will be handled

in compliance with the current

regulations of the country

where the machine was in-

stalled.

triebsetzung infolge einer

Verschrottung der Maschi-

ne Fachpersonal mit beson-

derer Genehmigung einge-

setzt werden.

- Die Stromversorgung stromauf

unterbrechen und dann das

Elektromotoren-Versorgungs-

kabel abtrennen.

- Nun kann der Mischer zerlegt

werden.

- Wenn eine Verschrottung ge-

plant ist, berücksichtigen, daß

der Mischer fast ausschließ-

lich aus Stahl sowie aus dem

Elektromotor mit seiner Kupfer-

wicklung besteht.

- Das im Getriebe enthaltene Öl

ablassen und entsorgen.

- Die Maschine vollständig zerle-

gen und die Baugruppen nach

Werkstoffen sortieren.

- Die zu verschrottenden Teile

gemäß den gesetzlichen Be-

stimmung des Aufstellungslan-

des zu den entsprechenden

Sammelstellen zur Weiterver-

wertung und Entsorgung brin-

gen.

tions de démontage dues

aux déplacements de l’ins-

tallation ou au démantèle-

ment de la machine requiè-

rent l’intervention de per-

sonnel spécialisé et expres-

sément autorisé.

-Couper l’alimentation électrique

en amont, puis débrancher le

câble d’alimentation des mo-

teurs électriques.

-Il est alors possible de démon-

ter le mélangeur.

-S’il faut le démanteler il est rap-

pelé que le mélangeur est prin-

cipalement réalisé avec des

composants en fer ou en acier,

par des moteurs électriques et

leurs enroulements en cuivre et

la composante électrique.

- Enlever le lubrifiant qui se trou-

ve à l’intérieur du réducteur.

- Procéder au démontage com-

plet de la machine en triant les

différents éléments suivant les

matériaux dont ils sont faits.

- Envoyer le tout aux centres de

ramassage différencié en vue

de la séparation et du traite-

ment des parties polluantes

conformément aux règlements

du pays où la machine est ins-

tallée.
