Electricstarting isonlyinthe conditionofgraspingthebrakehandle.
Electricstarting notsucceed,ifstarting againwithit,wemuststop for30seconds,Ifstill
cantstart, Pleaseusekick-start.
Enginekick-start:open ignition switchand addgasolineslowly,step kick-starterpedal
downquickly withstrengthtostartengine.
Notice:Afterusingkick-starterpedal,pull itbackto originalposition.Otherwise
haveeffecttosafetyride, andbadto engine.
Had betternotopen ignition switch whenscooterhasnotuseforalong time, andfirst
stepkickstarterforsometimes.Makeflueintocarburetorand thenintocylinder,and

2. Operate frontandrearbrake
Notice:Musttotallyclose thefluewhendriveinadescent,andusetwo-brake
systemforreduce speed. Don tusebrakecontinuously, otherwise itwillreduce
theeffectofbrakebecause of too hot.
Warning:Don tusesinglebrakewhendrive withhigh speed,specialcrookedand

Storage
Forstoreup the motorcycleforalongperiod oftime,forexample,inwintertime,somesteps
shouldbetakentopreventmalfunction ofanddamagetoitscomponents,whichmightbecaused
bylongstorage.Besides, beforethe longstorage,propermaintenancehastobe carriedoutfor
fearthat it might be forgottenwhenvehicleisput backintouseafterstorage.
1.Change engineoil.
2. Drainofffuel fromthefuel tankandcarburetor.
Warning: Gasolineisinflammableandmaycausefireandevenexplosionundercertainconditions.
Therefore,donotsmoke,makefireorhaveanyfireleftbehind ondrainingoff fuel.
3.Takeoutthe sparkplug,pourabout15~20mlclean engine oil intothe cylinder,stepdownthe
kickleverrepetitivelyforseveraltimessoastohavemachineoildistributed all overthe
engineandfinallyfitthe sparkbackon.
4.Washthemotor, wipeitdryand applyan evencoatofwaxtothepainted surface. Chromate
treatmentcanpreventthe surfacesfromrusting.
5.Inflatethe tiresasrequired and padthe vehicleupbywooden blocks withthetwowheels
clearanceof theground.
6.Putthevehicleinashadyand cool placefreefromhumidityand directsunshineandcoverit
properly(butnot withplasticorotherpainted materials).
Reusemotorcycle.
Takedownthe motorcyclecoverand clean themotorcycle, ifthe storagetimeexceeds4months,
Mustchange engineoil.
Mustcharging ifneed,andtheninstall battery.
Must checkallofterms beforedrive(Page9),forthesafetymusttrythemotorcyclewithlower
speed forsometimeinanotbusyrode.

WangyeUSACo.,LLC ispleasedtoexplaintheemissioncontrolsystemwarrantyon
HighwayMotorcycle.NewHighwayMotorcyclemustbedesigned,built and equippedto
regulationsandstandardsoftheUnitedStatesEnvironmentalProtectionAgencyandthe
CaliforniaAirResourceBoardandfreefromdefectsinmaterialandworkmanshipthatmay
keepitfromtheserequirementsintheallapplicableregulations.
WangyeUSACo.,LLCmustwarranttheemissioncontrolsystemonthehighwaymotorcycle
for5yearsor6,000km,whichevercomesfirst,providedthattherehasbeennoabuse,neglect
orimpropermaintenanceofhighwaymotorcycle.
1. Periodof Warranty
Theperiodofwarrantyshall beoneyearondelivery,duringthis periodofwarranty:
(i). Anypartdefectivebyreason ofthemanufacturer’sfaultyworkmanshipormaterialwill be
replacedorrepairedfreeofcharge;
(ii). Anyrepairsoradjustmentsmadenecessarybyreasonofthemanufacturer’sfaulty
workmanshipormaterialwillbeperformedfreeofcharge.
Emissioncontrolsystemmayincludeparts suchasthecarburetororfuelinjectionsystem,the
ignition system,catalyticconverterandenginecomputer,ifitisequipped.Alsoincludedmay
behoses,belts,connectorsandotheremission-relatedassemblies.
2. Responsibilitiesof Customer
Toobtainrepairsunderwarranty,thecustomermust:
(i). Ensurethatthemotorcycleisproperlyoperated,maintainedandstoredasspecifiedinthe

Owner’s Manual;
(ii). GivenoticetodealerapprovedbyWangyeUSACo., LLCorotherqualifiedservicefacility
ofanyandallapparentdefectsimmediatelyupondiscovery,andmaketheentire
motorcycleavailableatthetimeforinspection and repairatthedealer’splace ofbusiness;
(iii). Provideproofofwarrantycoveragetodealer;
(iv). Authorizethedealertoteardownthemotorcyclefordiagnosticevaluation shouldit be
required.
All warrantyrepairsmustbedonebythedealerandfinalapprovalofanyrepairsrestswith
WangyeUSACo.,LLC.All partsreplacedbecomethepropertyofWangyeUSACo., LLC.
3. Exclusion
Thiswarrantydoesnotcovertherepairordamageresultingfromabuseorneglectofthe
motorcycle.Examplesofabuseand neglectinclude, butarenotlimitedto:
(i). Racingandcompetition;
(ii). Useoflubricants, oilsand fuel/oilmixtureotherthanthoserecommenderintheOwner’s
Manual,improperlyinstalledaccessoriesanduseofpartsoraccessoriesthatarenot
equivalentindesignandqualitytogenuineWangyeparts;
(iii). Damageasaresultofaccidents,collisions,contactwithforeignmaterials,impact,
submersionoruseofthemotorcycleafterdiscoveryofadefect;
(iv). Appearance-relateddamagesofbodyparts. Examplesofsuchdamagesincludebutarenot
limitedto:scratches,dents,fading, flakingandpeeling;
(v). Motorcyclewhichhas beenmodifiedinanywayfromthestandardspecifications shownin
theOwner’sManual, forexample, theodometerhasbeenaltered;
(vi). Normalwearandtear,corrosionand routinemaintenance,suchastherecommended
serviceinspections;
(vii). Pre-deliveryinspectionandassembly;

(viii). Damagefromtheft,fire,vandalism,explosion, wateroracts ofGod.
4. Restriction
This warrantyisinadditionto,andnotamodificationof,anylegalwarrantyrequiredbythe
laws ofanystateofUS.
Subjecttoanyapplicablesalesorconsumerlegislation,theabovewarrantyisinlieuofany
warrantyorrepresentation,expressorimplied,includinganywarrantyofperformance,
merchantabilityorfitnessforaparticularpurposeonthepartofWangyeUSA,andanyother
obligationorliabilityon behalfofWangyeUSA,andtheabovewarrantyconstitutesyoursole
remedyand thefullliabilityofWangyeUSA.Inno eventshall WangyeUSAbeliablefor
special,incidentalorconsequentialdamageshowsoevercaused,whetherbynegligenceor
otherwiseresultingdirectlyorindirectlyfromtheuseoftheMotorcycle,ortheMotorcycle’s
havingreplacementpartsortheunavailabilityofreplacementparts.WangyeUSAdoesnot
assumeorauthorizeanypersontocreateorassumeforWangyeUSAanyobligationorliability
inconnectionwiththeMotorcycleoranypartthereofdistributedbyWangyeUSA.
