oven door closed, turn oven off,and
disconnect the power cord,or shut off
power at the fuse or circuit breaker panel.
(d) Do not use the cavity for storage
purposes.Do not leave paper
products,cooking utensils,or food in the
cavity when not in use.
17.Liquids,such as water,coffee,or tea
are able to be overheated beyond
the boiling point without appearing to
be boiling.Visible bubbling or boiling
when the container is removed from the
microwave oven is not always present.

OVER WHEN THE CONTAINER
IS DISTURBED OR A SPOON OR

To reduce the risk of injury to persons:

(b) Stir the liquid both before and halfway
through heating it.
(c) Do not use straight-sided containers
with narrow necks.
(d) After heating,allow the container to
stand in the microwave oven for a short
time before removing the container.
(e) Use extreme care when inserting a
spoon or other utensil into the container.

Unpacking and Accessories
Unpack all accessories from inside the cooking cavity, including:
• Cooler Insert
• AC Power Cord
• DC Direct To battery Cable
• DC Power Outlet Cable
• Plastic Cooking Rack with Ceramic Plate.
Store the 2 DC cables in a convenient location to be used with any
DC battery source. Use the cooler insert to pack food and beverage
inside the cooking cavity and keep it cold until you are ready to
heat things up. Be sure remove food from the cooler before placing
food in the oven. The included cooking rack improves cooking
performance and is especially designed for microwave popcorn.

NOTE: DO NOT store the AC or DC cables and in the cooler insert
as they may become soiled with use. They were placed in
the cooler insert for initial transportation purposes only.
NOTE: Use of the cooking rack in all cooking modes will enable
faster heating of items.

GROUNDING INSTRUCTIONS -A.C.MODE
This appliance must bo grounded.In the event of an electrical short circuit,
grounding reduces the risk of electric shock by providing an escape wire for the
electric current. This appliance is equipped with a cord having a grounding wire
with a grounding plug.The plug must be inserted into an outlet that is properly
installed and grounded.
WARNING:Improper use of the grounding plug can result in a risk of electric
shock.Consult a qualified electrician or service person if the
grounding instructions are not completely understood,or if doubt
exists as to whether the appliance is properly grounded.
If it is necessary to use an extension cord,use only a three wire
extension cord that has a three blade grounding plug,and three
slot receptacle that will accept the plug on the appliance.The
marked rating of the extension cord should be equal to or greater
than the electrical rating of the appliance.
INSTALLATION
1.Steady, at location: When positioning the microwave oven, it should be set on
a at, steady surface.
2.Ventilation: Do not block air vents. If they are blocked during operation, the
oven may overheat and eventually cause oven failure. For proper ventilation,
keep 3 inches of space between the oven's top, sides, rear and the areas where
the unit is to be installed.
3.Radio and TV reception: Poor television reception and radio interference may
result if the oven is located close to a TV, radio, antenna or antenna wire.
Positlon the oven as far from them as possible.
4.Power supply: A.C. Mode
•Check your local power source. This microwave oven requlres a 120V, 60Hz
power supply.
•Use a receptacle that will accept the ground prong.
A.A short power supply cord is provided to reduce the risks resulting from
becoming entangled in or tripping over a longer cord.
B.Longer cord sets or exercised cords are available and may be used if care is
exerclsed in their use.
C.If a long cord or extension cord is used. (1)the marked electrical rating of the
cord set or extension cord should be at least as great as the electrical rating
of the appliance. (2)the extension cord must be a grounding type 3 wire cord
and. (3)the longer cord should be arranged so that it will not drape over the
counter top or tabletop where it can be pulled on by children or tripped over
unintentionally.
5.Examine the oven for any damage such as:Dents, a misaligned door, broken
door or a dent in the cavity. If any of the above are visible,
DO NOT INSTALL THE UNIT.
Notify the dealer immediately.

Operation
Power On
Connect the WaveBox to a single power source of your choice:
AC: Plug into any standard 120V, 60Hz grounded AC power outlet. This power source
delivers optimum performance.
-OR-
DC Battery direct connect: Use ONLY the supplied DC direct connect cable with
“alligator” clips to connect direct to any 12V automotive or marine type battery. This
power source delivers optimum performance.
-OR-
DC power outlet connect: Use ONLY the supplied DC power outlet cable to connect
thru any standard 12V power outlet(20A minimum) or “cigarette lighter connection” in
your vehicle. This power source is very convenient, but sacrices some cooking speed.
NOTE: A SPARK MAY OCCUR WHEN CONNECTING THIS MICROWAVE TO
A POWER SOURCE. THIS IS A NORMAL PHENOMENON AND DOES NOT
INDICATEA DEFECTIVE APPLIANCE.
Please only connect to a DC power outlet rated at 20amps or higher. Information on the
amp rating for all your vehicle’s power outlets can be found in the users manual under “fuse
diagram”.
The WaveBox is built to be operated with the vehicle running to reduce the risk of
unintended battery drain, and to deliver maximum cooking power.
NOTE: Do not connect the WaveBox® to more than a single power source at any given
time. It will not operate. After connecting your WaveBox® to a single power source, the
unit will beep to let you know it is ready for use, displaying zeros in the display window.
The WaveBox® is now ready for operation.
NOTE:For DC operation be sure to maintain correct polarity.The WaveBox will not
operate with reverse polarity.To rectify,simply connect using correct polarity.Red alligator
clip to positive (+)battery post,and Black alligator clip to negative(-)battery post.
Some foreign cars and trucks employ a positive ground design.The WaveBox will
not operate using a positive ground connection.If in doubt,consult with your vehicle's
dealership.
When connecting to an automobile,small truck, boat or van,the engine should be running
in order to prevent discharge of the battery to a point where the vehicle will not start.
Connect the alligator clips to the vehicle's battery,start the vehicle's engine,and then
operate the WaveBox.To disconnect the WaveBox,shut off the vehicle's engine,and remove
the alligator clips from the vehicle's battery.Do not connect or disconnect the alligator
clips with the engine running.
When connecting to large trucks,motor homes or buses the unit may be used without
running the engine.
CAUTION:NOT FOR USE IN AIRCRAFT.

Pre-set Buttons
Pressing any of the 3 pre-set buttons for popcorn, coffee, or pizza
will automatically show the pre-programmed cooking times. Two
seconds later, the WaveBox® will begin cooking.
Setting cooking times manually
Press the “Minute” button once, and the cooking time will be
set for one minute, with the Display Window showing “01:00”;
Press the “Minute” button twice, and the cooking time will be
set for two minutes, with the Display Window showing “02:00”.
The maximum time that can be set by the “Minute” button is 20
minutes.
Press the “Second” button once, and the cooking time will be
set for 5 seconds, with the Display Window showing “00:05”;
Press the “Second” button twice, and the cooking time will set
for 10 seconds, with the Display Window showing “00:10”. The
maximum time that can be set by the “Second” button is 55
seconds.
You may press and hold the “Minute” or “Second” button for 2
seconds and the timer will automatically increase in increments.
Once the cooking time has been set, press the “Start/Stop” button
once and the WaveBox® will begin to work.
At the end of the cooking time, the WaveBox will beep six times to
signal that cooking has nished.
If you want to stop cooking prior to the end of the cooking time,
simply press the “Start/Stop” button once and the WaveBox® will
stop cooking.
NOTE:The WaveBox®is built with an ABS plastic shell with
compact design for portability. After each cooking
operation is completed, the internal fan will continue
to operate for a few more minutes to cool down the
system. Then the fan will stop.This normal door open
fan operation for the WaveBox®. does not mean that
the unit is defective. Please do not return the WaveBox®
to your retailer/distributor due to this unique fan
operation.

Child Lock
For the safety of children, parents can press and hold the “Start/
Stop” button for 5 seconds, and “OFF” will be shown on the
Display Window, locking all buttons.
To unlock all buttons, parents must press and hold the “Start/Stop”
button again.

Cooking Times
Cooking times in both AC and DC direct connect mode are
excellent.
Some cooking speed is sacrificed when using DC power outlet
mode due to the wiring ratings of most automobiles and boats. DC
power outlet mode requires power outlet amperage of 20 amps or
greater. See the “fuses chart” in your vehicle’s owners manual to
determine the amperage of your power outlet system.

Safety
• Read all instructions before using the appliance.

• Do not operate the oven if it is damaged. It is necessary for
the door to close properly and that there is no damage to the
hinge system, latch, or seal.
• The oven should not be serviced by anyone other than a
properly qualied appliance service technician.
• Sealed glass jars may explode when heated and should not
be heated in this oven.
• Use this oven only for its intended use, which is to heat,
cook, or dry food. It is not designed for any other use, such
as industrial or laboratory work.
• This product is not for use by children. Adult supervison is
always necessary.
• Do not operate this oven if it has a damaged cord, plug, or
casing.
• Do not cover or block the ventilation ports.
• Do not immerse cord or unit in water.
• Do not let cords hand over edge of table or counter, or near/
on heated surfaces.
• In the unlikely event that materials inside the oven should
ignite, keep oven door closed, turn oven off, and disconnect
from the power source.
• Do not use metallic cookware in the oven. Use of the
included cooking rack is acceptable.
• Do not operate the oven with the cooler insert inside the
cavity.
• Do not operate the oven when it is empty.

• Do not touch interior cooking cavity walls as they may
burn.
• When opening the oven door, stand at arms length as hot air
or steam may cause scalding.
• Do not heat baby food in closed jars, eggs in shell, nuts or
seeds in shell, disposable bottles, or bottles with nipples on.
• Always use caution when removing heated foods and
beverages from the oven as these items may be excessively
hot and cause burns. Let items stand and cool after cooking.
• Carry the Wavebox only by the handle.
• Do not suspend or hang the Wavebox from a tree, beam,
pipe, or the like.
• Do not carry or transport the Wavebox with liquid inside.
CAUTION: After extended cooking periods while using the
cooking rack, the ceramic plate of cook rack gets
very hot, DO NOT TOUCH! Please handle using
plastic frame, and allow to cool inside the unit.
CAUTION:Never use the WaveBox while operating a
moving vehicle.Use only when stationary.

Care and Cleaning
Exterior
Clean with mild soap and water, rinse and dry with a soft cloth.
Do not use any household or abrasive cleaner. Do not immerse in
water, or get water in the exterior vents.
Interior
Wipe with a soft cloth and warm water. Do not use any household
or abrasive cleaner. For any tough residue, use baking soda and
warm water. DO NOT USE ANY OVEN CLEANERS INSIDE
THE OVEN.
Door Seals
Always make sure that door seals are clean and debris free,
allowing the door to seal well.

Troubleshooting
If you have any of these problems, please try the solutions given.
• The oven does not start
o Is the door completely closed?
o Is the oven connected to a suitable single power
source?
• The food or beverages do not heat
o Is the door completely closed?
o Check the fuse in your AC or DC power system.
Do not attempt to check the fuse inside this
microwave oven. Servicing must be performed only
qualied service personnel.
o If using power outlet mode, make sure the vehicle
wiring is rated at 20 amps or greater.
• The food is either over-cooked or under-cooked
o Was the appropriate cooking time selected?
• Sparking is occurring inside the oven
o Have you put metal inside?
o Is a utensil inside?
o Is aluminum foil inside?
NOTE: For DC operation be sure to maintain correct polarity. The
WaveBox® will not operate with reverse polarity. To rectify, simply
connect using correct polarity: red alligator clip to positive(+)
battery post, and Black alligator clip to negative(-) battery post.
Some foreign cars and truck employ a positive ground design. The
WaveBox® will not operate using a positive ground connection. If

Six Months Limited Warranty
This limited warranty is the only one that applies to this product, and
it sets forth all the responsibilities of the manufacturer regarding this
product. There is no other warranty other than that described herein.This
product is warranted, to the original purchaser only, to be free of defects
in materials and workmanship for six months from the date of purchase
without additional charge. The warranty does not extend to subsequent
purchasers or users. The manufacturer is not responsible for any amount
of damage in excess of the retail purchase price of the product under any
circumstances. Incidental and consequential damages are specifically
excluded from coverage under this warranty. This warranty does not
apply to damage caused by misuse, including wiring or connecting to
improper polarity power sources. Defective products may be returned
prepaid freight to the manufacturer. Any defective product returned
within the six months period will be inspected for cause of defect and,
if applicable, a replacement unit will be supplied free of charge. This
