Montage
Montage und Wartung des Produkts dürfen nur von
Fachpersonal mit entsprechender beruflicher Qualifikation
in Übereinstimmung mit den geltenden bautechnischen
und/oder elektrischen Vorschriften durchgeführt werden.
Achtung! Vor dem Montieren und Anschließen der
Leuchte die Spannungsversorgung abschalten. Leuchte
niemals bei eingeschalteter Spannungsversorgung öffnen.
Hinweis: Modifikationen an der Leuchte, die nicht durch
den Originalhersteller erfolgen, führen zum Erlöschen der
Garantie des Originalherstellers und zum vollständigen
Übergang der Verpflichtungen daraus auf die modifizieren-
de Person/Organisation. Ansprüche aufgrund von Mängeln,
die direkt oder indirekt auf unsachgemäße Montage
und/oder Anwendung zurückzuführen sind, sind ausge-
schlossen.
Bei Ausfall von Komponenten aufgrund ungewöhnlicher
Umstände oder am Ende der Lebensdauer darf der
Austausch nur von geschultem Fachpersonal mit entspre-
chender beruflicher Qualifikation ausgeführt werden.

Vorgehensweise
1) Vor der elektrischen Installation erst die mechanische
Installation vornehmen, indem der Bügel Afest an dem
optionalen Installationszubehör oder direkt an eine pas-
sende Oberfläche montiert wird. Leuchte ausrichten.
Achtung: Sicherstellen, das während des Bohrvor-
ganges keine elektrischen Kabel, Wasserleitungen oder
anderen Geräte beschädigt werden.
2) Spannungsfreiheit der Anschlussleitung herstellen.
3) Die Schrauben Can der Anschlussbox lösen und den
Deckel Babnehmen.
Installation
The product must be installed and maintained by a suitably
qualified professional in compliance with latest building/
construction and/or electrical regulations and relevant
legislation.
Warning: Switch off mains electrical supply prior to
installing and connecting the luminaire. Do not open lumi-
naire while mains supply is switched on.
Notice: If the luminaire is modified by anybody other than
the original manufacturer, then the warranty will no longer
be valid and shall become the full responsibility of the
modifying person/organisation. Claims based on defects
attributable to improper installation and/or application, and
the consequences thereof, are excluded.
In case of component failure due to abnormal circum-
stances or at end of life, replacement must be carried out
by a suitably qualified and trained professional.

Installation Procedure
1) Prior to electrical connection, proceed with mechanical
installation by firmly fixing stirrup Ato optional mount-
ing accessory or directly to a suitable surface.
Aim luminaire.
Caution: Make sure not to damage any electric cable,
water pipe or other devices while drilling holes.
2) Switch off the mains electrical supply.
3) Remove gear box cover Bby releasing screws C.
4) Check that rating shown on the luminaire label con-
forms with the mains electrical supply.

4) Vergleichen Sie die örtliche Spannung und Frequenz
mit den Daten auf dem Leistungsschild.
5) Führen Sie das Anschlusskabel Ddurch die Kabelver-
schraubung E.
6) Gemäß Anschlussplan an die entsprechend markierten
Kontakte der Anschlussklemme Fanschließen.
Kabelverschraubung Efest anziehen.
7) Deckel Bwieder aufsetzen und die Schrauben Cgleich-
mäßig festziehen.
8) Lösen Sie die Schrauben Gleicht. Dann die Leuchte
ausrichten (siehe Abbildung), Schrauben Gmit 100Nm
wieder fest anziehen.
Zusätzlich Schraube Hmit max. 6Nm festziehen, um
die Ausrichtung der Leuchte zu sichern.
Wartung
Abgesehen von der äußerlichen Reinigung des Produkts ist
keine besondere Wartung erforderlich. Keine Hochdruck-
reiniger verwenden.
Für die Entsorgung der LEDs sind die zur Zeit gültigen
Umweltgesetze zu beachten.
5) Feed mains supply cable Dthrough cable gland E.
6) Connect to the correspondingly marked contacts of
terminal F, according to the wiring diagram.
Tighten cable gland Efirmly.
7) Reposition gear box cover Band tighten screws C
evenly.
8) Loosen the two screws Gslightly. Aim luminaire (see
illustration), tighten screws Gfirmly (100Nm).
In addition, tighten screw H(max. 6Nm) to secure
orientation of luminaire.
Maintenance
Apart from cleaning the product’s exterior surfaces, no
special maintenance work is required. Do not use high-
pressure cleaners.
Protect our environment: Discard used LEDs in compliance
with the most recent environmental legislation.

Notice: In case the luminaire is equipped with an optional
available surge protector, the function can get tested if the
signal LED is lit green when the supply voltage is turned on.
In case the surge protector is defective, the LED device
gets automatically disconnected from the mains supply.
If the signal LED is not lit, the luminaire is not functioning.
For operation as color changer the floodlights of the
FLC200-CC series require a DMX control signal (DALI on
request). The operation without control signal may lead to
error.
Hinweis: Ist die Leuchte mit einem optional erhältlichen
Überspannungsschutz ausgerüstet, kann die Funktion über-
prüft werden, wenn die Signal-LED bei eingeschalteter
Versorgungsspannung grün leuchtet.
Ist der Schutz defekt, wird das LED-Betriebsgerät automa-
tisch vom Netz getrennt. Die Signal-LED leuchtet nicht, die
Leuchte ist ohne Funktion.
Die Scheinwerfer der FLC200-CC Serie benötigen zum
Betrieb als Farbwechsler ein DMX Steuersignal (DALI auf
Anfrage). Der Betrieb ohne Steuersignal kann zu
Fehlverhalten führen.
