IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
Before using the electrical appliance, the following basic
precautions should always be followed including the
following:
1. Before using checks that the voltage of wall outlet
corresponds to coffee maker rating plate.
2. The appliance must be earthed.
3. Close supervision is necessary when your
appliance is being used near children.
4. Do not place the coffee maker on hot surface or
beside fire, avoid to be damaged.
5. Remove plug from wall outlet before cleaning and
when not in use. Allow appliance to cool down
completely before taking off, attaching components or
before cleaning.
6. Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord
or plug or after the appliance malfunctions, or is dropped
or damaged in any manner. Return appliance to the
nearest authorized service facility for examination, repair
or electrical or mechanical adjustment.

7. The use of accessory which is not recommended
by manufacturer may cause injury to persons or damage
to appliance.
8. Place appliance on flat surface or table, do not
hang its power cord over the edge of table or counter.
9. Ensure that the power cord does not touch hot
surface of appliance.
10. Some parts of appliance are hot when operated, so
do not touch with hand directly.
11. Do not immerse appliance or power cord into water
or any other liquids.
12. Do not use outdoors.
13. Save these instructions booklet for future reference.
14. This appliance may be used by children of at least 8
years of age, as long as they are supervised and have
been given instructions about using the appliance safely
and are fully aware of the dangers involved.
15. Cleaning and maintenance should not be carried
out by children unless they are at least 8 years of age and
are supervised by an adult.
16. Keep the appliance and its power cord out of reach
of children under 8 years of age.

17. When using electrical equipment, safety
precautions must always be taken to prevent the risk of
fire, electric shock and/or injury in the event of misuse.
18. Make sure that the voltage rating on the typeplate
corresponds to your main voltage of your installation. If
this is not the case, contact the dealer and do not
connect the unit.
19. Never leave the unit unattended while in operation.
20. The device must not be used if it has been dropped,
it obvious signs of damage are visible or if it has leaks.
21. Please keep this document at hand and give it to
the future owner in case of transfer of your device.
22. Do not operate this appliance if it has a damaged
cord or plug, if it is not working properly or if it has been
damaged or dropped. If the supply cord is damaged, it
must be replaced by the manufacturer or its service
agent or a similarly qualified person in order to avoid a
hazard.
23. This device is not intended for use by persons with
reduced capacity on the physical, mental or sensory or
lack of experience and knowledge (including children),

had instructions on the use of the appliance by a person

Preparation for first use / cold machine state
1. pour water into the water tank, and the water level should not exceed the "Max" mark in the
water tank.
2. plug in the power supply, and then press the ‘on/off button’, the upper indicator light turns
blue flicker at this time.Then you press the ‘manual control button’ and the water pump will start
to work,it will pump the water from water tank into the machine for heating.
3. The machine starts to warm up. At this time, the coffee switch indicator lights will fliker. To
wait untill the light turns to continuous illuminates from fliker,the pre-heat is finished, it will take
about 2 minutes.
4. Then press "one cup button",the machine will flow hot waters out,you can use the water to
wash the filter or cups.
start to make coffee
1. Place the filter into the funnel.
2. When the machine is preheating, you can fill the coffee powder into the filter and then flat and
tight the powder by the tail of spoon at the mean time. (the coffee powder can not be too coarse
or too thin)You can also clean the edge of filter with a brush or your hand
3. Insert and lock the funnel as indicated,then place the coffee cup under the funne
4. Press the ‘one cup button’,the machine begins to flow out one cup of coffee (or press ‘2 cups
button’, ,the machine begins to flow out two cups of coffee . or press ‘manual control
button’,then the machine begins to flow out the coffee,when it reach to the capacity which you
want,press the ‘manual control button’ again,the machine will stop flowing out the coffee.)

Steam and frothing function
1. Press the ‘steam on/off button’, the upper indicator light turns red flicker.To wait untill the light
turns to continuous illuminates from fliker,the pre-heat is finish.
2. Pour the ‘whole milk’ into the 1/3 of the frothing cup and insert the steam nozzle into 1CM
from surface,then turn the steam knob slowly until steam starts to blow out.
(Note: the degree of steam can be adjusted according to the proficiency of the individual. We
suggest to release a little bit moisture before you froth the milk.)
3. When the temperature of milk reaches to about 75 degrees(and the milk bubble begins to
expand), you can stop the steam by turnning the steam knob to "OFF" position and press the
‘steam button’. The indicator light will turn to blue color.(Or you can also press ‘on/off button’ to
turn off the machine)
Remark: after you frothed the milk,to clean the milk on the surface of the steam nozzle with a
damp cloth duly,and then spray steam to prevent the hole inside the nozzel will be blocked after
the milk was dried.
Hot water function
1. Press the ‘on/off button’, the upper indicator light turns to flicker with blue color,it means the
machine is pre-heating.To wait untill the light turns to continuous illuminates from fliker,the
pre-heat is finish.Turn the knob to ‘on’ position untill there’s water is flow out from the steam
nozzle.The water can use for drinking,cleaning or warming the cups.
2.After that ,you can turn the knob to ‘off’ position,then press’on/off button’again to turn off the
machine.

CLEAN AND MAINTENANCE:
1. Cut off power source and let the coffee maker cool
down completely before cleaning.
2. Clean housing of coffee maker with moisture-proof
sponge often and clean water tank, drip tray and
removable shelf regularly then dry them.
Note: Do not clean with alcohol or solvent cleanser.
Never immerse the housing in water for cleaning.
3. Detach the metal funnel through turn it
anticlockwise, get rid of coffee residue inside, then you
can clean it with cleanser, but at last you must rinse with
clear water.
4. Clean all the attachments in the water and dry
thoroughly.
CLEANING MINERAL DEPOSITS
1. To make sure your coffee maker operating efficiently,
internal piping is cleanly and the peak flavor of coffee,
you should clean away the mineral deposits left every 2-3
months.
2. Fill the tank with water and descaler to the MAX level (the
scale of water and descaler is 4:1; the detail refers to the
instruction of descaler. Please use “household descaler”,
you can use the citric acid (obtainable from chemist’s or
drug stores) instead of the descaler (the one hundred
parts of water and three parts of citric acid).
3. According to the program of pre-heating, put the metal

funnel (no coffee powder in it) and carafe (jug) in place.
Brewing water per “PRE-HEATING”.
4. Press the ‘on/off button’, the upper indicator light turns to
flicker with blue color,it means the machine is
pre-heating.To wait untill the light turns to continuous
illuminates from fliker,the pre-heat is finish.Turn the knob
to ‘on’ position untill there’s water is flow out from the
steam nozzle.
5. press the ‘on/off button’, the upper indicator light turns
blue flicker at this time.Then you press the ‘manual
control button’ and the water pump will start to work,it
will pump the water from water tank into the machine for
heating.
6. The machine starts to warm up. At this time, the coffee
switch indicator lights will fliker. To wait untill the light
turns to continuous illuminates from fliker,the pre-heat is
finished, it will take about 2 minutes
7. .Then press "one cup button",the machine will flow hot
waters out,you can use the water to wash the filter or
cups.

MESURES DE SÉCURITÉ IMPORTANTES
Avant d’utiliser un appareil électrique, les précautions de
base suivantes doivent toujours être suivies, notamment :
1. Vérifiez que la tension de la prise murale
corresponde à celle inscrite sur la plaque signalétique de
la cafetière.
2. L’appareil doit être relié à la terre.
3. Veuillez faire preuve de la plus grande prudence
lorsque votre machine à café est utilisée à proximité
d'enfants.
4. Ne placez pas la cafetière sur une surface chaude
ou près d’un feu, évitez de l’endommager.
5. Retirez la fiche de la prise murale avant de la
nettoyer et lorsqu’elle n’est pas utilisée. Laissez-la
refroidir complètement avant de mettre et enlever des
accessoires ou avant de la nettoyer.
6. N’utilisez pas l'appareil si le cordon ou la prise est
endommagée, s’il fonctionne mal, s’il est tombé ou a été
abîmé. Retournez l’appareil au service technique agréé le
plus proche afin qu’il fasse l’objet d’un contrôle, d’une
réparation, voire d’un réglage électrique ou mécanique.
7. L’utilisation d’accessoires non recommandés par le

fabricant peut provoquer des blessures ou endommager
l’appareil.
8. Placez l’appareil sur une surface plane ou une table,
ne laissez pas pendre le cordon d’alimentation au bord
de la table ou du comptoir.
9. Assurez-vous que le cordon d’alimentation ne
touche pas la surface chaude de l’appareil.
10. Certaines parties de l'appareil sont chaudes
lorsqu'il fonctionne. Ne les touchez pas.
11. Ne plongez pas l’appareil ou le cordon

14. Cette cafetière peut être utilisée par des enfants
d’au moins 8 ans, tant qu’ils sont surveillés et ont reçu
des instructions pour utiliser l’appareil en toute sécurité
et qu’ils sont pleinement conscients des dangers
encourus.
15. Le nettoyage et l’entretien ne doivent pas être
effectués par des enfants sauf s’ils ont au moins 8 ans et
qu’ils sont surveillés par un adulte.

18. Assurez-vous que la tension nominale indiquée sur
la plaque signalétique corresponde à la tension principale
de votre installation. Si ce n’est pas le cas, contactez le
revendeur et ne branchez pas l’appareil.
19. Ne laissez jamais l’appareil sans surveillance
pendant son fonctionnement.
20. L’appareil ne doit pas être utilisé s’il est tombé, s’il
présente des signes évidents de dommages ou des
fuites.
21. Veuillez conserver ce document à portée de main et
le remettre au futur propriétaire en cas de transfert de
votre appareil.
22. N'utilisez pas cet appareil si son cordon ou sa fiche
est endommagée, s'il ne fonctionne pas correctement,
s'il a été abîmé ou est tombé par terre. Afin d’écarter tout
danger en cas de cordon d’alimentation endommagé,
celui-ci doit être remplacé par le fabricant, son
représentant ou toute personne de même qualification.

DESCRIPTION

Mise en route
1. Verser de l’eau dans le réservoir d’eau sans dépasser le repère.
2. Brancher la cafetière, puis appuyer sur le «bouton marche/arrêt», le voyant supérieur bleu
clignote. Appuyer ensuite sur le bouton de commande manuelle et la pompe à eau
commencera à fonctionner : elle pompera l’eau du réservoir dans la machine pour la chauffer.
3. La machine commence à chauffer. À ce moment, les voyants lumineux clignoteront jusqu’à
ce que le préchauffage soit terminé, cela prendra environ 2 minutes.
4. Appuyer ensuite sur le bouton pour une tasse, la machine fera couler de l’eau chaude. Vous
pouvez l’utiliser pour laver le filtre ou les tasses.
Pour faire du café
1. Placer le filtre dans le porte-filtre.
2. Lorsque la machine préchauffe, vous pouvez mettre du café moulu dans le filtre, puis le
comprimer à l’aide de l’extrémité de la dosette. La poudre de café ne doit pas être trop
grossière ou trop fine. Vous pouvez également nettoyer le bord du filtre avec une brosse ou
votre main.
3. Insérer et fixer le porte-filtre comme indiqué, puis placer la tasse à café en-dessous.
4. Appuyer sur le bouton pour une tasse ou deux tasses pour avoir la quantité de café
correspondante. Si vous appuyez sur le bouton de commande manuelle, le café coulera jusqu’à
ce que vous appuyiez de nouveau sur ce bouton.

Fonction vapeur et mousse
1. Appuyer sur le bouton marche/arrêt de la vapeur, le voyant supérieur rouge clignote jusqu’à
ce que le préchauffage soit terminé, puis reste allumé.
2. Verser le lait entier dans le premier tiers de la tasse à mousse et insérer l’embout vapeur à 1
cm de profondeur, puis tourner lentement le bouton de commande vapeur jusqu’à ce qu’elle
commence à sortir.
(Remarque : la quantité de vapeur peut être modulée en fonction de la personne. Nous vous
suggérons de laisser couler un petit peu d’eau avant de faire mousser le lait.)
3. Lorsque la température du lait atteint environ 75 degrés (et que les bulles de lait commencent
à se dilater), vous pouvez arrêter la vapeur en tournant la commande sur la position «OFF» et en
appuyant sur bouton marche/arrêt de la vapeur. Le voyant lumineux deviendra bleu. (Vous
pouvez également appuyer sur le bouton marche/arrêt pour éteindre la machine.)
Remarque : après avoir fait mousser le lait, nettoyer l’embout vapeur avec un chiffon humide,
puis faire sortir de la vapeur pour éviter que l’orifice de l’embout ne se bouche après le séchage
du lait.
Fonction eau chaude
1. Appuyer sur le bouton marche/arrêt, le voyant bleu se met à clignoter jusqu’à ce que le
préchauffage soit terminé. Tourner le bouton de commande vapeur sur ON jusqu’à ce que de
l’eau s’écoule de l’embout vapeur. Elle peut être utilisée pour boire, nettoyer ou réchauffer les
tasses.
2. Après cela, vous pouvez tourner le bouton sur OFF, puis appuyer à nouveau sur le bouton
marche/arrêt pour éteindre la machine.

NETTOYAGE ET ENTRETIEN
1. Éteindre et débrancher la cafetière, puis la laisser
refroidir complètement avant de la nettoyer.
2. Nettoyer régulièrement le carter de la cafetière avec
une éponge humide, ainsi que le réservoir d’eau, le bac
de récupération et le plateau, puis les sécher.
Remarque : ne pas nettoyer avec de l’alcool ou un
solvant. Ne jamais plonger le carter dans l’eau pour le
nettoyer.
3. Enlever le porte-filtre en le tournant dans le sens
inverse des aiguilles d’une montre, retirer le filtre à l’aide
du clapet et les résidus de café à l’intérieur du filtre, puis
le nettoyer et le rincer à l’eau claire.
4. Nettoyer tous les accessoires dans l’eau et les
sécher soigneusement.
DÉTARTRAGE
1. Pour vous assurer que votre cafetière fonctionne
correctement, que la tuyauterie interne est propre et que
le goût du café est optimal, vous devez enlever le tartre
qui se dépose tous les 2-3 mois.
2. Remplir le réservoir de détartrant dilué, dans une
proportion de 4 pour 1, jusqu’au niveau MAX. Utiliser
plutôt du « détartrant domestique », mais vous pouvez
utiliser aussi de l'acide citrique, disponible en pharmacie,
dans une proportion de 30 pour 1.
3. Pour le préchauffage, mettre en place le porte-filtre vide
et la carafe.

4. Appuyer sur le bouton marche/arrêt, le voyant bleu se
met à clignoter jusqu’à ce que le préchauffage soit
terminé. Tourner le bouton de commande de vapeur sur
ON jusqu’à ce que de l’eau s’écoule de l’embout vapeur.
5. Appuyer sur le bouton marche/arrêt, le voyant bleu se
met à clignoter jusqu’à ce que le préchauffage soit
terminé. Puis appuyer sur le bouton de commande
manuelle et la pompe à eau commencera à pomper l’eau
du réservoir pour la chauffer.
6. La machine commence à chauffer. À ce moment, les

préchauffage soit terminé, cela prendra environ 2 minutes
