3.2 Description of construction and function
The weinor light bar is a light that has been designed for outdoor use. The design is such that it
fits every weinor product and can be readily retrofitted in most cases. It can also be directly
mounted on a wall or fitted to a roof overhang as a separate product. Depending on the version,
the light bar can be switched off and on or dimmed using a switch (to be fitted at the place of
installation) or remote-control device (supplied) respectively. Space has been left at the openings
on the housing for the LED spotlights to allow water to escape. The cables are suitably splash-

•Never use a light bar once it is defective; keep out of reach of people.
•Repairs must always be performed by retailers or partners, or a suitable service
company.
•Always ensure that the light bar has been completely switched off (e.g. by
disconnecting the fuse) before performing maintenance and cleaning work.
4.1 Maintenance

4.2 Cleaning
•Check that no water has entered the light bar's interior.
•Clean powder-coated aluminium and plastic parts at least once a year, and even more
often if heavily soiled.
•Clean using water only or add a small amount of neutral cleaner to the water.
•Clean the light bar using a slightly damp cloth.
•Check that the light bar is completely dry before re-connecting it to the mains.
