Part 1 Product Introduction
Thank you for choosing WenPod MC Motion Control. MC
is a next generation kinetic remote for MD2 DSLR stabilizer.
This is the world first kinetic remote which integrated the
gesture control function with the joystick control. With
high-tech and light weight design concept, MC empowers
cameramen to control MD2 by simply moving the hands in
the direction they want.
A highly intelligent kinetic mode is applied to MC on the
basis of joystick mode. This helps cameramen find new view
in different modes and experience brand new sensation.

Part 2 Preparation before Usage
Here is the preparation before using MC and instruction
about BC-02 charger.
Charging Instruction
1．Connect adapter to DC3.5 Charging hole of BC-02, then
plug the adapter in the socket. （See Figure 1）
2．Put the battery into BC-02 charging slots, charging begins.

3．The following two modes are OK for charging (Max
current 2.4A):
No battery With LB-1
4．The following modes can charge other electrical
equipment simultaneously. (Max current 2.4A)

With LB-1
Tips to use MC and battery:
※ Full charge the battery before usage for new MC.
※ Please take out the batteries and put them in a dry cool
place if you do not use the charger for a long time.
Assemble and Disassemble battery
（Figure 1） （Figure 2）
Put the battery to MC battery compartment（See Figure
1）, then slide it forward according to the direction of
triangular mark on the battery until a click is heard, which
means the battery is secured（See Figure 2）. To dismount the
battery, press the button next to the battery（See Figure 3）,
slide toward the opposite direction and take it out（See Figure
4）.

How to mount smartphones
Put the smartphone onto the phone clip and tighten it
with the belt（See Figure 5）. Adjust the smartphone to a
proper position, press the fastener to lock it in place. A USB
port and a DC3.5 port is at the back of MC for charging from
different equipment（See Figure 6）.

Part3 How to use
Power on
Power on and the indicator light on the left flash green.
That means MC is turned on.

Pairing the remote
1、Operation on MD2:
2、Operation on MC：
3、Pairing will be finished in about 2 seconds. Indicator
lights on both MD2 and MC turn constant blue if pairing
successfully. Restart MD2 and MC to use.
※ Once MD2 and MC are paired successfully, the pairing

data will be stored. There is no need to pair again.
Joystick Mode
1、Power on MD2 and MC. Both indicator lights flash green.
2、Enter joystick mode
3、Joystick operation
1) Left joystick: Move the joystick left and right to control
the pan axis of MD2.
2) Right joystick: Move the joystick up and down to
control the tilt axis of MD2.
3) Speed control wheel: Use this wheel to control the

turning speed of pan axis. The speed is slower when move to
the left side and faster when move to the right side.
4) Follow mode：
① Pan follow mode: Hold the left joystick and MD2 switch
to pan follow mode. Release it to exit pan follow mode.
② Tilt follow mode: Hold the right joystick and MD2
switch to tilt follow mode. Release it to exit tilt follow mode.
③ All follow mode: Hold the left and right joystick
simultaneously, and MD2 switch to all follow mode. Release
both joysticks to escape all follow mode.
※Note: Follow mode is only effective in joystick mode.
Kinetic Mode
1、Power on MD2 and MC. Both indicator lights flash green.
2、Enter kinetic mode.
3、Kinetic remote operation
1）Turn the control left and right to control the pan axis of
MD2.

2）Tilt the control up and down to control the tilt axis of
MD2.
3)If the right joystick of MC is held, the control of MD2 is
pause temporary. This allows you to adjust the control to a
more comfortable position. Take control again by releasing
the button.
※Please do not turn the control too fiercely under kinetic
mode because this may lead to an abnormal state and the
indicator light will turn red. In that case, you have to restart
MD2 to solve this problem.
Part 4 Warranty and Repair Service
WenPod repair service strive to provide a convenient
and easy repair channel for customers. We provide a return
service for 7 days, replace service for 15 days, and one year

warranty of repair. In case that you find a quality problem,

4008-251-718 to apply for a repair service. You will receive
an SMS soon. Please send the unit to us following the
instruction of the SMS. In case that the warranty time is
over or quality problem caused by customers, we will
contact you to offer a paid repair.
