ONE-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
NYL Holdings LLC warrants the original consumer purchaser of
this product that it shall be free of defects in materials and
workmanship for one year from the purchase date of this product.
Defects caused by tampering, improper use, unauthorized
modifications or repairs, immersion in water or abuse are not
covered by this warranty. If a defect covered by this warranty
occurs during the warranty period, package your clock carefully
and send it to:

You must include a Proof of Purchase, either the original receipt or
a photocopy and a check or money order for USD $5.95 to cover
the cost of shipping and handling. Also include your return address
inside the package . NYL Holdings LLC will repair or replace the
clock and return it to you. NYL Holdings LLC will not be liable for
any loss or damages, including incidental or consequential
damages of any kind: from any breach of warranty either
expressed or implied relating to the product. Since some states do
not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential
damages, these limitations may not apply to you. This warranty
gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights that
vary from state to state.
FCC Remarks
Changes or modifications not expressly approved by the party
responsible for compliance could void the user’s authority to
operate the equipment.
This device complies with part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is
subject to the following two conditions: (1) This device may not
cause harmful interference, and (2) this device must accept any
interference received, including interference that may cause
undesired operation.
This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the
limits for a Class B digital device, pursuant to Part 15 of the FCC
Rules. These limits are designed to provide reasonable protection
against harmful interference in a residential installation. This
equipment generates, uses and can radiate radio frequency
energy and, if not installed and used in accordance with the
instructions, may cause harmful interference to radio communica-

FCC RF Radiation Exposure Statement Caution: To maintain
compliance with the FCC’s RF exposure guidelines, place the product
at least 20cm from nearby persons.
BATTERY BACKUP
(OPTIONAL)
#1 Remove the battery cover on the bottom
of the clock.
#2 Insert 2 fresh AAA battery.
Make sure to follow the +/- symbols.
#3 Replace the battery cover.
Note: The battery backup feature is not necessary to operate your digital
alarm clock. It is optional to have the battery backup in case of a power
outage. In the event of a power failure, the battery backup will automatically
continue to operate the clock and maintain time and alarm time. When the
clock runs on the battery backup the clock may lose or gain a few minutes
per hour. This may require resetting the time for precise timekeeping.
IMPORTANT: Extended storage can cause batteries to leak and damage
the unit. Leaky batteries should be discarded immediately. Skin burns or
other personal injury can result. Always dispose of batteries according to
federal, state and local regulations.
IMPORTANT:
- Clean the battery contacts and also those of the device prior to battery
installation.
- Remove the battery from the equipment which is not to be used for an
extended period of time.
- Remove used battery promptly

INCORRECT TYPE. DISPOSE OF USED BATTERIES ACCORDING TO
THE INSTRUCTIONS. SHALL BE MARKED CLOSE TO THE BATTERY

GETTING STARTED
Plug the power adapter
into the back of the
clock. Then plug the
other end into a standard
electrical outlet.

Note: If no settings are made within 10 seconds, the clock will automatically return to display the normal time.
If this happens, you will need to start the setting procedure again from step 1.

ADJUSTING THE VOLUME
Note: You can store up to 10 FM radio stations.
STORE RADIO
STATIONS PRESETS
Note: To remove an already saved radio station,
another station must be stored in its place.
With the radio turned ON, press the PRESET button
as need to select a radio preset (P01 - P10).
SELECTING A
PRESET RADIO STATION
SLEEP TO MUSIC
Note: This function allows you to listen to the
music (Radio or Bluetooth) while you fall asleep. The
music will automatically shut off after the timer expires.
BLUETOOTH MUSIC
Note: If using the radio, it will turn on to the last
used radio settings (station and volume). To adjust
these settings, please refer to USING THE RADIO,
BLUETOOTH MUSIC, and ADJUSTING THE
VOLUME sections of this instruction manual.
USING THE RADIO
Press the << or >> tune buttons
to select a radio station frequency.
Tip: Press and HOLD the
Tune buttons << or >> to quickly advance
the radio station frequency.
Note: The FM radio antenna is a thin black
cord on the back of the clock. For best
performance make sure this cord is fully
extended and is not twisted.
Note: When your bluetooth device is
connected, the bluetooth ON indicator will
be illuminated on the display.
The clock will automatically connect to
paired bluetooth devices if the device is
turned on, and within range.
Note: Any time you wish to check the
alarm time, press and hold,
ALARM 1 or ALARM 2.
The display will briefly show the alarm time.
Note: Pressing the POWER button will turn the
Music on to the last used setting
(Radio or Bluetooth).
Use the to select Radio or Bluetooth.
Note: If the volume is too low, check the
volume on your Bluetooth device.
ALARM ON / OFF
Press either ALARM 1 or ALARM 2
button as needed to scroll through
the ON /OFF settings:
BUZZER > RADIO > OFF
Check the Alarm ON indicators and select
your desired alarm option (radio or buzzer).

USING THE SNOOZE
Press SNOOZE when the alarm is sounding.
The alarm will be silenced temporarily,
but will resume sounding after 9 minutes.
To stop the alarm, Press the button.
Note: The alarm will be turned off, but will
remain on to sound the next day.
TIME SETTING
Press the TIME button for
3 seconds, until the
HOUR & MINUTES start to flash.

to SAVE and EXIT the time setting.

Press the HOUR & MINUTE buttons
as needed to set the desired
ALARM TIME.
Note: Be sure to set the hour with
the correct AM or PM time period.

Press either ALARM 1 or ALARM 2
for 3 seconds until the
HOUR & MINUTE digits start to flash.

Press the same
ALARM 1 or ALARM 2
button once, to SAVE and EXIT
the alarm time setting.

as needed to set the TIME.
Note: Be sure to set the hour with

Tune to the desired radio station by
pressing either << or >> tune
to select a radio station.

Press the PRESET button for 2 seconds,
the preset station memory location
(P01 - P10) will be shown on the display.

to select a preset number
(P01 - P10) to save station for later.

to save the radio station preset.

To turn off the radio, press and hold
the power button for 3 seconds.

Press the RADIO ON button. The radio
station frequency will show on the display.

To reduce the sleep timer, press the
SNOOZE / SLEEP button to reduce
the timer: 90, 80, 70, 60, 50, 40,
30, 20, 10 minutes or OFF.

Press the SNOOZE / SLEEP button.
The display will show 90.
This means the radio will turn off
automatically after 90 minutes.

To cancel the SLEEP timer before
the end of the set time, Press and
hold the POWER button for
3 seconds to turn the music OFF.

Press the POWER ON button.
The music will turn on to the last
used source (Radio or Bluetooth).

Press the SOURCE button
to switch between
RADIO or BLUETOOTH.
Check the display for the Bluetooth ON indicator.

For the first time the bluetooth
is used, you must connect your
bluetooth device.
On your wireless device, Enable blueooth
and connect to device name “71042WM”.

Press either << or >> to
skip or go back a song.

Press the PLAY / PAUSE button
to play or pause the current song.

To turn the music off, press
and hold the POWER button for
3 seconds to turn OFF.
