1 SYSTEM DESCRIPTION
1.1 General description
The impulse amplifier is intended for amplification of 24V Time Code marine.
1.2 Technical data
Mains voltage: 100 - 240V AC 50-60Hz
Impulse voltage: 24V
Impulse load: 1 Ampere
Impulse input: 24V Time Code marine (TC-marine).
Input is opto isolated.
Temperature range: 0°C to +40°C.
Housing: IP 66, polycarbonate (PC), grey
Dimensions: 122 x 162 x 90 mm
Weight: 0.7 kg
2. STARTING UP
2.1 Installation
1. The amplifier is intended for wall mounting. Mount the unit on the wall with 4 screws. Use screws suitable
for the wall material.
2. Connect the slave clocks (TC OUT).
3. Connect incoming Time Code (TC IN). Please note the input is polarised (marked with + and - ).
See connection example below.
4. Connect the mains.
5. The blue power LED lights up and the amplifier is functional. Verify that the yellow indicator LED for
incoming signal is flashing in second speed.
