PINK SALT LAMP

BOOKLET BEFORE USE
Help relax and ease into
a good night’s sleep with
the soothing red light of
a Himalayan Salt lamp.
Modern research* suggests that blue
light emitted from electronic devices
and screens can disrupt the body’s
production of melatonin (the sleep
hormone) and upset the natural
circadian rhythm, increasing alertness
at bedtime and resulting in poorer
sleep quality.
Himalayan salt lamps can help oset
this, by emitting a warm, red glow
which doesn’t impact on circadian
rhythms and is thought to help signal
to the body that it is time to wind
down, encouraging a more deep and
restful night’s sleep.
We hope you enjoy using your lamp.
