1. Product Description
1.1 Introduction
The Laboratory Draining Rack is a wall-mounted pegboard with 52 removable pegs.
For improved load bearing, the peg sockets can be secured to the rack by pushing in and
then down. Additionally, the pegs are easily removable for cleaning or modifying the peg
arrangement.
The bottom of the bracket has a sloping design for the liquid to drain seamlessly through
the built-in drainage system. The supplied draining hose can be connected to the liquid
outlet at the rear of the unit.
For added convenience, two of the draining racks can be combined to create a double-
sided benchtop draining rack.
1.2 Intended Use
Ideal for post-wash draining and drying of laboratory glassware and labware.
Applicable for use within the laboratory, medical, chemical, quality testing, schools,
and research institutions.

1. Open the packaging and remove the draining rack from the box.
2. Unpack every individual component.
3. Assemble the components as instructed in this manual for optimal performance.

1. Install the upper brackets as shown above.
2. Install the lower mounting kit as shown above. Tighten the plastic rivets with
a Phillip screwdriver or press them into the holes.
3. Connect the L type connector and the draining hose as shown above.
4. Hooking the pegboard:
i. Drill two holes into the wall according to the dimensions shown on the
bottom left of the above graphic.
ii. Screw the plastic sleeves and screws until the two screw heads are
3mm to 4mm from the wall.
iii. Hook the pegboard.
iv. After marking the two positions of the fastener holes of the mounting
brackets on the wall, remove the pegboard again.
v. Drill the marked positions to insert the plastic sleeves.
vi. Hook the pegboard again.
vii. Tighten the screws via the holes of the bracket.
NOTE! For mounting on a wooden wall, tighten the screws only.

1. Install the upper bracket as shown above.
2. Install the middle bracket as shown above.
3. Install the lower bracket as shown above. Tighten the plastic rivets with
a Phillip screwdriver or press them into the holes.
4. Connect the L type connector and the draining hose as shown above.
5. Draining hose:
i. Cut off two short hose lengths.
ii. Connecting the two L type and Y type connectors in the order
as shown above.
iii. Tighten the screws via the holes of the lower bracket.
Cover installation
Fortheholeswithoutpegs,llthemwiththeslotcovers.
For the removal of the slot covers, insert the tips of a screwdrivers into the small,
recessed hole at the bottom of the cover.
