THE CHANGING PAD MUST BE SECURED TO THE CHANGING SURFACE FOLLOWING
THE PAD MANUFACTURER’S INSTRUCTIONS.

THE MAXIMUM WEIGHT OF THE OCCUPANT MAY NOT EXCEED 30 LBS. (13.6 kg).

THE CHANGING PAD MAY NOT EXCEED 44 IN. (1115 mm) IN LENGTH OR
18 IN. (455 mm) IN WIDTH.

Step 1
A. Remove everything from the packaging.
Knob
B. The knobs are attached to the inside of the drawer for shipping. Using a screwdriver, remove the
screw from the knob by holding the handle and turning in a counterclockwise motion.
C. Move the knob to the front of the drawer. Be careful not to drop the screwdriver.
D. Carefully insert the screw you removed in step B through the hole in the back of the drawer, and
thread it into the knob.
E. Using the screwdriver the you didn’t drop on your foot earlier, firmly tighten the screw into the
knob.
F. Repeat for the remaining knobs. Every 3 months or so, tighten the screws.

Step 2
A. Find the feet. (Hint: They are located in one of the drawers.)
B. Screw the feet into the base.

B. Insert the shelf tabs into the holes on the
inside of the door, and carefully lower the shelf (C)
onto the tabs.
C. If desired, you can screw ½” long wood screws
(not included) through the holes in the bottom of the
shelf tabs into the bottom of the shelf to prevent the
shelf from being accidentally removed.
Shelf Tab (D)
A. Stick the felt pads (H) onto the shelf tabs (D) so
the tabs don’t scratch the shelf.
D. If you are using a changing pad, secure it to the
combo as instructed by the pad manufacturer.
