Fan operation switches on only when the oven has
reached a certain temperature, and may continue even
after the appliance has been turned off, for a few
minutes.

ACCESSORIES
CONTROL PANEL
1. Selector knob: to choose the oven functions.
2. Button to select and confirm the different operations
(operate by single presses only).
3. Knob to set: time of day, cooking time, the time at
which cooking should terminate, the temperatures and
the power levels (Function P).
“Push-Push” knobs
• To use this type of knob, press it in the middle.
• Turn the knob to the desired position.
Once cooking is over, turn the knob back to the off position
and press it again to restore it to its initial setting.

Oven light - - To switch on the oven light.
Heat maintenance (MLTF) 35C - 60C -To keep the temperature steady inside the oven.
• 35°: to raise dough for bread and pizza.
• 60°: to keep food warm once it is cooked.
It is advisable to use the first level.
STATIC 200C 50°C - 250°C To cook meat, fish and poultry on the central level. Preheat
the oven to the required cooking temperature and place the
food inside as soon as all the indicators of the graduated
scale °C__ are alight.
STATIC FUNCTION
+ FAN 175C 50°C - 250°C To cook cakes on two levels. Oven preheating is not
necessary. Switch the position of the dishes inside the oven
during cooking time.
FAN 160C 50°C - 250°C To cook different food simultaneously on more than one
level (e.g.: fish, vegetables, sweet) without transferring
odours from one foodstuff to the other. Choose foods that
require the same cooking temperature.
TURBOFAN 160C 50°C - 250°C To cook on 2 levels (e.g.: big cakes, pies, stewed vegetables,
poultry that weighs more than 3 Kg.). Oven preheating is not
necessary.
GRILL 3 -
Use the grill function to cook small pieces of meat (sirloin
steaks, kebabs, sausages) and for making toast. The function
allows various settings (1 min.- 5 max.). Preheat the oven
for 3/5 min. During cooking the door must remain closed.
When cooking meat, to avoid spatters of fat and smoke, pour
a little water into the drip tray. Turn over the meat during
grilling.
When this function is selected the spit (if supplied) is also
selected.
TURBOGRILL
(GRILL + FAN) 3 -
This function is ideal to cook large chunks of meat (roast
beef, roast joints). The function allows various settings (1
min.- 5 max.). Preheat the oven for 3/5 min. During cooking
the door must remain closed. When cooking meat, to avoid
spatters of fat and smoke, pour a little water into the drip
tray. Turn over the meat while grilling.
PROGRAMME -P1- 300°C
P2- 220°C
P3- 220°C To bake pizza, bread, focaccia. You will find a recipe for each
programme in the recipe book provided.
BOOSTER 200C 50°C - 250°C
To preheat the oven rapidly. As the temperature increases
the indicators -----°C will light up in sequence. The booster
function cuts out automatically when the programmed
temperature is reached. The acoustic signal will sound and
the appliance switches to the STATIC cooking function. Use
for meat, fish and poultry.
